pful. Having read a number of great reviews, I assumed they would do a great job. Per our agreement, they told me that they would put arrangments together and place them where they needed to go for my event. I was quite pleased that they allowed me to supply my own vases, which was a huge money saving option for me, who had to pay for my wedding myself. On the day of the event, they realized 2 hours prior to my ceremony, the 11 vases I gave them needed to be polished, they had water marks left from being washed. Because of this they refused to complete the set-up for my event. Thankfully I had 5 friends there setting other things up, and were able to complete the task for them. Needless to say, everything my friends were there to do, went undone, because of time constraints. Anna Flowers had these vases for close to 2 months prior and waited until the last minute to put together the center pieces. I called 4 times prior to the ceremony to confirm everything was set and to ask if they needed anything from me. I was told they were good to go. My sister coordinated the event the day of, and filled me in on what happened. She was very upset because she ended up missing out on seeing me dress for my wedding because she was left to set-up what I paid my florist to do... because they had another wedding to be at after mine. After the event, I recieved multiple calls from the business, one from Tracey who I dealt with throughout the planning process and the 2nd from the business owner Roy. Both insulted me and pointed fingers at everyone else for their failure to comply with their agreement. Roy was upset that my sister took her complaint to social media after getting no where with him. He called me to ask why she wrote a number of complaints and I quote, said "Your sister must have mental issues!" He then proceeded to threaten me, saying that if my sister does not remove the comment on Google, he would contact a lawyer and attempt to proceed with legal action. I work in a customer care and am beside myself that the owner of a business would call a cstomer to insult them. Regardless who is to blame for a mistake or a misundetstanding, it is completly unprofessional for a business owner to harass their customers for sharing an experience they had with their establishment, good or bad! I would not recommend this business!

I had the pleasure of working with them. Roy was on top of EVERY detail and I had a limited budget and he made it feel like I spent so much more than I did. He was on top of every phone call and email. He scheduled meetings with me to discuss details, and sent me pictures... none of my friends had that same experience! They made me feel unique and special, like every bride should feel. Anna Flowers is the way to go!!

He even made changes on the Friday before the Sunday wedding for us! When my husband and I arrived at our venue on Sunday, everything had already been delivered and put together, and we were in awe of the beauty of the arrangements. I would recommend Anna's Flowers to anyone looking to for a florist in the Palm Beach area!

s, boutonnieres, centerpieces and decorated our ceremony arbor. I showed him a novel of Pinterest photos, each with one little detail I wanted and he gave me my fairytale wedding flowers! The flowers were fresh, vibrant and the guests are still complimenting how gorgeous the arrangements were weeks after our wedding has ended! If you want to have the perfect wedding day, flowers from this genius are a must have! Thank you Roy, we love you!
