an satisfactory. I asked for videos of who will be playing with her at our wedding. She sent me them and everything was was great. On the day of our wedding her partner was not the person I approved on video. On the day of our wedding, Anna claimed that she was unaware of the timeline for our event. Despite our providing evidence through messaging that the timeline had been discussed multiple times prior to the event, Anna still caused a scene at our wedding. She even threatened to leave due to a minor drizzle, and it was only after my husband and wedding planner begged her not leave before I walked down the isle , she agreed to stay, but only after being paid an additional $200. I was not aware of this until the following day because I would not have given her anything to stay after what we payed. I remember I peaked my head out the castle and heard no music. I was so confused and asked my wedding planner why was there no music being played when half of my wedding party walked down to silence, but she was trying to make sure everything went smooth and didn’t want me to worry. When we contacted Anna with evidence of our previous discussions, she responded with rudeness and unprofessionalism. She was clearly upset that we had proven her wrong about the timeline, and began making false claims about our wedding. She stated that our band and DJ had criticized our organization, which was untrue, as they were family friends and had only positive things to say about the event. In fact, they brought up how she was trying to speak negative about our time line and how we didn’t accommodate the 5 minute drizzle. Anna's behavior was the only issue we experienced on our special day. She continued to complain she drove over an hour (which she knew how far it was, and we payed an additional 170 travel fee!! Anna was hired solely to play music for our ceremony as we walked down the aisle. However, she only played for half of our wedding party, despite having 9 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen. We were disappointed to hear from multiple guests that there were long pauses in the music, and that Anna and her team had caused a scene during the event. After the travel fee and additional 200$ my husband gave her so she wouldn’t leave It ended up being 900$ total for not even 20 minutes of her playing and bringing unnecessary drama to my wedding. We put a lot of time and effort into our wedding. Doing so our wedding was featured in two bridal magazines. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism from Anna Hoops. I do not want anyone going through what we went through with her. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO WITH HER FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY* MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GIVE HALF UP FRONT AS WELL AS MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS THROUGH MESSAGING NOTHING VERBAL !
