Disappointing considering it’s a paid for appointment unlike any of the other boutiques I tried dresses on and this consultant missed the mark entirely. I felt rushed, pressured, and unheard. I feel like I was just a number and she was just trying to make a sale or higher commission or something. Of the many dresses I tried, two were in my budget.. After purchasing the dress off the rack and it being final sale I realized it was two sizes smaller than what I told her my size was. I gave her my exact measurements. I told her designers I liked and could afford and asked about specific dresses they may have in stock and the answer was “idk” and then looked for about 20 seconds and then disappeared to pull more dresses for me that I could not afford or did not like at all. Most of the dresses she pulled were hard no’s for me, indicating again she was not listening to my taste or style. The ONE dress she pulled that I did like was thousands of dollars more than what I told her I was comfortable spending. I had much higher hopes for this boutique, as they have hundreds of options. Very unimpressed by the service. And even though I bought a dress from them there was no picture or champagne toast at the end which was offered with every other boutique I went to. I really just feel like she was there to make a sale and not really care or listen to the customer. If I’m dropping thousands of dollars on one dress for one day, I have higher expectations than what was provided. I woke up today not excited about my decision, but sad, regretful and wishing like I had been heard because then maybe I would have tried on more options I could actually afford. Driving from out of town and being on a time crunch for my wedding I felt it necessary to buy off the rack because I could not bring myself to pay an 800 dollar rush fee to get it here in time for alterations. Another concern I expressed from the start was that I needed a dress sooner than later so off the rack may be my best option. She continued to pull dresses I’d have to pay a rush fee on. When I was looking through dresses actually in my budget she prompted me to start trying on the dresses way out of budget instead. I didn’t even get a proper chance to look through the ones I could actually afford to see if I liked any of those ones best. I just feel completely jipped. The customer service was completely lacking on this one.

As I was driving to the store, I received a call saying that it was unavailable because of a shipping error. I was already on my way, so I went to the store. At the store, I was informed that the dress I wanted to see sold earlier that week. The two stories seemed highly unprofessional. Despite the inconvenience, I did purchase a dress from the store because it was the closest I could get to what I wanted. The dress shipped earlier than what expected.

not the upsetting part though. The ladies tried to convince me for 45 minutes that it was the correct dress, even though I showed them 20+ photos of the original dress I tried on, and it was obviously different. They even went as far to say “we’ve never had that dress in our store” (they said this at least 15 times to me), even though I was showing them photos of me in the dress IN THEIR STORE. The overall tone of the conversation was them blaming me - multiple times they said “well you signed off on this dress”. I trusted the dress I was signing off on was the one that I was wearing… I felt manipulated and lied to and I left the store in tears of frustration. They eventually ‘found the correct dress sample’ and corrected their mistake. But the fact that they really tried to convince me to accept the wrong wedding dress is genuinely disturbing. My mom has bought 3 Mother’s dresses at Anjolique, literally spent thousands of dollars here. The customer service skills are nonexistent. They blame the customer for their mistakes, and then try to apologize later. We asked to speak to the owner, the owner never reached out to us. To all my lovely Brides out there, I would avoid Anjolique at all costs. However, if you do decide to order here just make sure to triple check that they are ordering the correct dress, and take photos of everything during your process (dress code, color code, dress tag, the dress itself, order form, etc).

Their solution was to shorten the straps to lift the chest more as well as adding large padding. At the second appointment the fit was still not flattering and the bustle was also not flattering, laying everything on my hips. I was told there’s nothing else they could do with the bustle due to how long my train was and while I wish it had looked different I understood that (as I do not know anything about wedding dress alterations). The most frustrating part was being told the chest looked fine, they acted like they didn’t understand what I was talking about with how I wanted the chest fixed/changed so ultimately we decided to take the dress somewhere else as my chest was now extremely misshapen due to the extensive padding and the beading was cutting into my underarm from how much the straps had been shortened at this point. With one month left before the wedding we went to Myers Park Tailors where they looked at me in the dress and without me saying one word said - well we need to fix the bustle and the chest. I didn’t even have to tell them that was the part of the dress that was bothering me. By not doing the easy fix of making one bustle falling strait at my hips they did 3 different types so the dress fell in a flattering way when it was bustled. They also removed all of the crazy padding and let the should straps back out. They had to hand sew the chest to bring in the chest so it fit in a flattering way. The difference in one company trying to do the easy quick fix and move on to the next dress and a company who took the time to really try to make the dress look good on me.

She listened to what I liked and disliked about each and suggested I try on the Allegra by Eva Lendel, even though the silhouette wasn't what I thought I was looking for. This dress ended up being PERFECT for me!! I even came back for a second appointment to talk through different customizations and accessories before ordering, and Ashley had some excellent suggestions that helped me design the dress of my dreams. She also made sure my mom felt included throughout my fitting. I could not be happier with my experience at Anjolique!

The consultant listened to what I wanted, while also providing me the opportunity to try a few different styles, and even paired the perfect veil with my dress! During my fittings, Amanda made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, and even altered the style on the top half of my dress to change the look and make it more original! She also helped us choose a crown to complete the look! Because of Amanda's hard work and the quality of Anjolique's dresses, my dress was absolutely beautiful and perfect in all of the pictures, and stayed that way throughout the evening!

Super disappointing in the end.

The dressing rooms and try on areas were very nice and comfortable. My consultant Kayla was so sweet and helpful. Once she figured out my style she was able to pull dresses for me. She was always there to help me get in and out of dresses and clip or add something when need be. If you are looking for a dress in the Charlotte/LKN area I would recommend making an appointment at Anjolique!

I had visited one other bridal boutique to try on wedding gowns before visiting Anjolique Bridal and had thought that I had found THE ONE at the first store. After visiting Anjolique Bridal and explaining to Luisa the style of dress I was looking for and told her I may have already found the one I will purchase at the previous store, she went above and beyond to exceed what I had wanted and I ended up buying my dream dress that day from Anjolique Bridal. The selection in the store is unmatched and have a great range of prices. I will be recommending Anjolique Bridal for all of my friends' wedding dresses in the future.

We had such fun, lots of laughs and the result was just what I was looking for. Another part of this quest was to make the gown pretty and simple, but not look like a bride. Here comes Amanda, the seamstress! She fitted the bodice to make it look just right and we shortened many, many layers to make the gown a lovely tea length! These 2 women were the very best and created a wonderful experience for me!! Highly recommend!

r for help, and the experience went downhill fast from there. I told the manager that I wanted a more traditional and modest dress, but with some sparkles. Instead, she picked out a bunch of skimpy lace dresses with nude mesh all over the torso. Most of them looked like something for the wedding night, not the wedding itself. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable wearing that type of dress, and she just glared at me, saying I need to try on different types of dresses. I told her no and that I didn't feel comfortable showing that much skin around my family. I had someone put those dresses back, and she kept bringing back more skimpy dresses. Before all of that too, I showed her a picture of my favorite dress I had found so far (fluffier, sparkly, modest, etc.). She said all serious, "We'll beat that." As if it's a contest and not an experience and a memorable part of the wedding process. She came across as pushy, cold, and completely dismissive of what I was looking for. My mom, my sister, and my friend (they all were with at the time) all agreed that we were getting bad vibes from the people there, so we left part of the way through my appointment.

We honestly loved her so much that we will be returning to shop for a Mother of the Bride's dress and we will specifically be requesting her! If any bride's out there need help finding a bridal gown, seriously go to Anjolique's and request Madison, you will not be disappointed!

The style was something I was not originally looking for, but once I put it on, ESPECIALLY the second time, I knew it was the dress. It just goes perfectly with my overall wedding vision. I would recommend Anjolique and Madison to anyone!

After finding an absolutely stunning Madison James gown ($1300 w/tax), I went in search for someone to remove the train and hem my dress. One tailor in town quoted me - no lie - over $1000 to do the alterations. Back to Anjolique I went, where it will literally be half the cost PLUS with expert tailoring. The seamstress kept working at it until she figured out how to achieve the look I want! I really appreciate their friendliness and service.

I was very nervous but Erika put me at ease and immediately pinned down my taste. Within 5 minutes, she was pulling gowns that I would have chosen myself.
