We have hired Anita Dybala Events for Full Wedding Planning. We’ve started wedding planning and we quickly realized that this requires full time job. Doing research, contacting the vendors, and waiting to hear back and then playing phone tags… so frustrating. I convinced my fiancee that we needed a wedding planner. That was a game changer. Anita referred us to trusted vendors, was on top of the things-to-do list and made me feel excited about the wedding again. I honestly don’t know how we would have planned our wedding without her and her team. Everything was just perfect, better than I have imagined! Highly recommend!

Anita was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding. My husband and I absolutely loved working with her and the rest of her team! Anita spent so much time in the month leading up to our wedding reaching out to our vendors, speaking with us, and making sure everyone was on the same page. She created a timeline that fit our needs perfectly. She and her team were incredibly friendly, professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. On the day of our wedding, Anita did not miss a single detail. She even made sure to have gluten-free snacks on hand (my husband is gluten-free) throughout the day, which ended up being incredibly necessary! Our wedding ran so smoothly and we didn't have to stress about any of the logistics.

Anita cares and I highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding. Without Anita I truly don't know how we would have planned our wedding. In our wedding planning, we encountered several unique obstacles. However Anita was there to provide us an unbiased opinion and ensure that we were getting what he wanted out of our vendors. I booked Anita as a day-of coordinator. But in reality it was a month-of coordinator/planner, which was wonderful. I found Anita through websites like this and I was so happy with her service. I actually wish I had found her earlier so I could have booked her as a Full Wedding Planner. She was always there when I needed her, whatever it was. From the time she started, my husband and I knew we were glad to have her. She made sure every little detail was taken care of. The day of the wedding, she was there coordinating/directing everything and everyone which made my day was stress free. I did not have to worry about all the details I knew I wanted because she was so thorough leading up to the wedding that I knew I could trust her with all my visions. I was so thankful for her when anything wasn’t going as planned because she was there to change it and work it out. I honestly did not have to worry at all the day of and she really helped to make me enjoy my day with my husband. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator or planner; she is really a magnificent person.

I truly do not know where to begin. My husband and I just got married on October 13th and our day could have not been more perfect thanks to Anita and her team! We hired Anita as our day of wedding planner about 5 months before our wedding and it was truly the best money we had ever spent. The second we hired her, I immediately felt relieved and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Her professionalism, dedication, and love for the wedding industry made the last five months of planning a breeze. She answered every email and text I would send her (about 3+ times a day), thoroughly communicated my questions and instruction to our vendors ( I didn't have any contact with my vendors until the usual day or two before detail confirmation call they do all because Anita called with any and all questions we had). She made me feel comfortable and confident that any last minute changes (which are inevitable) would be taken care of and the way I wanted, and they were! You always hear people say, that the day of your wedding, things won't always go as planned, but I have to say... With Anita, our day went PERFECTLY!!!! The night went exactly as planned and smoother than I had ever anticipated. At the end of the night I even told Anita, "everything was perfect, not one thing went wrong and if it did, I don't/ didn't know about it". Anita and her team were heaven sent and such a joy to work with. I wish I could rate/review her and her team 50 times over!!!

Anita was very easy to work with, she understood our needs and she made it all work for us. She is creative, well organized and has excellent recommendations and sources to use. She is there with her staff on the day of the wedding and into the whole evening making sure everything flows smoothly. Our guests commented on the excellent décor and how everything went smoothly. Anita is very professional and personable. We had an out-of-state wedding, and she was vital in arranging vendors and coordinating with the venue. She saved us thousands of dollars in vendor costs. She also helped us with design and decor of the ceremony and reception. Everything looked amazing! On the day of the wedding, I seriously did not stress about anything. I was able to soak it all in and just be there. I knew everything was being taken care of. And it was. Highly recommend!

I remember my first phone interview with Anita. She asked me many questions and I felt that she's very passionate about weddings and she really wanted to get a feel of what I want. She was making recommendations and giving advice even before I hired her. I've decided that I need her expertise. My husband and I both have busy schedules and Anita was able to work with us, even if that meant late night meetings. When it came to the design, it was literally all her and my florist. My wife and I worked with Anita to plan our incredible wedding ceremony and reception. During the planning process, she was always present when we needed her and answered every question in a timely manner. She organized an amazing team of professionals from the invitation designer, photographer, videographer, nanny, florist, to lighting and rental companies. Honestly, I could go on forever with compliments about the service Anita provided. We got her full planning package, and our wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined. We wanted a small, personal wedding near my home state of NJ. Anita found the perfect venue in Staten Island that fit our tastes! The venue was a hidden gem, and honestly as soon as you stepped into the garden it was like you were in a whole new world. Anita's creative eye and attention to our unique flair/personalities made our reception and cocktail hour equally as beautiful. My husband and I definitely looked at a lot of planners and we couldn't have been more confident in our choice. All of our planning was done from a distance. Anita worked with us through a change of duty stations for my husband and through a whole state move all without any huge planning oops happening! She also helped us with any of our stresses or concerns. Anita was even nice enough to help some of our guests with travel accommodations and travel planning.
