at your wedding with a camera (she brought two actually). I do not even think she does this for the money, but she deserves every penny. She is genuinely the product of passion and talent. Even if she had never touched a camera in her life, her warm, kind, empathetic, and fun personality would make you want to invite her to your wedding anyway. Details below: 
 INITIAL CORRESPONDENCE: Angie expressed a deep desire to get to know us. We met her at a coffee shop so that she could hear about how we met, our engagement story, the hidden gems of our relationship, and how we envisioned our engagement/wedding photos. She was skilled at balancing what we thought would look good and what she knows will look best. She is so respectful when making suggestions and extremely open to hearing our thoughts and ideas. 
 ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS: We met at Ponce City Market. She had pre-scoped out some areas that would be good for the shoot. She just told us to follow her while she snapped pictures of us along the way. We could tell that she was scanning the environment very thoroughly and assessing mood, color, content, and light in the context of us and our outfits. She is very good at improvising, so she is perfect for locations that she has never even been to! She is also very spontaneous, which we went along with because she was so easy to trust; you would too if you saw her passion, which was immediately apparent. After what we thought was the end, she suggested (and did not push) that we walk all the way to Piedmont Park if we were up to it (conscious of my fiancée's uncomfortable shoes). THAT was the point where we stopped thinking about Angie as just a photographer that we hired on the clock and more like a family member who was laser-focused on taking the best pictures of what she thought was the most beautiful couple she has ever seen. We are not that beautiful, but she made us feel that way! We lost track of time and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. We wanted the pictures ASAP for a Christmas card/Save the date. Photoshoot was on 12/2/18 and she rushed to edit them for us by 12/5/18. The pictures came out perfect. 
 WEDDING DAY: There was a lot going on during our wedding day, so I could not describe Angie as well as during our engagement photos, but I can tell you that whatever she did, she captured the whole day perfectly. And through it all, she was invisible, yet always present! She sent us an initial preview selection of the best photos after 2 days! She then took the full 6 weeks to edit the remaining photos (1,280 photos!) before sending them all to us. Stunning. All of them. Quite overwhelming honestly. I cannot think of a moment that she missed. Could not have hired a better wedding photographer. Period.
 LOGISTICS: Angie was very well-organized. Email correspondence was very clear with a timeline and detailed lists of questions, action items, planned shots, etc. Her contracts were quick, clean, and simple. All of this was very much appreciated during the chaos of wedding planning. She was also extremely flexible. This was relatively early in Angie’s career, so the price was beyond reasonable. Incredible value for a priceless album of memories.

ntly, she catches the in-between moments, surprising you with a collection of sweet, sentimental, and funny photos that highlight the best and most real parts of your life. Angie made us feel totally natural and comfortable during our engagement session, and presented us with the most amazing photos- I simply cannot stop looking at them, and everyone who sees them says the same thing. I absolutely can not wait to have her with us to photograph our wedding day!

My husband and I were giggling the entire session (Angie is also hilarious!!!!) and I could not be more pleased with the photos that we received - they not only are quality, timeless pictures, but they also showed our personalities. I cannot recommend Angie enough - her photos are already all over our apartment because we love them so much!!!
