We cannot say enough about how incredible Ani is. First off, we consider ourselves lucky to have even stumbled upon Ani without a referral (thank you, Google!). From the very first meeting with her, it was clear that partnering with her would set us up for success, and that she was made to bring order and flawless execution to the fun, but sometimes chaotic, process that is planning a wedding. It would be too easy to say that Ani is detailed oriented - she showed us this on our first venue visit, pointing out the important pros and cons to us, and asking the venue rep the important questions that we would have never thought of. But Ani’s true skill, at least to us, is that she cares. She cared about our vision, our preferences, and our opinions, and that’s really a testament of how much she loves what she does. Whether it was dealing with the multiple vendors, putting pen to paper and coming up with a mood board for us to piece together our vision, or organizing all contracts and budgeting, Ani was always one step ahead when it came to keeping things in check, and so very calm! We found the tools she provided us with, including the docs, checklists, vendor options, (and even restaurant recs for our honeymoon!) all to be extremely helpful throughout the planning process. It was also extremely helpful that she’s worked with so many of our vendors before, and knew who to go to for what - they all were amazing. Her flexibility and ability to adapt to any environment or any request we had is admirable. But perhaps even more important for us was her ability to give us her genuine opinion, this you can’t put a price on. Ani made our special weekend more than we ever knew it could be - it was all perfect. Her team is amazing, too. They were all organized, efficient, patient and so kind. For our rehearsal dinner and wedding, we literally had nothing to worry about - everything was executed more than perfectly!! Ani is more than a wedding planner to us, but now a lifelong friend, which we are so grateful for!! We would definitely recommend Ani and team to plan your wedding!!!

Ani was just the most incredible wedding planner to work with. She came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I had a tight turnaround for planning my wedding, and she was great from start to finish. She is super organized (has everything tracked in Google and Asana) so always knows where everything is. She stayed on top of the tons of vendors that I had, and made sure every single contract was fulfilled, signed, and paid. I’m so grateful for that because that is the worst part of planning a wedding! She was highly communicative with me and could be reached at a moments notice. She was very helpful to my mom and mother-in-law and was responsive to their needs as well. The lead up to the wedding, she was incredibly thorough with everything I needed, and recommended great vendors when I needed recommendations. Ani is very good with feedback- I asked her to be very direct with me and she absolutely did that which really helped me to know the status of everything. On the day of the wedding, she was beyond incredible. She managed the entire day flawlessly. I’m sure there were things that happened (as it happens with all events) but she fixed them so quickly that no one even noticed. Every single person from my family involved in the wedding process was very very happy with Ani’s work on the day. Everyone knew what to do and where to go, and the vendors were managed flawlessly. I felt so calm during the weekend because I didn’t feel like I had to worry about anything- Ani was on it. I highly recommend her for even the most complex and large weddings- she really nailed it and was so pleasant to work with on top of that!

When I began the wedding planning process I knew I could not execute my vision or stay organized without a wedding planner. I set appointments with many different planners but after meeting Ani I knew she was the one. Ani’s attention to detail and capturing every aspect of my vision I had dreamed of my entire life was unreal. She took all of my stress away as a Bride and helped me enjoy the entire process. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Ani Wolff as our month-of coordinator, our experience was anything but! We opted for her month-of coordination package, and let me tell you, she went above and beyond in every way imaginable for our June 2023 wedding. She had prior experience at our venue, Jasna Polana in Princeton NJ, and the staff knew her and raved about her, and it was 100% deserved. We started working with Ani a few months before our wedding and we wish we had her all along! Our wedding went off without a hitch, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and have Ani to thank. Ani aced the essentials of wedding planning: coordinating with vendors to free up our time, staying organized, having plans and backup plans, communicating well (not burdening us with details, but keeping us in the loop and involving us on key issues), and being proactive. But what made her stand out, and are truly excellent planner, was her personal touch: getting to know us, understanding what we liked and how we liked it, and truly caring about making our wedding day wonderful. Ani has great empathy and could tell when we needed something, even if we couldn't articulate it, both in the planning phase and on the day of the wedding. We felt we were in such good hands. Also bonus points for pulling a rabbit out of a hat at the last minute on our wedding day when our DJ (a close friend) wanted to extend the rental on his equipment so we could bring it to the afterparty. I didn't even know Ani was aware of this idea, but at one point during the reception she mentioned that it was all sorted, and we had an afterparty for the ages. We couldn't recommend Ani more strongly! :)

Working with Ani Wolff and her team in preparation for our wedding was the single best decision we could have made. Ani’s a great wedding planner that brings empathy, clear communication, close attention to detail, transparency, and flexibility to the process. She’s the person you’ll want to work with to make your planning, and wedding day itself, run seamlessly. We would recommend Ani as an essential part of your wedding and wedding planning process. We met with Ani shortly after getting engaged where she shared her process, expertise, and transparent estimates for her services. She also helped us to understand what our overall budget could be for the wedding that we wanted to have. We felt like we could trust Ani right out of the gate. After deciding to work with her, we met on a monthly cadence to discuss options for things like venue, vendors, details, and timelines. She kept track of all of our details on a project management platform to which we had access. This kept us on track with what we had to work on, well ahead of schedule with most decisions, and relatively stress-free throughout the process. When it came to venues, vendors, and purchases, Ani did a great job of taking our expectations, budget, and general intended vibe for our wedding to source the right people/things. She has a great pulse on the best folks to work with and matched us up to 3-5 options to choose from. They were all amazing which made decision-making tough — a great problem to have! Ani is also flexible and consultative in how she works with you. We thought we had a clear idea of the kind of venue we wanted, but the first one we decided to look at (and ultimately the one we went with) was a departure from that. Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps. Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning. As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are. Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests. The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it. They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! She took the very few high-stress moments and brought us back down to earth. Like I said, working with Ani was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were lucky to have met her and planned our wedding with her, and our only regret is that we don’t get to plan another wedding with again soon.

Ani and her team were amazing on our wedding day! Everything went so smoothly and Ani was prepared for anything; for example, she had a kit full of safety pins and bobby pins that saved me when one of my bustle buttons broke on my dress, and helped keep my veil in place for the church ceremony. Not only did my wedding vision come to life on the day-of, but Ani was so on top of everything during the planning process. She responded within minutes to emails and texts, and was excellent in coordinating all of the logistics with our vendors. Ani was incredible from start to finish when helping us plan our wedding in June. Our monthly meetings kept us on track, she helped us immensely with suggestions and options for things we didn't even know we needed and on our wedding weekend we wouldn't have survived without her help! Even when chasing a refund from a vendor months after the wedding, Ani was there to support us the whole way - could not recommend her enough!

Ani went above and beyond as our wedding coordinator! We hired her for coordination, which typically starts the 8 weeks prior to the wedding, however we had a crazy summer before our August wedding and were traveling the month before our wedding day. Ani was super flexible and worked with us ahead of time on vendor meetings, scheduling, and day of itinerary, so we could enjoy our vacation without having to worry about a thing. On the day of, her and her team executed every detail of our itinerary perfectly. Our schedule was tight because we had a traditional ceremony at a church before the reception and we ended up ahead of schedule and finishing all of our photos in time to enjoy or cocktail hour (which was something that was really important to us). Her and her assistant were there to help to orchestrate our ceremony music, track down multiple bridesmaids' lost cellphones, and fix my problematic bustle throughout the night. If anything else went wrong, we don't even know about it because Ani and her team took care of everything while we enjoyed our special day together and with our family/friends. We will be recommending her for all of our friends weddings. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding day!

Hiring Ani and her team was one of the best decisions my husband and I made! We wanted a wedding coordinator to handle all of the last minute logistics and wow - did we get that and more! Ani was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding . She is so kind and has such a calming demeanor, and kept us organized and on track with all the wedding details and logistics. On the day of the wedding, we worked with Helen from Ani's team and she was an absolute angel. She was calm, a very soothing presence to be around, and helped with everything big and small. We had an absolutely beautiful and hugely successful wedding, and we could not have done it without Ani. My wife and I are both extremely busy professionals with little time and energy to spare in terms of planning and setting up a wedding, and we looked for someone with all the experience, energy, and resources to basically help us with the entirety of the wedding planning. We interviewed multiple planners - while other planners took their time and tentatively/slowly gathered information and threw out tentative ideas, Ani even in our first interview meeting took control, gathered our preferences and laid out a plan and timeline regarding our wedding - we immediately knew that she was head and shoulders above all the other wedding planners and it had to be her. From then on, it was efficient, smooth, and productive. Ani would have regular meetings with us, keeping us on schedule with all the tasks and prioritizing each in sequence for us. She drew on her wealth of experience and connections planning weddings in this area, giving us multiple great options that we had to simply pick from (saving us the time of doing our own research). She accompanied us to every venue visit and helped us with negotiations and planning down to every single detail, making sure every small detail was in place, even multiple things we never even considered or thought of. As the wedding drew closer, neither my wife nor I felt any anxiety, because we felt completely comfortable that Ani had planned and thought of every detail possible. The wedding ultimately ended up being absolutely everything we could have dreamed of - beautiful, smooth, and at the same time reflecting each of our personal characters that we had conveyed to her early on. Ani was there personally shepherding everyone and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Multiple wedding guests even specifically came up to us unprompted and told us how professional and organized Ani was throughout the entire evening, even after the main wedding/ceremony was over. We could not have asked for a better dream wedding, it was perfect down to the last detail. We could not have done it without Ani. If you're looking to start planning the perfect wedding in the New York/Jersey area and are looking for an all-inclusive wedding planner, there IS NO BETTER OPTION than Ani!

Ani helped my daughter with wedding planning the final month and stage managed the whole event. She was amazing! So easy to work with....and made it all look so easy the day of. She took full responsibility for stage managing the wedding with many different vendors, so we could actually enjoy the day. What a difference she made! Ani was essential to making our wedding a dream come true. As we neared the date, my husband and I realized how overwhelmed we were with juggling the various vendors and details. After beginning to work with Ani it was like a huge weight was lifted and we could enjoy the lead up to the event as well as every minute of the big day. She took over all communications, seamlessly wrangled everyone in our large wedding party, effortlessly moved crowds in central park so our photographer could get the perfect shots, and got us out of the door at the end of the night so we could continue the party while she tied up all the loose ends on site. She is nothing short of excellent to work with and we've already recommended her to friends getting married soon! If you want to truly enjoy your wedding, hire Ani and allow yourself that precious time to focus on yourselves and the occasion.

We could not have had our wedding be a success without Ani. Our venue had a lot of staff turnover and so Ani’s knowledge, organization, and support were critical. She was particularly helpful in dealing with all the of the rentals required and coordinating between the rental company and the venue. Her attitude up to the event and the day of - being SO positive, so supportive - was also truly appreciated. She dealt with a very hands on mother of the bride with ease. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Ani Wolff is literally the string that kept my wedding together. Ani is the BEST investment that we made for our wedding. By far. She is a tremendous wedding planner AND person. On May 13, 2022 we had the wedding of our dreams. If we rewind 9 months earlier, we were recently engaged and just booked our date with the wedding venue. A wedding was imminent but we had no idea what to do. That is when we were fortunate to connect with Ani. From our initial call she immediately started building our timelines, so that we can understand how everything would come together and when we would need to make decisions. She also provided a budgeting tool so that we can understand our costs as we started the process of vetting vendors. In the months leading up to the wedding we would have periodic zoom meetings where we worked thru our checklists. Ani walked us thru every decision. She always listened to us and provided us with multiple options so that we can make the best decisions. She spoke to the vendors on our behalf and kept everything organized. We never felt overwhelmed in the process. In the days leading up to our wedding everything started coming together. Our expectations were that things were going to get hectic. While we definitely had some exciting moments leading up to the wedding including the birth of a new niece, everything was going very smooth on the wedding side. Ani took care of everything. On the day of the wedding Ani was there every step of the way from ordering lunch to making sure my makeup artist had everything she needed. She came to my hotel room while I was getting ready and didn’t leave my side until the wedding was over. Throughout the day, Ani handled everything and somehow still managed to always be by my side when I needed her. During our ceremony which was held outdoors there was a brief period of drizzle during our vows, and like any bride I started to panic. Before I knew it, I had a beautiful clear umbrella covering me and the stress melted away. It felt likes she was in our minds and anticipated our needs before we could verbalize them and that put us at such ease on our big day. It allowed us to just enjoy the day. I tell my husband I wish I could relieve that day again because it was like a movie. I have no doubt in my mind without Ani that could not have been possible. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner take it from us you will not be disappointed she is the best!

Ani is super organized and energetic! She is there with you the entire day, from the start of the first girl's hair/makeup until the after party ends. She comes prepared to tackle any last minute issue that may come up all while keeping the bride, MOB, and MOH calm and enjoying the day. She is wonderful to work with and will do anything to make your day amazing... case in point I got grass clippings all in my shoes/over my feet during pictures and she literally washed my feet... :)

Ani was a lifesaver! From our first conversation, we could tell she was efficient, detail-oriented, and incredibly invested in her clients. When we began working more closely together in the few weeks before the wedding, she was on top of all the details, handling conversations with vendors directly and pushing back where needed to ensure that our needs would be fully met. She also ran a rehearsal the day before the wedding, which was a much-appreciated bonus! She was ALL OVER every detail on our wedding day, everything from untying knots in a bridesmaid’s necklace to finding a huge amount of bandages for my shoe-torn feet, and running interference when needed to ensure that we could enjoy a stress-free day! She took the time to fully understand our vision for the day, the family and religious traditions involved, and any family needs, and made sure that there weren’t any surprises. And she kept everyone right on schedule! Her rates are astoundingly affordable, and you should hire her while you still can!

Ani is amazing! I hired Ani to be our Wedding Day Coordinator, and it was the best decision I made. I work in marketing and throw events all the time for my clients, but I didn't want to have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Ani came on about a month prior and whipped everything into shape. On the day of the wedding she was everywhere and on top of everything! She made the day completely stress-free for me. She is also so sweet and a pleasure to be around!

Ani was an absolute live saver! My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a coordinator since we thought that was something we could save money on and just do ourselves. However, as we got closer to the wedding date, it became very clear that we were in over our heads coordinating all the logistics (and there are SO many logistics that you don't ever think about). Thankfully, Ani was available to step in mere weeks before our wedding. She is calm, super organized and very responsive. I honestly have no idea how we could have pulled this off without her. She is worth every penny and would 10/10 recommend her.

I do not know what I would have done without Ani. When I was planning my wedding, I truly did not think I needed a day of coordinator, but everyone I spoke to told me it was worth it. Let me tell you, after seeing everything Ani did. I promise you this was my number one vendor I needed. I would have had multiple panic attacks if I did not have Ani helping prior to the wedding and the day of. Ani showed up at 6:50 AM at the wedding day ready to jump in. She was by my side the entire day and made sure everything happened flawlessly. There was never a moment Ani was not running around making sure everything was perfect. From ensuring breakfast was arriving, getting my vendors to the correct rooms, helping carry my train, helping me in and out of my gown, bringing us water, getting our wedding party and family in the correct places, making sure my husband and I took time to ourselves, checking in to see if we needed anything, and so much more. All I can say is I could not have done it with out her and I am most grateful she was at my wedding. My best advice to anyone planning a wedding is hire Ani! Ani was a lifesaver for my March 2022 wedding. Ani truly is a wedding expert who has the talent, organization, and personality to ensure a successful day. Ani instantly made me feel at ease from the moment my husband and I hired her. Her day of timeline helped the entire day stay on track! She served as the point of contact for all my vendors and ensured they were on time and knew every detail of the day. We started working with her for day of coordinating services about 3 months prior to the wedding, this allowed for us to become comfortable with her and for Ani to learn our style. We had numerous meetings through Zoom and she even accompanied us on a venue tour. She was always available for emails, texts, and calls. Her hands on approach really made me feel at ease. For the actual wedding day Ani worked from the start of the day through the very end. She was always attentive, caring, professional, and calming. Hiring Ani was the best decision I could have ever made for my wedding.

There is one word for Ani, PERFECTION! Her superlative management skill set allowed me to be calm the months before my daughter's wedding and to enjoy every moment of day itself. I hired Ani six months prior to the wedding, as I lacked the energy to see the years worth of planning to conclusion. This was a large wedding at a major NYC venue that had numerous Covid postponements. It was the smartest hire I made of all the vendors. The work involved as one approaches the final stages of a wedding is truly massive and stress inducing. Ani was the five star general who rallied all the wedding troops, to remain focused, calm and happy. The solid experience Ani possesses allowed us to deep breathe when the inevitable challenges arouse. The "to do" list Ani was given was always growing. She took it all on with a smile and true willingness to do what was necessary to make our vision happen. When the contracted makeup vendor for twelve cancelled because she refused to be vaccinated, Ani quickly found a spectacular replacement artist. The bride wanted balloons where the wedding party was getting ready. Ani delivered huge balloons spelling out BRIDE. What can one say about a woman who carries balloons bigger than she, through the streets of NYC because it was on her list. The invitations, rsvps, seating plans, table arrangements, vendor coordination,transportation, day of timeline, guest special needs, hotel block and so much more were under Ani's management. While all this can be overwhelming to us mere mortals, it is what Ani does for a living, and she does it so well. If you want to absolutely enjoy all that leads up to the wedding day and minimize stress Ani will deliver complete satisfaction.

Ani is so much more than a wedding planner. She is one of the kindest and most understanding people I have ever met. Though my 4th planned wedding with Covid we decided to invest in a planner. I don’t think my day would have happened without Ani. As first I was resistant to all the planning and meetings. I am psychotherapist for my mind is usually focused on everyone but me! But Ani made me feel safe in making myself and my wedding a priority . She is funny, and upbeat and never controlling . When I met her in person she shined . was so beyond blown away by her knowledge, professionalism and patience . Ani is work her time in diamonds (big ones with perfect clarity. Also I did not expect my wedding planner to have attended McGill one of the top schools in the world. Her maturity and intelligence shows just watching her to do her job. Ani made our wedding day run SO smoothly. She even helped with last minute table assignments the morning of. Everything ran so smoothly that I didn’t have to look at a clock all day. She was able to get everyone where they needed to be at all times. Also thanks to Ani, we were able to bustle my dress (it’s a lot harder than it looks). I originally thought we could handle the wedding without a day of coordinator, but we honestly could not have done it without Ani.

Ani is incredible! She was so organized and made sure everything ran perfectly on our wedding day. I thought I would be anxious on the day of the wedding but having Ani there to run the show made me feel so calm. She was the point of contact for all our vendors and made sure everyone knew the plan, which meant my husband and I didn’t have to worry and could simply enjoy the day. Is it weird that I want to have another wedding just so I can hangout with Ani again? Run, don’t walk, to Ani. She GETS THINGS DONE and makes your wedding day completely stress free (literally I was chillin all day). She is professional, prepared, knowledgeable and the best support system you need on your big day. Either nothing went wrong on my wedding day or I had no idea anything did because Ani swooped in and fixed the issue before it was even known (I have a feeling it was the latter). We were AHEAD of schedule for hair and makeup, we started the ceremony ON TIME (sorry but, when has that ever happened in the history of weddings?), I never didn’t have a drink in my hand, she was always an arms reach away, she literally got UNDER my dress to help put my shoes on (multiple times), she kept us on schedule all day even with pictures, she had ice water at the ready for me when I got too hot, I would look up and see Ani mouthing to me “are you good? Need anything?” And I was totally fine all night, feeling good, was fed, and I promise you it was because of her. She also made sure all of my clothes/ shoes: THE GIFTS/ anything of mine made it back to my hotel room and was organized. I came back at the end of the night after the bridesmaids and I trashed the room when we were getting ready and Ani had ensured the hotel staff cleaned my room, my shoes were put away, my extra clothes were hung up… I’m still in shock at how great she is. I have zero regrets from my wedding day, except that I should have hired her for full planning instead of just day of coordination. When you have someone like Ani, she takes away the stigma that your wedding day is stressful/ runs late/ is anything short of amazing. Honestly the easiest money I spent for my wedding and the BEST vendor we had hands down. Already one of my bridesmaids is planning on reaching out to her for her wedding coming up because she witnessed first hand how smooth Ani made the day go. Seriously, reach out to her now!!!! Ani was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very organized and created a very thorough timeline for myself and the wedding party leading up to the big day. She was with me all day and even stayed through the after party, which was very much appreciated. I didn't have to worry about a thing all day, Ani took care of everything! It goes without saying that planning a wedding during the pandemic posed many challenges. As we got closer to our 2020 wedding date, having Ani as part of our vendor team made all the difference in being able to have a beautiful wedding day. She was so kind, thoughtful and helpful in every way- everything from coordinating plans with our venue directly, steaming my gown in addition to all of the bridesmaid gowns the morning of, helping us stay on time the entire day and keeping us hydrated and my lip gloss fresh! I recommend her to all my friends and family currently planning as she was helpful in ways we didn't know we needed.
