Anita was amazing! She was with us from our engagement photo session and throughout the wedding day. She didn't mind all my Instagram recommendations of 'ooohh lets do this.' Anita was a blast to work with! Right out of the gate, Anita made it clear how time-oriented she was when it came to organizing the wedding day. Through talking with her, we were able to order a package that captured everything we wanted in our wedding, and even saw past examples of her work at our venue. Anita was very professional, and helped us stay organized with expectations moving forward. When posing for photos for engagement shoots and on our wedding day, Anita and John gave clear instructions/mirroring to help. She was also able to help when last-minute changes/conflicts came up the week before our wedding. We are still waiting for our whole wedding day photos, but the photos we received are wonderful. We can't wait to see the rest, and would definitely recommend Anita to anyone looking for a wedding photo/video team!

Anita and John made us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we met. My partner is not a photo person (the most awkward fake smile!) and is general skeptical of all things wedding (poses, stereotypes, etc.), but being with Anita and John felt like being with friends - totally disarming, relaxing, and easy. We had the best experience taking engagement pictures in the fall and loved the chance to get to know them prior to wedding day. During the wedding, Anita and John struck the perfect balance of being everywhere and capturing everything (yay candids!), while also blending into the reception. They never took us away from the party. And I guess the most important thing of all - the pictures are stunning.

Just amazing!! Everyone says to chose your wedding photographer wisely because, besides your new spouse, the photographer will be the one you spend the majority of the day with. Anita and John were simply the dream team! We felt so comfortable being our goofy selves at our engagement session and wedding because of how well they matched our energy! Even our guests and bridal party had nothing but great things to say. They are just so talented! Our pictures are breathtaking and our video is just incredible - they captured our favorite day perfectly.

Anita is the absolute best wedding photographer. She came very prepared, came early to both venues to take photos before everyone came, and was able to capture so many beautiful moments. She was very excited to shoot an ethnic wedding and was very respectful of our traditions. She had a huge task ahead of her too: she got beautiful photos of a HUGE wedding party (23 people), was able to accommodate disabilities in her photo location choices, and was able to get photos of us and our dog too. You will love Anita! She made sure to text me during the planning process, the day of the wedding, and made sure to follow up with me after I received the photos. I cannot recommend Anita enough!!

There aren't enough words to express how amazing Anita is. She was our photographer for our engagement photos and wedding. She made us feel so comfortable to be around. For our engagement session we wanted to do two different settings, one outdoors and one with pie incorporated. We originally wanted to have it done at a local pie shop but were slightly derailed, however she made it happen! Our engagement photos turned out phenomenal. Then, when it came to our wedding, we were ahead of schedule and she was on top of it! She made all of our family members feel good and knew what she was doing. Throughout the planning process she listened to us and honored our family requests. I felt heard and all I asked was that our love for one another show through our photos and she delivered. I highly highly recommend!

Anita was the best! We booked her based on the recommendation of a family friend and we are so happy we did! We were so happy with our engagement shoot with Anita and working with her on our wedding day was a lot of fun. We were ecstatic when we received sneak peek photos on our wedding night. We are so glad we chose Anita as our wedding photographer!

I first found Anita on the knot while helping my sister for her fall 2019 wedding. I fell IN LOVE with her esthetic and vibe, and prayed she’d be available. I messaged Anita online, she responded within minutes, and we were talking on the phone within the hour. We instantly bonded. My sister’s engagement photos (included with her wedding package) and wedding photos were STELLAR!!! Seriously immaculate. It was at the wedding I discover Anita is also an MFM fan, which further cemented our bond. If you know, you know. Fast forward a year and it was my turn! I booked Anita before I booked anything else. I literally checked her availability and that’s how we picked our site and every other vendor—THATS HOW IMPORTANT it was for her to be our photographer. Fast, fast forward a year of wedding planning and anxiety, Anita was there every step of the way. Our engagement photos were INCREDIBLE. She and John are so fun and truly make you feel at ease! If you’re nervous about just what to do with yourself and not look like a deer in headlights, they are awesome at direction and guidance. I was even tickled at the emails she sends to not only help her have an idea of what you’re looking for, but seriously helped me consider what was important to me and helped me plan. And finally—5 days before our New Years Day wedding, everyone came down with Covid. We had to postpone the big wedding, PANIC COMMENCE! We decided to get married at my dads house with just immediate family anyways, what Anita dubbed, our “living room elopement,” and she and John could not have been more accommodating. Not only that, but when we were able to reschedule our wedding reception at the venue, Anita and John DIDN’T CHARGE US EXTRA. I think her words were along the lines of, “we’re in this for the long haul.” Chica could have charged double, I still would have hired her (No take backs Anita!). But I mean, come on…just how much more amazing could you ask your wedding photographer to be?! And our wedding photos? They are EVERYTHING to me. Exactly my esthetic and worth every single penny!!! John also got to shoot a video of our reception using some new fancy equipment they have and it is so good! Y’all, I hate writing reviews and this was eight pages long if you needed any more of an indication of just how much I love Anita Louise Photography. Stop what you’re doing and hire this photographer!!!

Anita and John are the best! They made our wedding day go smoother than we ever could have imagined. They were quick but very efficient with all our photos and they turned out fantastic! Anita is so sweet and you can tell they really love what they do and it truly shows through their work! I would recommend them 10/10 times!

Anita, John and Sophie were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day! We ended up adding extra hours to our package because we didn't want to miss a single thing on our big day, and these three were the DREAM TEAM! We had a VERY wild bunch that we had for all of the big moments throughout the day and it couldn't have gone smoother! They worked with us on all of the must-have photos we wanted and the locations that we were wanting to go to. The weather thankfully held off for all of the big group and destination pictures, but unfortunately we weren't able to get some photos around the venue's property due to the rain/mud, which was my personal choice to save my dress and shoes from getting ruined. But Anita, John and Sophie easily found another solution that completely made up for it (the best rainbow picture you'll ever see)! Working with these three made us feel like we've known them forever. They truly made all of us feel comfortable in our own skin, captured the best content and candid photos that we're going to appreciate til the end of time, and they made it so much fun! Anita Louise Photography was amazing to work with and did not disappoint even in the least bit. We loved spending every second with them for our engagement photos and especially our wedding day, and we would book them countless times over!

Anita and John were absolutely AMAZING! These two always made us feel so comfortable and were truly invested in us! I still remember my first call with Anita when she asked about our relationship (how we met, how we got engaged, who we are, etc.) and that stuck with me immediately because it showed she really cared about her couples! I cannot praise both of them on their amazing work! We are absolutely OBSESSED with how everting turned out! Our friends and family also enjoyed their company which says a lot about the amazing people they are! We are so happy that these two got to capture our special day!!

Anita and John and their team were awesome to work with for both our engagement and wedding photos and video. They were so much fun and made us feel super comfortable. They were able to capture all of the best moments of our day without getting in the way and I received compliments from all of our guests all throughout the day/evening. Anita was always quick to respond whenever I had a question and we received all of our photos and video in a timely matter. We even received a sneak peak of a bunch of photos the day right after the wedding which I really loved and appreciated.

This review is coming shamefully late on my part but Anita deserves ALL of the recognition of how wonderful she was to work with. My partner and I used Anita for our engagement session as well as for the day of our wedding and we cannot recommend her enough. Both my husband and I are not great when it comes to staged photos but Anita made us feel so comfortable and relaxed during the engagement shoot that you couldn’t even tell we didn’t know what to do with our hands (luckily she helped with that too!). The day of she completely took the reigns and took all of the weight and responsibility off of our shoulders. We were able to just enjoy the day as she dotingly followed us around getting both staged and candid shots that we had no idea we even wanted until we saw just how breathtaking they were. There’s a lot to stress about on a wedding day, but for us, the photography was not one of them. She coordinated with all of our other vendors on our behalf to make sure we got the shots we wanted (and more) without us having to worry about anything. She took all of our delays and drama in stride and was always so understanding when things didn’t go as planned, like when the 6 year old flower girl has a meltdown and doesn’t want her picture taken. Anita truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to tell each persons unique love story and for that we are so grateful to have worked with her. She is cool, laid back, and a hilarious person to have at your side on your big day. I would highly recommend her for ANY photography needs.

Anita and John were amazing to work with for our wedding photography/videography! They were well organized and had great suggestions and answers to all of our questions ahead of time. They made us feel confident that our day would flow without a hitch. Anita and John captured our day perfectly! We could not have asked for anything better. I cannot say enough great things about Anita and her team! When we began out vendor search, I immediately felt a connection with Anita and our comfort shows in every amazing photo she has taken with us. Planning our wedding from afar, Anita and her team made it so easy to feel like we were always in the loop and every detail was accounted for. We used her for engagement photos, boudoir photos, and by the time we got to the wedding it felt like we were working with an old friend! Anita goes out of her way to listen to her clients, bring fun new ideas, and is always up for a challenge! She was so fun and comfortable to work with, but still knew how to direct large groups of people to keep us on our tight timeline. Our entire wedding party, even our vendors were raving about Anita during the reception! She turned around an amazing sneak peek the very next day, and we have been obsessing over how beautiful our photos are. Her natural and candid style truly captured the emotion and happiness of our wedding. The two of them are incredibly talented, kind artists who just so happen to shoot weddings. They radiate warmth and friendliness, which made my husband and I feel like we were hanging with old friends during our engagement shoot in October. Anita and her team were precise and prompt in correspondence, and whenever we texted or emailed she always seemed truly excited for our wedding! When the big day finally arrived in June, Anita and John were simply the best. They captured genuine moments between the two of us, kept our friends and family smiling, and even got on the dance floor with us! We received a sneak peak with a ton of photos the NEXT DAY, and got our album less than 6 weeks later, and I know our video will be just as special. We cannot wait to use them for future memorable occasions - they feel like family now!

Omg... Anita and John were AMAZING! Any future photography needs, we’re going to them. They were such a blast to work with! They made everything so much fun and hyped us up all day! You fill out questionnaires prior to the wedding to let them know exactly what you’re looking for and special moments you want to make sure they catch and they got all of it! Anita is the best photographer around, hands down! She rocked my engagement shoot and then worked with me when I had to move my wedding not once but twice due to Covid. She took photos of my tiny backyard wedding at no extra cost, and then also took photos on the big wedding day when it finally arrived. She cares about every single bride and works to make your day so special and seamless. Her style is very candid and when you look at the photos you feel that you are back in that moment. John and the rest of her team are extremely talented and worth every penny. If you have questions definitely reach out and just schedule a conversation with her, you won't be disappointed. Anita was so amazing to work with! She was very flexible the day of our wedding with getting any shots that we and our family wanted. She and John also did an amazing job on our engagement photos. Our sneak peak came so quickly that we were able to show friends and family the photos before everyone left town. We are so excited to receive the rest!

Anita and John were absolutely amazing at our August wedding! With everything crazy going on in 2020, they made our day effortless and perfect. We got our sneak peak the next day, and our full album about a month later. It has taken me months to finally narrow down which photos to print because they are ALL amazing! Not only are they talented photographers - they're great friends, hype men, and support on your big day. For example, I was getting anxious because we were running behind schedule for the wedding. The wedding coordinator came in to our room and reminded us we were behind. Anita, seeing my worry, took it upon herself to talk to the coordinator and tell her we'd be ready soon and we'd come outside when we're ready. It eased my nerves more than she even knew! She pulled me aside and reminded me - this is my day, I can't even be late if I wanted to, they need me to start. She helped me be present, take a deep breath, and live in that moment. That speaks volumes about the person and photographer she is. She captured the best day of my life and became my friend. I CAN'T recommend them enough. 5/5 stars is not enough.

From the beginning Anita has been absolutely amazing. Our engagement photoshoot was captured perfectly, despite our restless toddler who put on quite a show. Even with that obstacle, Anita was able to focus on us and make the photos something we love to look back on. She helps you figure out ever detail down to your timeline the day of, gives the direction you need on your big day and a lot of laughter along the way. I can’t say enough about how wonderful of a job she did. I’m actually sad the wedding is over because I won’t get to work with her like that again but hopefully we’ll have a chance to work with her somehow in the future!

I have booked Anita and John for my wedding photography/videography fit in 2022! I recently had my engagement session with them and it was so fun!! They made modeling less awkward and were so helpful with posing! I love their personalities and their work is AMAZING! I got my pictures back in about a week which is great!! Highly recommend

I was so excited and relieved when Anita confirmed she was free the day of our wedding and we could book her! Her photos are incredible, she's unbelievably sweet, super responsive, and a joy to work with! She was flexible and understanding when it came to making COVID-related changes. She warned us it could take up to 8 weeks to receive our wedding photos with a late summer wedding, but they were available ahead of the deadline. We booked John as our second shooter, and the quality of his photos was equally fantastic. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you so much!

I can’t rant and rave enough about how our engagement pictures turned out exactly how we envisioned and portrayed who we are. Anita took my engagement photos and wedding photos. She was amazing! I told her to make me look skinny (lol) and she worked wonders by coaching us into very flattering poses! She is fun so easy to get to know- you’ll feel like you’ve known her for years! During our ceremony our flower girls (adorably) got a little lost and she waved at them and showed them which way to go, keeping things running smoothly! She was always responsive, on time, and a good listener. I got my sneak peak photos back almost immediately after my wedding! I highly recommend her

The first time I spoke with Anita on the phone it felt like I was speaking with someone I’ve known for years. She is SO friendly!!!!! Her and John were so supportive during planning with interference from COVID. We had them photograph our small wedding ceremony on May 16th and then our reception on July 24th. The photographs are gorgeous and when my husband and I look through them we get to relive two of the greatest days of our lives! The turnaround time for photos was also quick! Plus, she provides a sneak peak of photos a few days after the ceremony! Oh! And she’ll add you to a Facebook group with her other brides so you can get picture inspo for your own day, as well as keep in touch! Fun fact: they’re now both ordained so when your pastor no shows they’ve got you covered. (Yes our pastor forgot about our wedding 🤦🏼‍♀️)! Anyways, my husband and I could not be more pleased with their photography. ❤️

We are over the moon over our choice to hire Anita for our wedding! Anita was so professional and personable from the first call. She felt like a friend, someone that would do whatever she could to make sure your photos were exactly what you wanted. Meeting her and John only confirmed that.
