I have just received my wedding video from Anna Lam. There are so many reasons I would hire Anna again and again to do any event, but also more specifically my wedding. First of al...
l, Anna is simply put, one of the nicest and most calming person. Upon hiring her, she assured me with even just how calm and present she was on our introduction call, all of the incredible moments she would get on our wedding day. I knew, from watching some of the examples on her site, that she would be able to capture all of the tender and meaningful moments I might even forget happened after the day. On the actual day (already married brides, you'll get what I'm about to write), there is so much going on. Some elements of the day can feel so stressful or even just overwhelming, not only was Anna not even a part of it, she was able to remain steady and professional throughout any unforeseen stressors on the day. I must admit, that even my memories have been altered (in the best way), the things I thought would matter that didn't go exactly according to plan have been completely replaced by our highlight moments. I have watched our wedding video already 3 times in the last 24 hours, each time it brings both a smile to my face and tears to my eyes. She was completely under the radar the whole day and evening, and got everything we wanted and more. Her eye to detail, to the magical little blips of moments is bar none. She is truly one of the best people I've worked with. As a creative, who works in film and television, I have a particularly high expectation of production value and Anna has literally surpassed my wildest expectations. Her music selection, the way she shot the entire film, her color correction and even some of the funny but real moments were just so spectacularly laid out. My husband and I were left speechless last night as we watch the whole thing together.
Anna, thank you so much. From the bottom of my heart, I couldn't wait to get the footage from the day. You were the absolute best and I hope that whoever reads this review, hires you instantly, because you have a true gift. I am so grateful that I was able to find you and that you were available to do my wedding, in some ways, I believe it was always meant to be you from the start!
The one thing I would say for all couples getting married is to never skip out on is your videographer and photographer (Anna does both!!!). At the end of your big day, you walk away with nothing else (besides your fabulous spouse) but the footage of what you worked to accomplish, both financially and emotionally. Even for those who feel like the day wasn't exactly perfect, I can tell you Anna will replace any sticky feelings about when something should or should not have happened, with all the ooey gooey feelings of gratitude and beauty you thought may have been missing. For the it-was-a-perfect-day people, she will only amplify your day well beyond your wildest dreams. I cannot say enough great things about her. She is THE BEST!
Our experience with Anna was nothing short of amazing - from the first time I contacted her, to letting her know our decision, to our wedding day! She took the time to get to know ...
what we wanted out of our videography, was willing to adjust as new needs arose, and had great, calm energy on our big day. I may be biased, but I think our videos are masterpieces and will enjoy them for years, and years, and years to come. I highly recommend Anna and her incredible talents!
Anna is very creative and made sure to grab all of the best points in our day. She is great at what she does and I can't recommend her enough! I would highly recommend Anna for all...
of your videography needs- she was the easiest and best person to work with through your wedding planning! HIGHLY recommend :).
Anna did such an amazing job capturing our day, and we truly can’t thank her enough! We hired her for photo and video just 9 days before our wedding (long unfortunate story about o...
ur initial photo/video company backing out last minute) so to say we were stressed is an understatement. Anna took on the challenge of getting to know us and agreeing to capture our day with such short notice. I truly believe it was a blessing in disguise that everything worked out the way it did because I love everything about Anna’s gallery/video of our special day! My family and friends continue to comment on how wonderful our photos and video turned out. Anna took a stressful situation we were in and turned it into a wonderful experience for us. Not only is she talented, but her kindness is second to none! Thank you for everything, Anna!
Anna is a kind, easygoing person who is incredibly creative and has heaps of talent! She was so easy to work with and made us feel so at ease and I was very impressed with her flex...
ibility and willingness to learn about our traditional Greek Orthodox wedding. We recently got our highlight video back after our 8/28/21 wedding and she captured the entire day absolutely perfectly. I have lots of family abroad who were not able to attend my wedding in person and it’s so wonderful that I could share our video with them and they could get a real sense of the day. I can’t express how grateful my husband and I are to her to have such a beautiful keepsake to remember our wedding day. If you’re thinking about booking Anna, do it now! You won’t regret it!!!
Hands down the best videographer I have ever met! From the second we got connected to after our wedding day, Anna was so kind and generous! Not only is Anna so talented but she was...
so fun to be around! I am not good in front of a camera but Anna brought so much fun and positive energy making everyone feel comfortable! Anna was so respectful of our photographer and managed to get the most beautiful shots while blending into the background. I am so amazed with the work Anna produced. I could not recommend Anna Lam more! After watching our wedding film I reached out to Anna about receiving additional footage and not only did she respond so quick but she generously sent me the additional footage. I wish Anna nothing but the best and success in her business endeavors!
Anna is the BEST!! We last minute decided to book a videographer and it was the absolute best decision we have ever made! Anna was so sweet and easy to reach. On the wedding day sh...
e was so fun and really made us feel special, not to mention she was the best hype girl! Anna made my husband and I feel like we’ve known her for years the second we met! We received the teaser back in two days and she was able to get our highlight film back to us in TWO WEEKS! We were absolutely speechless and obsessed with our videos. She captured our wedding day so perfectly, and didn’t miss a single thing! We are so grateful we got to meet Anna, she is such an amazing person and so talented at both photo and video. I owe Anna my entire life for all the smiles & love her video has brought us!! I would book with Anna 100 times all over again if I could!
I cannot say enough about how amazing Anna is! We were on the fence about booking a videographer for our wedding…my husband was 100% not interested. He thought it was an unnecessar...
y expense and wouldn’t be worth it. He said he doesn’t like to see himself on video or hear his voice, but we ended up booking anyways. Anna had a sneak peak video up within days of the wedding and we immediately knew the video was going to be amazing! She had our video published less than three weeks after our wedding and it was perfect in every way!! She was so fun to have around during the wedding day, so organized, kept us on schedule, and sometimes we didn’t even realize she was there 🤣 we watched the video together and my husband LOVED IT!! We laughed and smiled the whole time. He said, “I thought it was going to be super long and boring and showing all of my bad sides…that was the perfect length! That was really good!” I will recommend Anna to every bride/groom for the rest of time!! 👏🏼👏🏼 100/10 stars 💋
Anna did such an amazing job capturing our special day! I cannot stop watching our video over and over again. Every time I watch it, it takes me back to that day and I am so glad w...
e decided to do videography with Anna so that we can have these memories forever!
I don't think I can even express how happy I am with Anna and her work. I have never been so happy I hired someone in my life! My parents were skeptical of videographers, and her v...
ideo of our special day completely changed their mind, and they said they would hire her 10 times over.
Stunning footage to say the least. She not only caught everything, but helped our photographer catch amazing photos and made sure she wasn't in the way for any shots. She captured every special moment and more. Anna is also so thoughtful and involved the day of I thought she was one of my personal attendants - bringing me water, asking what and who I needed next, etc. Just amazing. She is seriously THE BEST!!!!!!!!! HIRE HER!!!!!!!! If you have any second thoughts, watch the video she put together for Stephen and I.... you will hire her on the spot. I have watched it at least 20 times and cry every time.
I could go on and on and on... but her work speaks for itself. Anna, we absolutely love you and wish we could get married again and again just to keep working with you. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts <3
I can't rave enough about Anna Lam Studios! We hired her last-minute after having to cancel our destination wedding due to COVID. We had 6-weeks to hire new vendors for our celebra...
tion closer to home.
From my initial inquiry email, Anna was easy to work with and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. On the day of the event, she arrived right on time and was calm, cool and collected throughout the day, adjusting quickly to changes in our day-of timeline without pause. Sometimes I honestly forgot Anna was even there because she made herself so invisible as she shot, but she was quick to speak up to get the moments she knows will enhance your wedding video.
When we received our film, my husband and I were blown away by all of the small moments she was able to capture - cute little interactions we never would have gotten from photos alone. Anna knows how to tell a story. She seamlessly intertwined our love letters to each other in the video along with part of the best man's speech - all of which were important details I had asked for. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding video turned out!
Anna's style of shooting is stunning and she uses clip-on microphones to get quality audio you won't find from a lot of vendors. She is well-priced, easy to work with, and will produce a product you'll cherish for years to come!
Anna is very professional and easy to work with. She was always prompt when replying to emails and phone calls, and very organized. Day of she was an absolute joy to work with. She...
was fun and creative and got so many cool shots I would have never thought of. She got our video back quickly and we were absolutely blown away. It was beautiful and perfectly captured the magic of the event. I felt like it showed me and my husbands personalities and our love for each other. I have watched it about 20 times at this point and I smile the whole time it’s on. I cannot recommend Anna enough.
Anna was amazing at taking my engagement photos, we had our 2 furbabies included as well and she did wonderful handling everything. I highly recommend her!
After our very first meeting with Anna, we knew we had found the right person to capture the most important day of our lives. Wedding planning for us was so hectic so when we saw h...
ow organized and prepared she was, it gave us a lot of confidence that she not only knew what she was doing, but would do it exceptionally well. She answered all our questions about the different options and she was flexible when we made some requests. On our wedding day when things didn't exactly follow the schedule, Anna adapted so well to everything and continued to capture all the best moments with very little direction from us. She was just always there in the background being a videographer ninja. Most importantly, I love our wedding video! A lot of people say they never watch their wedding video, but my wife and I have watched ours a lot in the past year and we're so proud to show it to people. I can't say enough good things about Anna. She's such a super nice person and really easy to work with. She was very responsive and the video was delivered quicker than we expected while still being everything we wanted it to be. We are so happy we found her. I just wish I could give her more stars!
I had the pleasure to meet Anna while we both worked at the same organization and when exploring options for a wedding videographer, I instantly thought about Anna’s work and had t...
o reach out to her to see if she would be interested in capturing our wedding video. After speaking with Anna, she was absolutely thrilled to do her first wedding with us. Anna was organized, professional, detailed and made the whole planning process easy yet enjoyable at the same time. We also had a very large wedding party and wedding and she was so patient and worked well with everyone including our photographers. One of the biggest thing we asked for was *moments* and less staging for our video and she did exactly that. Can’t say enough amazing things on how great it was to work with Anna. We are forever grateful for the high quality video, the special moments she captured and also the fact that we get to cherish it and watch it over and over again. We are beyond pleased with our wedding video and would DEFINITELY recommend Anna to shoot your wedding! 😊
Anna was simply, hands down, the best photographer we could have hired. Showed up early, was professional and courteous the whole time, and got every single photo and shot we coul...
d have possibly wanted. After the wedding she was incredibly engaged during the editing process and was constantly showing us work as it was completed and providing constant updates. We got married 3 years ago and my family STILL talks about how amazing our wedding photos were at Christmas. Could not recommend Anna more highly.
