She is a Licensed Esthetician as well and worked for The Spa at Equinox for 2 years, performing facials, The Hydrafacial, Microdermabrasion, Eyebrow Shaping and Waxing. She has been a bridal specialist for 12 years doing makeup for weddings both in the tri-state area and destination spots, such as Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic and The St. Regis Bal Harbor in Miami. She uses Airbrush as well as traditional makeup applications and works closely with each client to create the look that displays the best version of themselves! I can't say enough good things about Anita! Anita was my makeup artists for my rehearsal dinner and wedding day, when she also beautifully handled my mothers makeup. She also did the makeup for my five bridesmaids on my wedding day. On her presence - he's talented, easy going, funny, extremely bright, and a wonderful, warm, soothing presence to have around during stressful and exciting times, like your wedding day! I felt like my sister was doing my makeup - if my sister was an insanely talented artist. On her skills - she's really, really good. I'm a bit of a makeup and skincare junkie myself and we geeked out over products, application techniques, etc. She understands how to highlight and emphasize the best features in your face to make you look your best, and really understands what it means to make skin look dewy and glowy without being too heavy with products. At my rehearsal dinner, we did a super fun look which was bright and exciting without overwhelming my face. On my wedding day, she made me look better than I ever have. All in all - I can't recommend her enough. She's a star and I can't wait to have an excuse to work with her again!

I cannot recommend Anita highly enough. She did my make up for my wedding - as well as my mother and mother-in-law's make up- and we looked absolutely perfect (if I do say so myself)! She knows exactly how to make you look like a better version of yourself - not over the top or costumey looking, but elegant and classy. She was receptive to everything we wanted and she has the best demeanor - so calm, kind, and confident in her work (all three of which are hugely important on your wedding day)! I look forward to continuing to use Anita in the future, and highly recommend her for anyone else!

Anita was fabulous!! My bridal party and I had the best time getting ready with Anita! Even on a hot, sticky August day, our makeup had serious staying power. Anita made each of us feel like the most beautiful versions of ourselves and I couldn't be more thankful! Anita was incredibly easy to work with and from our first communication to my final touch up, she was attentive, professional, and fun!

Anita is an extremely talented make up artist. I could not be happier with her services for myself (bride) and for the make up she did for my mother and bridesmaids. I had previously booked another make up artist who had to cancel at the last moment. To say that i was stressed was an understatement. Anita was incredibly responsive and within a few hours I had a trial appointment for the next day. The make up trial was perfect - exactly what i was looking for and i cant believe that it even wound up looking BETTER on the the day of the wedding. Anita made sure i had a contract and understood her rates making the booking and day of payment process easy. She was on time, courteous, kind and fun to talk to. I got rave reviews on my make up - even though it was 90 degrees and the ceremony was outside I never felt cakey and it lasted all night! Forever grateful!
