I had a wonderful experience shopping for a wedding dress at Anjolique! My associate, Kate, was amazing to work with and took all my feedback into finding the perfect dress! Some of my bridesmaids got to join and enjoyed finding some dresses while also seeing Kate's picks. Towards the end of my appointment I found "The One"! Kate helped to envision what I will look like on my wedding day. Cant thank Kate and Anjolique Bridal enough!

I had a wonderful time at Anjolique's. I signed up for a timeslot during their sample sale in mid-July, with the intent of using it to figure out what I liked but not purchase. However, I ended up buying my dress there because Sarah was so helpful in answering our questions and I found multiple options that could have worked for me. Since it was a clearance sale, I didn't have the usual one-on-one consultation experience but Sarah graciously gave us plenty of her attention and made us feel very well taken care of. She provided insight into how alterations could be made and different factors to consider with different dress silhouettes. Thank you, Sarah, for your help and expertise! And thank you to the whole crew at Anjolique's for a memorable day!

Ashley was the absolute best most attentive, patient, and caring consultant. She spent more time with me than anticipated and never made me feel rushed once. After going to look at dresses 6 times before at other locations...I finally found my dream dress. Thankful for Ashley...she is the best!!

I found my dress at Anjoliques Bridal yesterday. My stylist, Anna, was AMAZING! She hyped me up so much, made me feel incredibly comfortable, and energy was great!! I hate making decisions and bc of how great she was and her encouragement, I made a confident decision on the day! She also managed to get me a fantastic dress way under my budget and a fabulous discount!!!

This was my first dress appointment ever and I did not go in with the intention to purchase just any dress - I was thinking if I found it, great but if I didn't, that's okay too. I left here with the most perfect dress! Our consultant, Anne, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, helpful, and super sweet. She said all the right things and even made my mom cry (was not expecting this at all). There was no pressure whatsoever and she made it a great experience. 10/10 would recommend Anne and Anjolique Bridal!

Serenity was an incredible help to me in picking out my dress for the special day! She was clearly experienced in tailoring the dress shopping experience to a bride's wishes and was very warm and welcoming to me and my family throughout the process. I really appreciate how she balanced incredible competence (managing our time, suggesting shifts in strategy based on my opinions towards dresses, etc.) and care/enthusiasm for me and my comfort. She went above and beyond to ensure that the dress I ultimately picked out could be altered to my needs by having the seamstress come over to personally examine me in the dress. I can't thank her enough for being such a wonderful part of my wedding journey!

My experience at Anjolique Bridal was above and beyond all other (3) stores I visited. This shop completely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Anne as your stylist & associate. She was so knowledgeable, and found dresses within my budget and perfect for my body. My best friend worked in bridal for 5 years and after just a couple minutes of discussing details with Anne she turned to me and said, “this woman knows what’s up, I love her!” Anne made the experience really special, comfortable, and included my friends and mom in finding the perfect dress for me. The whole store made the experience so special and I couldn’t be happier with my dress!

My experience here exceeded all others exponentially! Not only do they have an incredibly extensive collection but the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They really know how to do it right. My assistant Sarah was amazing. She worked tirelessly to make me feel comfortable, confident and find the perfect dress with ease. I never felt overwhelmed, pushed or pressured. It was like she was a few steps ahead of me the whole time. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I’m sending every future bride I know to Anjoliques!

Before I had walked in to Anjolique I had tried on over 45 dresses and didn’t have anything that I was in love with. As soon as I walked in Taylor and Sarah were so helpful! Sarah followed up with me that afternoon with the dresses I like and even helped me book a second appointment for the next day where I chose my dream dress. We drove fours from Atlanta to this shop and it was so worth it. We chose it for the amazing selection of top designers, and did not realize that you get these names for considerably less here than at the designers own flagship stores. Ashley gave us so much love and attention. She gave us lots of tips to save a little money here and there… she did not rush us and we really felt she was invested in making my daughter happy. Anjolique Bridal provides every bride’s dream wedding dress experience! I worked with Sarah and Amber, who were so attentive, informative, and encouraging. I tried on so many dresses, and I’m sure I stayed longer than my appointment time (by the time I left, there were no other customers in the shop! lol), but Sarah and Amber never made me feel rushed at all. I even spoke to Sarah the following day and asked if I could come in to try one dress on one more time, and Sarah and Amber both made time for me! I got married 2018. Straight to the point: Head Seamstress Ruined my almost 8k designer dress! I paid my dress in full way before deadline. I came from out of state to this place frequently because they recommended their seamstress for designers because of her experience. 1. I had my dress made - gave specifications to the shop to have made. It came back wrong. 2. thought I could still work with it, and had the seamstress tailor it. SHE BUTCHERED it. It was in rags when I received it. I had to take it to a local seamstress at home and pay ON TOP of everything to have it salvaged. I have photos of the disaster as proof. They offered no help, no understanding, and no assistance. They tried to get me to sign a paper stating that I was happy with MY dress in order to take it from there. I no doubt said absolutely not and TOOK my dress out or what was left of it, out of there without signing any bogus paper for their benefit. TERRIBLE PLACE. Owner was terrible and snotty. Staff (with exception of girl who helped me find my dress) was unapologetic.

Went to 3 different bridal shops and found my dress at Anjolique! All the dresses were very good quality and absolutely beautiful! Serenity helped us and was SO kind and patient! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

After hearing great things about Anjolique Bridal from a friend, I flew all the way in from Florida for the ultimate bridal experience! Upon walking in and seeing so many dresses, I was overwhelmed, but my stylist, Claire, was the best! She was super friendly, very knowledgeable on the styles, made great selections, and listened to my feedback with each gown I tried on. This quickly led me to finding THE ONE and I'm super excited it was in stock with a fast turnaround time! I didn't think that it would be this easy to say yes to the dress, but I'm happy it turned out to be a one stop shop for me!!

My bridal consultant was Serenity and she went in overtime to find me the perfect dress. I told her what she liked and she pulled everything she could think of. I loved her dedication and close to detail energy. I would recommend any bride in NC to go to Anjolique and ask for Serenity!

I had an incredible experience at Anjolique Bridal with Sarah. She made the day special for me and my family. Sarah has a great eye for detail and made incredible recommendations that fit my style and my body. I came in with a vision and she went above and beyond to deliver. I spent the morning at another bridal salon trying on dresses, which was my first dress shopping experience. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for, but it seemed like all of the dresses I tried were missing the mark, so I was slightly discouraged and starting to consider that my vision may be beyond my budget. I came into Anjolique for an afternoon appointment and my consultant, Hannah, was SO amazing. She did a brief interview to ask a few questions and get a feel for what I was looking for, but she had taken the time to read the notes I wrote from the online questionnaire and was already on the same page, which I really appreciated. It was also very apparent that she was actually listening and really taking in my ideas to understand what I was looking for. She went to pull some dresses she thought I’d like while my family and I looked on our own before heading to the dressing room. The first dress was one my mom had picked, and while it was a lovely dress, it just felt a little underwhelming to me. The second dress was one that Hannah picked for me. Although it probably wasn’t one I would have chosen for myself, I was certainly open to recommendations and willing to try. I got into the dress and Hannah zipped me up before heading out to my family and the mirror. I couldn’t stop staring at myself in the mirror and was shocked at how incredible I felt in this dress. I just knew it was THE ONE. Hannah hit the nail on the head and captured everything I was hoping for, and kept it well within my budget. She made this experience so easy and effortless, and I’m so relieved to be able to check this one off my wedding to-do list.

I purchased a dress from here upon guidance from my consultant that the adjustments I wanted were possible. When the dress came in, it barely stayed on and the alterations department at the store said that the changes I’d been promised were possible were in fact not. I took the dress to an independent alteration shop and was told that the alterations would be at least $1,000. Anjoliques response was “no refunds. Just try to sell it online.”

The BEST bridal shop! I had Cammie as my helper, and she did amazing in helping me pick not only dresses I loved, but dresses I would have never thought to pick up! Overall, great bridal place and If you go, request to have her!

Buying a dress remotely can be a little stressful but don’t hesitate to try it with this bridal shop! Ashley was knowledgeable and very kind, she found a dress that I had been looking everywhere for and I’m so excited and pleased with how easy the process was.

I had the most amazing experience at Anjolique! This was the fourth place I went to, to try on wedding dresses. The first 3 places all had dresses that had aspects that I enjoyed, but none of the dresses had all of the details I was looking for. My bridal consultant, Hannah, really took the time to listen to me, gauge my reactions, and make my shopping experience fun and wonderful. She somehow pulled out a dress that was EXACTLY what I was looking for without knowing it! Hannah went above and beyond to help me find my dream wedding dress!! The crew of ladies I brought with me were all astounded at her skills and expertise. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and attention to detail, Hannah! You made my wedding dress dreams come true!!

I have mixed feelings writing this review. I LOVED my dress I tried on at my initial appointment. I did feel very rushed like I was squeezed into this appointment slot and I had to be fast with trying on the dresses. If you are looking for a personal intimate touch, this isn't your place. Large selection of dresses compared to other shops though. I ordered the dress, it arrived with the wrong colored wiring underneath. It was peach. I am African American so this is a huge deal. The dress of the rack was flesh tone which is why I chose the dress to begin with. I was told that if i wanted the dress off the rack it would be an even swap. Meaning my brand new dress that came with the wrong color was going to ben evenly swapped with a dress that had been warn by God knows how many people at the same price. I was told it was ordered right on their end so there was nothing they could do reimbursement wise. The solution was to take apart the floor model dress and swap out the underwire. I was very nervous about taking apart my brand new gown that should have come just the way I ordered it. The alteration girl was very delightful. Everything ended up working out but I can't imagine what would have been the outcome had it not.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for assistance with a wedding dress! All of my interactions were with Ashley and she is extraordinarily professional and caring; exactly what any bride would ask for with regard to her wedding attire. So, I was looking for a piece that I found online for my wedding reception. Ashley researched the option with me, as well as additional options via text and phone and was extraordinarily responsive. Ultimately, the piece that I wanted was discontinued in 2019 and I was unable to order it through Anjolique Bridal, but my experience here was amazing none the less. ***I also want to make sure to mention that Ashley was kind enough to go through diversity-inclusive color options with me as well. As a minority bride quickly approaching my wedding date, I can tell you that this is almost unheard of in the industry. A lot of designers are non-inclusive and only offer a "nude" option clearly intended for one skin tone. Ashley went through all of the different skin tone mesh options that the designer had available and I even sent her a selfie and she was able to confirm that the mesh would match my skin tone! She is truly amazing and any bride would be lucky to have her helping them with their wedding dress <3*** My only regret is that I wasn't able to actually finalize the order for the piece with Anjolique Bridal because I would have loved to continue working with her!

My mom and I had a great time working with Jasmine! She selected the most gorgeous dresses for me to try on and had so many suggestions for completing my look. It's overwhelming stepping into a salon with so so so many options, but with great consultant the whole process is so much more easy and fun. I'm proud to be an Anjolique bride!

Best Online Experience Ever! I visited 11 stores in Florida and didn't find my dress or have good customer experiences. ASHLEY WAS THE BEST CONSULTANT EVER! She was so great, prompt, sweet, and helpful over the phone. I ended up buying my dream dress that they stocked at an amazing price with a great Memorial Day sale! Everything happens for a reason :) And you should 100% work with Anjolique and Ashley. I can't wait to get my dress!!!

I worked all online with Ashley to find my dream dress as I was out of the country. She was absolutely incredible. She answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), was prompt, specific, and very timely. It is not an easy thing to purchase such a special dress online, but Ashley made the whole experience amazing and easy. I am incredibly happy and so thankful for an amazing bridal consultant!

Ashley at Anjolique was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me out. I was originally looking for pre-used Galia gowns because the shipment turnaround time wouldn’t work with my wedding date. I contacted Anjolique via pre-used site called Stillwhite when I saw they had posted the gown. Although that gown was already sold, Ashley still went out of her way to contact me on a Saturday and somehow miraculously was able to get a new gown in production with a turnaround time of 3mos! She truly cares about her job because when I thought all doors had closed on getting my dream gown in time, she somehow found a way to make it happen. I was so lucky to work with Ashley and I would recommend her to everyone! Make sure to request Ashley when you contact Anjolique to make your bridal dreams come true!

Sarah was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me have a great experience with my family. She also made sure she stayed within our budget as well. They have a variety of dresses to choose from and everyone welcomed us with open arms.

Does not listen when you tell them what you want. The first dress they showed me was $18k. I let them know I couldn’t even come close to affording this so she put me in a 16k and told me they could give me a discount…

Ashley was extremely helpful in getting answers about a custom veil we wanted to purchase. She contacted the designer, got our questions answered, and kept us informed the whole time. She was awesome!

Went shopping for Mother of the Groom dress. What an impressive Bridal shop! Nice selection of gowns. I was helped by Ann after asking what my style was and selecting gowns to try on. I was alone that day as mother of the bride and Ann helped me to feel good in my skin, gave great constructive choices for colors and styles to compliment my color and body . She took a-lot of time and even helped With Reccomened accessories and hair ideas . i felt like she had so much artistic and creative style with a warm sister like comfort . Ann was also respectful of my budget which meant a-lot . I’m so grateful for her and it was worth the hour drive .

Although I ended up purchasing a dress here, I really did not enjoy my experience at this boutique. My consultant did not listen to my needs or to my budget by any means so most of my appointment time was spent trying on dresses I could never afford if I wanted to, while being given “reminders” that I’m running out of time. Disappointing considering it’s a paid for appointment unlike any of the other boutiques I tried dresses on and this consultant missed the mark entirely. I felt rushed, pressured, and unheard. I feel like I was just a number and she was just trying to make a sale or higher commission or something. Of the many dresses I tried, two were in my budget.. After purchasing the dress off the rack and it being final sale I realized it was two sizes smaller than what I told her my size was. I gave her my exact measurements. I told her designers I liked and could afford and asked about specific dresses they may have in stock and the answer was “idk” and then looked for about 20 seconds and then disappeared to pull more dresses for me that I could not afford or did not like at all. Most of the dresses she pulled were hard no’s for me, indicating again she was not listening to my taste or style. The ONE dress she pulled that I did like was thousands of dollars more than what I told her I was comfortable spending. I had much higher hopes for this boutique, as they have hundreds of options. Very unimpressed by the service. And even though I bought a dress from them there was no picture or champagne toast at the end which was offered with every other boutique I went to. I really just feel like she was there to make a sale and not really care or listen to the customer. If I’m dropping thousands of dollars on one dress for one day, I have higher expectations than what was provided. I woke up today not excited about my decision, but sad, regretful and wishing like I had been heard because then maybe I would have tried on more options I could actually afford. Driving from out of town and being on a time crunch for my wedding I felt it necessary to buy off the rack because I could not bring myself to pay an 800 dollar rush fee to get it here in time for alterations. Another concern I expressed from the start was that I needed a dress sooner than later so off the rack may be my best option. She continued to pull dresses I’d have to pay a rush fee on. When I was looking through dresses actually in my budget she prompted me to start trying on the dresses way out of budget instead. I didn’t even get a proper chance to look through the ones I could actually afford to see if I liked any of those ones best. I just feel completely jipped. The customer service was completely lacking on this one.

Such a great experience! The boutique had lots of dresses to choose from and the front desk staff was very friendly. I worked with Jasmine and she was fantastic. She was attentive and very helpful.

Anjolique is absolutely amazing! They have affordable options up to in season couture, so inventory and budget won’t be a concern. Lizzy was incredible! She listened to everything I was looking for in a dress and with her creative eye, we were able to create my dream dress! From my first glimpse of the bridal gowns displayed as you walk in the entrance to “Anjolique Bridal and Formal”, it was like walking into a dream. The glistening embroidery work of each dress invites you to choose for yourself. And I will tell you, when you call and make your appt., ask for Hannah. She’s the best! Just tell her a little about what you would like and let her do the rest. I promise you, when you leave the Cinderella experience of her expertise, you will feel as if you’ve just been with a friend. 🥰👗

Anjolique Bridal had the dress that checked all of my daughters boxes. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the assistant really understood what my daughter was looking for. She was patient, kind and so helpful! So thankful to the staff for making my daughters dream dress become a reality!

Good selection of gowns and accessories. Ann was very patient and did not rush a decision. I had no idea what I wanted and she let me try on many dresses without rushing me. I had to come back. She didn’t push me to make a decision I wasn’t ready to make like other aggressive ppl in sales. She helped with accessories and giving great advice.

I can't recommend Anne at Anjolique Bridal enough! They have a huge selection of dresses but she was able to go right to the ones that were most flattering on me. She's so knowledgeable and paid attention to every last detail. She found a dress that was so much better than what I had even imagined!

I scheduled an appointment to go see and try on the dress. This was planned via messenger on the store’s Instagram. I stayed in touch with the store because I was driving eight hours to try on the dress. As I was driving to the store, I received a call saying that it was unavailable because of a shipping error. I was already on my way, so I went to the store. At the store, I was informed that the dress I wanted to see sold earlier that week. The two stories seemed highly unprofessional. Despite the inconvenience, I did purchase a dress from the store because it was the closest I could get to what I wanted. The dress shipped earlier than what expected.

We had the best experience at Anjolique working with our consultant Ann! This was the first bridal shop I visited; therefore, I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little anxious knowing there would be lots of dress options and big decisions to make. From to get-go, Ann's presence calmed my nerves and she helped guide my vision and style preferences. She quickly understood my style and made the process smoother than I could have imagined. I didn't expect to find my dress at the first shop I visited, but left with the most beautiful dress in hand thanks to her help and guidance. I will forever remember our shopping experience at Anjolique and working with Ann as she made it such a special experience. Looking forward to going back to look for my Mom's mother-of-the bride dress. Highly recommend this shop to any and all brides!

I had a wonderful experience finding my dress at Anjolique! My consultant Luisa was great, she listened to what I was looking for and had a lot of good feedback and ideas about different dress options. She made the whole experience very fun and stress free!

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at Anjolique was a nightmare. I went into the store with my mom, fell in love with a dress, ordered it, then a few months later when we came to pick it up, it was the wrong dress - that’s not the upsetting part though. The ladies tried to convince me for 45 minutes that it was the correct dress, even though I showed them 20+ photos of the original dress I tried on, and it was obviously different. They even went as far to say “we’ve never had that dress in our store” (they said this at least 15 times to me), even though I was showing them photos of me in the dress IN THEIR STORE. The overall tone of the conversation was them blaming me - multiple times they said “well you signed off on this dress”. I trusted the dress I was signing off on was the one that I was wearing… I felt manipulated and lied to and I left the store in tears of frustration. They eventually ‘found the correct dress sample’ and corrected their mistake. But the fact that they really tried to convince me to accept the wrong wedding dress is genuinely disturbing. My mom has bought 3 Mother’s dresses at Anjolique, literally spent thousands of dollars here. The customer service skills are nonexistent. They blame the customer for their mistakes, and then try to apologize later. We asked to speak to the owner, the owner never reached out to us. To all my lovely Brides out there, I would avoid Anjolique at all costs. However, if you do decide to order here just make sure to triple check that they are ordering the correct dress, and take photos of everything during your process (dress code, color code, dress tag, the dress itself, order form, etc).

Anjolique Bridal has an amazing selection of wedding dresses. I would 100% recommend going here to look for your wedding dress, however my experience with the alteration department was not as pleasant. I bought the full alteration package (I believe $750) which covered head to toe fitting of the dress. By my first alteration appointment I was not happy with how the chest of the dress was fitting. Their solution was to shorten the straps to lift the chest more as well as adding large padding. At the second appointment the fit was still not flattering and the bustle was also not flattering, laying everything on my hips. I was told there’s nothing else they could do with the bustle due to how long my train was and while I wish it had looked different I understood that (as I do not know anything about wedding dress alterations). The most frustrating part was being told the chest looked fine, they acted like they didn’t understand what I was talking about with how I wanted the chest fixed/changed so ultimately we decided to take the dress somewhere else as my chest was now extremely misshapen due to the extensive padding and the beading was cutting into my underarm from how much the straps had been shortened at this point. With one month left before the wedding we went to Myers Park Tailors where they looked at me in the dress and without me saying one word said - well we need to fix the bustle and the chest. I didn’t even have to tell them that was the part of the dress that was bothering me. By not doing the easy fix of making one bustle falling strait at my hips they did 3 different types so the dress fell in a flattering way when it was bustled. They also removed all of the crazy padding and let the should straps back out. They had to hand sew the chest to bring in the chest so it fit in a flattering way. The difference in one company trying to do the easy quick fix and move on to the next dress and a company who took the time to really try to make the dress look good on me.

We arrived for my daughter 's appointment and greeted by Ann. The entire experience was dreadful. My daughter explained what design she was hoping to find ,yet Ann seemed to "not be present " during the consult. She continued to bring dresses that absolutely were the complete opposite of what my daughter conveyed. This was evident to the point of being comical..... It became quickly apparent, that unless you enjoy being condescended to, and mistake confidence for being rude, do not select this bridal salon. You will leave depleted and dissatisfied

Anjolique was the fourth bridal salon I visited, and although I found some lovely gowns at the first three, I found THE gown at Anjolique! Ashley was my consultant, and her assistance was indispensable. I really appreciate that she reviewed my Pinterest board and had already pulled aside several gowns for me before I even arrived. She listened to what I liked and disliked about each and suggested I try on the Allegra by Eva Lendel, even though the silhouette wasn't what I thought I was looking for. This dress ended up being PERFECT for me!! I even came back for a second appointment to talk through different customizations and accessories before ordering, and Ashley had some excellent suggestions that helped me design the dress of my dreams. She also made sure my mom felt included throughout my fitting. I could not be happier with my experience at Anjolique!

I purchased both of my prom dresses from Anjolique in the past, so when it came time to find the perfect dress for my wedding day, I chose to look at Anjolique among several other stores! Anjolique was my first stop that day, and to be honest I had told myself that I would only be looking to get an idea and maybe one or two contenders, but I found my dream dress during that appointment! The consultant listened to what I wanted, while also providing me the opportunity to try a few different styles, and even paired the perfect veil with my dress! During my fittings, Amanda made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, and even altered the style on the top half of my dress to change the look and make it more original! She also helped us choose a crown to complete the look! Because of Amanda's hard work and the quality of Anjolique's dresses, my dress was absolutely beautiful and perfect in all of the pictures, and stayed that way throughout the evening!

I thought I found my dress at another store, but they were so rude at the other store that I came here to at least have one good experience wedding dress shopping. I was blown away. They were so sweet and attentive and their whole selection put the dress I thought I was getting beforehand to shame. I found my dress first appointment here and am amazed by it every time I look at the pictures.

I had a great experience shopping for and getting my dress but unfortunately now am forced to change my higher review after some shady and disappointing business practices when it comes to alterations. Anjolique recently changed its policy to require all brides to get a nearly $800 alterations package, even if you don't need or want all of the alterations they offer. They were not straightforward about this policy, are enforcing it even if you purchased your dress before the change (despite the fact that the employee who helped us purchase the dress said alterations would be around $100), and are unhelpful when it comes to refunds they owe. Super disappointing in the end.

Went here twice. They were rude, particularly during the second appointment. They didn’t save my profile of dresses previously tried on so had two different consultants. They said my dress doesn’t exist but they had none of the dresses I brought to them to try on. You will feel pressured to buy a dress. I have found my dress at a different bridal shop. There are other options out there for a better bridal experience.

Contrary to a previous review, I was not given any monetary incentive for my 5 star review. Ashley was amazing & deserves 10 out of 5 stars as well as Anjolique Bridal. I was able to pick out at least a dozen dresses to try on. Ashley helped me narrow them down as I tried them on based off similar styles I didn’t prefer as much. Saving us both time, allowing me to give more attention to the other dresses in the styles I liked more.

While we had issues early and later on with customer service, the owner is amazing and so is their seamstress. My dress was amazing. However, their customer service needs to be improved when working with people over the phone/email communications.

This dress is a Spring 2020 #MartinThornburg design. The detail of my wedding dress was to die for. I love the buttons that went from my back ask the way to the end of the train of the dress. My veil was ivory with gold lace that was a exact match to my dress. Y'all...I felt like a QUEEN. My wife loved loved loved the dress. My sisters/bridal party and my mom helped find this gem. It made my wedding complete.
