Fast forward a few weeks before the big day, and suddenly, I had a horrifying realization: I also wanted to enjoy the wedding. Turns out, trying to juggle a million details while also being present for family and, you know, actually having fun is not as simple as I had imagined. I was originally reluctant to spend extra money on a coordinator (because let’s be honest, the budget had already skyrocketed), but then I met Anna. Or rather, I panic-called Anna. And let me tell you—best. decision. ever. Before I even met her in person, she radiated calm, kindness, and a crazy amount of wedding wisdom. After our first meeting, I knew she was worth every penny. She had an uncanny ability to be everywhere at once, think ten steps ahead, and handle every detail so seamlessly that I could actually relax. I mean, she even made sure I was having a good time—which was not on my original to-do list. Long story short: Anna was the MVP of the wedding, and I have her on speed dial for any future events. Absolute game changer. We will treasure this day forever.

She responded to my of my random emails/texts within minutes (the most amazing touch to put my mind at ease), and on the wedding day I felt fully confident to just embrace the day and let her handle the rest! There were so many small details about the wedding day that moved forward flawlessly because of her (and would not have happened without her). She was an AMAZING problem solver and responder when I became suddenly ill during our reception, and made the night run smoothly so that many of our guests didn’t notice when the bride didn’t return to the dance floor! 😂 Anna made sure everything was packed into our car and also sent us off with a beautifully hand-painted bottle of champagne with our names and wedding date which we LOVED. I can truly not say enough incredible things about her! BOOK THIS WOMAN!

ne of the most fun and beautiful days of our lives. She was there every step of the way but did a great job at not making the process overwhelming. Despite having a wedding with a lot of logistics involved, Anna handled absolutely everything on the day of and the whole thing went off without a hitch. I was so relaxed the whole day and that was definitely because of her! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their wedding planning needs!

sion, Anna recommended a litany of reputable venues and vendors. Her knowledge of all things wedding in the DFW-area was super helpful for a bride that knew nothing. She toured venues with us and added immense value, adding commentary about day-of considerations that would have never crossed my mind. She helped us make a timeline and other logistics with the venue we selected. Fast forward to the week- and day-of, Anna coordinated with the venue and vendors. I didn’t have to lift a finger to make my vision come to life. On the personal side, Anna is an absolute sweetheart who was patient with this type A control freak bride. She made sure my husband and I had whatever we wanted to drink all night long. And made sure to do whatever we needed to have the best night ever. We wouldn’t have had a perfect wedding day without Anna.

Make your people RSVP and plan for more than anticipated) and in return caused what could have been a pretty stressful situation! Anna did not allow us to get stressed! She stepped right in and added chairs/tables and utensils, smoothed over the seating situation and all was right in the world for the remainder of the night! Her level of multitasking is beyond incredible and her knowledge of weddings made everything just flow! In the end we give her 5 stars times a million!!! She has a true gift in managing people in these situations when gentleness is needed but decisions need to be made! Everytime I checked in with her, she had already taken care of whatever it was.
