I had a wonderful experience at Anna's Bridal. They were all so friendly and made sure that I loved the dress that I said yes to. When I had questions or anything they responded back to me very quickly and made my whole experience wonderful.

Anna’s Bridal was the best! Anna and all her staff are so incredibly kind, I had my alterations done here as well, they worked hard to accommodate my schdule and were overall amazing to work with. Wedding dress of my dreams!

I had Anna and Katie both help me with my dream wedding dress! My sister came before me and my other sister had recently got her dress from Anna’s bridal too. Anna's Bridal was amazing. They pulled gowns that were the style I was looking for and in my price range. They actually tended to pull on the lower end which did not make me feel pressured at all. The dress buying experience here was good but I would NOT recommend getting alterations done here! The seamstresses are super nice but Anna was the one pinning the dress and working with me. I wasn’t happy with how the dress was fitting and she was rushing me out of there. I had to come back with my dress and she made me feel bad about asking for things to be fixed. In the end I just gave in and took the dress home for the second time. She also underestimates alteration prices and say they can change things on the dress that I doubt they can because they couldn’t get even simple changes right. It was a horrible experience. She told me that I was going to wear my dress more at her store than my wedding which was not the case. So rude. Only bad vendor experience I had. You should not feel like crying after your dress fitting.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Anna and her whole team at the bridal salon! From my first visit in until my last, Anna made me feel so special and so beautiful in my dress... even when it came time to let some of it out ;) THANK YOU for the world's most gorgeous Monique Lhuillier gown. I will cherish it and my experience with Anna for a lifetime!

The two ladies were so very sweet there! They listened so carefully to me and what I wanted, even if I wasn’t super specific. They were so patient and understanding, and never pressured me in anyway. Anna’s Bridal was my very best bridal salon experience! I said “yes to the dress” here and am forever grateful. The store atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Katie and Anna are so incredibly helpful, kind and patient. I went in knowing the silhouette I wanted and was able to pull options in a variety of fabrics and with unique details. The selection of dresses is beautiful and extensive- there is truly something for every personal style. I brought in my Mom’s old wedding dress because we were hoping to incorporate it in my wedding as well, and Anna was able to make it modern in a snap with her exquisite tailoring eye. I couldn’t sleep all night after finding my dress because I was buzzing with excitement. It was the feeling I’d always dreamt of having! I highly recommend any and all brides to visit Anna’s!

The service I received from Anna and her entire staff during my appointment was top-notch! I came in feeling not-confident I would find something as I couldn't articulate what I was looking for and had confused myself and my vision. That being said, Katie and Anna were wonderful and asked great questions to help me breakdown what I was looking for! Anna originally stated that she knew a dress I would love but it was over my budget so she wouldn't pull it... after seeing it in person, I held off in hopes I would find something in my budget. Throughout the appointment, I kept thinking back to the Pronovias gown. After trying it on, my mom broke into tears and we knew it was it. Anna was so wonderful and took a % off because she knew it was over my budget! Feels so great to have shopped local and support Anna!

I loved my experience at Anna’s! The dresses were beautiful and the staff is fantastic. I found the most stunning dress and they are going the extra mile to make it my own. I couldn’t have been happier with how my dress shopping day went. I felt truly special.

If I had to say one word that summed up my whole experience at Anna's Bridal is would be "outstanding"! They were able to book me in last minute. I do suggest booking ahead of time. I had such a difficult time finding dresses in different bridal shops until I stumbled upon Anna's Bridal. When I arrived I shared pictures and thoughts of my ideal dress to the staff, and immediately they started pulling dresses off the racks that aligned with my vision. The store has a wide variety of different dresses and designers. While I was trying on different dresses I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were with me. It made the experience wonderful and soothing. I never felt rushed at any given point. I ended up saying yes to one of the dresses and I am very pleased with it! I would highly recommend this bridal shop!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the ladies at Anna's Bridal! It was always my dream to wear a Hayley Paige gown and they had me covered!They were so helpful, especially since I had no idea what I was doing, and they were able to accommodate my many requests! After finding my dress, I went through the typical, "dress regret" phase which brought me back to Anna's to try on another dress I thought I loved more. Turns out, I bought both and got to wear a ceremony and reception dress which was the best thing ever! The women were so incredible through every fitting and really thought of everything. I couldn't be happier and couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience from start to finish. Thank you Anna and team, you are so wonderful!

With all the wedding stress, picking out the dress with Anna's bridal was the easiest thing on my list. The staff was very helpful!

After hunting for a dress for two months, I found my dream dress at Anna's Bridal! I was able to get an appointment on a last minute cancellation and arrived as quickly as I could. Anna and Katy were so kind and welcoming which was calming and made the process much more relaxing. I am so happy to SHOP LOCAL and support a business who has been contributing to our community for the last 27 years! Anna's has a family feel with the quality AND pricing to set her apart. Having visited several esteemed bridal boutiques in Portland, we were so happy with our experience at Anna's it would be difficult to recommend anywhere else! Looking forward to updating my review once my dress arrives and alterations are complete. So far, August 14, 2021 is looking to be a very special day with a very special dress. Anna's Bridal was an absolute DREAM! I was in search of the perfect dress for my Wedding Day! I had already been to several Bridal Salons with no such luck. I had always dreamed a Hayley Paige wedding dress, even just to say that I tried one on! Anna's was the closest boutique to me that carried the designer. I called Anna thinking there would be no way to get an appointment on a Saturday afternoon with Hayley Paige having a trunk show, but Anna made SURE I was able to squeeze in! She made it such a smooth and easy process, it was most definately a sign! I was able to attend with my parents and sister. I described my perfect dress to my little fairy of a Bridal Assistant at the store, Emily, and she worked her magic! The first dress she picked out for me made me want to burst out in tears before even trying it on! She knew that that was the dress for me! I ended up purchasing a Hayley Paige dress (something I didn't think I'd EVER be able to do!). Anna was my fairy GodMother and blessed me with my dream Cinderella dress. They made me feel SO special! I highly HIGHLY recommend Anna's Bridal Boutique!

I found my dream gown at Anna's Bridal. I had visited over 10 bridal boutiques in SF, Seattle, and Portland. I ultimately knew Monique Lhuillier was my dream designer. I attended the Trunk Show, and had a fabulous experience with Katie and Anna. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel special. The selection of gowns was very impressive, and they had fantastic suggestions for gowns to try on. Overall, I had a perfect appointment and highly recommend this boutique.

My experience at Anna's was so wonderful. I asked to try on many dresses (I had many in mind before my appointment). They helped me try them all on, and then brought out several others as well. I had my heart set on a particular dress before I came into the store, but I ended up going with one that they chose for me even though I'd had 10 selected myself! They really are the experts! :) They were also able to pick out the perfect accessories to match my dress and my personality! We found a dress quite a bit below my budget as well!

I had an amazing experience here! I came from out of town and arrived an hour early and Anna still let me come in AND she took me through the store and picked what felt like a million stunning dresses for me to try based on my preferences! Everyone we worked with was very conscious of my budget and so excited for me!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and extremely pleasant. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I came in knowing I wanted to try a certain designer and nothing else. I was willing to try anything on to figure out what kind of dress style I liked best. Would recommend highly to anyone I know.

Katie and Anna were awesome! My mom, mother-in-law and I were the only ones in the boutique for my appt. The ladies really listened to what I was looking for and pulled multiple dresses of various different styles within my preferences. Anna was so knowledgeable about the possibilities of alterations and veils. I didn’t feel rushed and had so much fun trying on all the beautiful dresses. They had a huge selection of beautiful gowns and I’m so happy I found my dream Hayley Paige dress!

I've gone to Anna for help with my prom dress, my maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding, and now my wedding dress. I was living in St. Louis while planning my wedding and flew back to Portland to buy my dress because I knew I would be in good hands. Anna and her team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. They even made a beautiful hair scarf, which really brought the whole look together. Can't recommend enough, Anna's is the whole package and then some.

The people at Anna's Bridal truly are the best in the business. I'm not used to being the center of attention, but here, their goal is to make the bride happy. Anna herself, is a guru. If she sees that you aren't smiling, she won't stop until you are. They went to extra mile to make sure I found the dress I was truly happy with. They have a large selection of beautiful designer dresses for affordable prices, which you can special order. The dress I chose, was ordered in ivory fabric, instead of the nude colored fabric of the sample dress. Anna and her team will help you to the best of their ability to find you your dream dress! I will be forever grateful!

Anna’s Bridal was the first stop on my list of 3 places to visit the day I went wedding dress shopping. My sister had shopped and purchased her wedding dress at Anna’s and and had a great experience so I knew I was in good hands. My experience was nothing short of amazing as well! They were patient, listened to my likes and dislikes intently and the environment was simply warm and inviting. I would highly recommend starting your day at this shop - I did go to my second appointment but cancelled the third since I knew I found my dress at Anna’s (it was the second dress I tried on!). I was able to swing back by Anna’s the same day and purchase my dress. Can’t wait to wear it!

One of the best bridal boutiques in all of Portland in terms of styles, price point, and service. They are not over the top, pushy, or fake. The staff are warm, honest, and Anna is the charm of it all. I loved my experience there in its entirety & highly recommend it to anyone. Cannot wait to show off my dress next fall.

What a great experience coming to Anna’s Bridal! I didn’t think I was even going to come in, but my sister and I had an hour free one day so we went in and I found my dress right away! The dress made me feel like a bride and it made everything feel so real! It was on sale and it was a sample dress so I didn’t need to wait to have it custom made for me. I had a short engagement so it worked out great for me. I came in a few times for alterations and each time it fit more and more like a glove. My wedding day turned out better than I could’ve imagined and my wedding dress was everything I hoped it would be. Thank you Anna’s Bridal for making my wedding day that much more special!

I had a wonderful experience at Anna’s Bridal. It was actually my first stop in my dress shopping adventure. My stylist, Kelly, was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I had a full day of appointments elsewhere, but nothing compared to THE dress I found at Anna’s (or the experience). I emailed the shop Saturday evening about the dress and had a response very promptly. They opened up the shop for me and my family the next morning so I could try it on again and “say yes” before heading out of town. Looking forward to having my alterations done there as well, I’ve heard nothing but good things.

The miracle magicians at Anna’s Bridal team are top notch! I I purchased my wedding dress out of state and was recommended to Anna and her stellar team for alterations. I am simply amazed at how they were able to quickly addresses any issues that arose (I broke my zipper) and help me look my best for my big day! My wedding dress fit me PERFECTLY! My mom also had her dress alterations completed here and was so happy with how her gown turned out. These women are incredible at what they do and all around the sweetest people! I HIGHLY recommend them for your alteration needs!

When shopping for my wedding dress I found the process to be a little overwhelming. There are many shops, many styles - I felt pretty confused. I made an appointment at Anna's and from the beginning I felt like I was in good hands. They pulled some dresses for me to try on but also let me look around the store too. I came back a second time with some family to try on my favorite dress. Both times I felt very special and well taken care of! Plus the BEST thing is that they offer in house alterations. Anna started our making dresses, so she knows every trick there is to alterations. Can't recommend them enough!

Being a bride without family/friends in the area was sometimes difficult since I was by myself some of the time. Thankfully the staff at Anna's made me feel comfortable and looked after. They have so many beautiful dresses there that I felt like planning a future vow renewal just to have another one! They always had ample time for me and were very helpful along my journey. I went to six Portland area bridal shops and was feeling really discouraged. Then when I went to Anna’s I found four different dresses that I was in love with! And while saying “Yes” to the dress is such a big day, what I was shocked about during my wedding planning is how much time you spend with your bridal shop once the dress comes in, and how important it is to like your bridal shop and their alterations staff! With Anna’s, the staff truly became like family, and were always so accommodating to schedules. Anna and her team put so much effort in to my dress, tailoring it until it was absolutely perfect and custom to my body. I would absolutely choose Anna’s if I had to do my big day all over again. I cannot recommend them enough!

I would definitely recommend Anna’s Bridal to any bride wanting perfection on her big day! Anna’s was the third bridal shop I went to when searching for a dress. I had already tried on about 30 dresses at that point. I walked in, told Anna what I was looking for and she went right to it on the first try! As soon as I tried on my romantic, and somewhat vintage looking Haley Paige, I knew it was the one. Anna really knows her stuff and her girls are fabulous to work with! Things went smoothly with the alterations, everything was right on time, and the dress fit perfectly! The shop itself is beautiful and there are lots of gorgeous dresses to choose from. I felt like a princess here and everyone is so kind. Wonderful place!

My experience with Anna’s Bridal was excellent and was easily one of the best parts of my wedding planning! When I initially tried on dresses, I had a couple general styles in mind, but knew I did not want a strapless dress (just a personal preference for me and my husband). As we narrowed in on my vision, my attendant suggested that I try on a strapless gown with a bodice and skirt that were close to my vision and if needed we could add straps easily with alterations. I was hesitant to pursue alterations with my budget but tried the dress on. They had an example set of straps and an example keyhole neck/back to help me visualize what the dress would look like after alterations. This strapless gown with a keyhole added was exactly what I wanted. In the end, I had around 4 or 5 dress fittings with alterations after saying “yes” to the dress. My dress had the keyhole neck/back added, a layer of tulle removed, the train hemmed off (outdoor wedding, I didn’t want to have to tromp on it all day/night), the waist taken in slightly for fit, and cups added so I could go braless. I absolutely LOVED my dress. The cost of the alterations was incredibly reasonable, and I was given a line item price for each alteration. I was also told the prices of the extra material necessary to make the keyhole prior to purchase. Other than marrying my husband and seeing my loved ones, I would say my dress was my favorite part of the day. An unanticipated benefit to having my dress altered with Anna was the emotional attachment that I was able to develop with the dress over the time I had my fittings. With each fitting, I spent time driving to the boutique, trying on the dress, and driving home thinking about the dress. And in the end, it was PERFECT. For me, when I spend time on something, it becomes more valuable to me, so I don’t think my wedding experience would have been the same if I didn’t have those fittings and alterations. The morning after the wedding, I saw my dress hanging up and I had a wave of sadness wash over me, knowing that I wouldn’t be wearing it again. I would also like to add that every moment I spent with Anna (who personally worked on my dress at my fittings) was delightful. She is a wonderfully sweet woman who clearly has a passion for wedding gowns. When I had her trim the train off my gown, it was like I was having her trim off a piece of her own heart! It was incredibly obvious that she loves the elegance and glamour and beauty of the wedding gowns that she sells and alters. Thank you, Anna, for such a wonderful experience and playing such a big part in my wedding planning journey!

I absolutely LOVED my wedding dress and veil I got from Anna's Bridal. I went to a bunch of different dress shops and looked online before deciding on Anna's. Anna and her employees were always super friendly whenever I was in the store and did such a perfect job on altering the dress to fit me! You can just tell by the way Anna works with the dress that she is highly skilled and experienced. My mother in law also got her dress altered by Anna and she did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Anna's Bridal Boutique if you are looking for your dream dress and/or need a dress altered.

Anna and her entire staff is amazing! They helped me order the correct size dress that needed very minimal alterations and those that they did complete made it even more perfect. They were very easy to work with and helped me find my dream dress!

Buying experience: Great! Helpful staff, personal attention and not overwhelming. In fact, Anna helped find my perfect dress. She has an eye for what works for your style and vision. Post-buying: They didn't call me (as promised) when my dress came in. I called them after the expected arrival date and received, "Oh yeah, it's here." Alterations: Don't do it here. Poor quality and WAY too expensive. I had to go in five times to be fitted for minor changes. I never knew when alterations would be complete. "Next time," was always the answer. Sadly, when my dress finally left the store the week before the wedding, there were still red threads throughout the dress and some remaining alterations were not complete. When I called Anna's to express my disappointment, they did refund some of the alteration money.

Loved anna's bridal! I went to over 10 shops this shop truly cared about helping you find a dress Anna made sure you were 100% happy before you walk out the door. she's a sweet lady who knows her stuff!!! Professional kind assistants as well loved it here i wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was out visiting my parents for the weekend, looking at wedding venues, when I started the hunt for my dream dress. I had been to one or two other bridal shops before I found Anna's while getting lunch in LO. We didn't have an appointment, but luckily it wasn't super busy at that time and I was able to try on a few dresses! The whole staff was super welcoming and was great at finding dresses that were in my budget and in the style I was going for. I had already tried on maybe 25 dresses that weekend, but at Anna's I found the one that just clicked! I did all my alterations through Anna's Bridal and they were super helpful and attentive to detail. I did have one little scare.. Two days before my wedding I took my dress home and found that the top was too big! A small adjustment had been done the day before and it had changed the way the whole top fit. I was pretty stressed out, but Anna was very calm and fit me in to get everything fixed. On my wedding day the dress fit perfectly and I felt so beautiful! Thanks to Anna and her team for finding me my dream wedding dress!

I have my fair share of mixed feelings towards Anna's Bridal. When I went there to pick out my dress in September it was great. The staff was helpful and the showroom is clean and cute. However, things went downhill after that. I went back with my bridesmaids to pick out their dresses and it turned into the most stressful process of our whole wedding. Dresses came at all different times and in the wrong sizes. None of the dresses fit properly so we had them tailored which ended up being close to and extra $100-$150 per dress. After all that, the sewing was not great and you could visibly see on a couple of the girls dresses that they were sitting crooked. I also got charged an extra $500 worth of alterations on my wedding dress. All in all, I would say getting your wedding dress here in fine. However, stay away from alterations and have your bridesmaids get their dresses elsewhere.

The staff and Anna herself are down to earth, kind, professional, and so good at what they do. I felt like they truly cared about me and my dress. Also, I comparison shopped a bit and their prices are more than fair.

I couldn't have imagined a better experience that I got an Anna's Bridal! From day one, everyone was so sweet, caring, and really focused on me as a bride and what I wanted. From buying my dress to alterations, every time I stepped in the store they knew me by name and made me feel right at home. Anna had no problem fixing anything and everything on the dress I felt was not right, down to my last fitting day when she altered it on the spot for me! I would recommend Anna's bridal to anyone looking for an amazing wedding experience!

Anna's Bridal was so wonderful to work with! Trying to find your dream dress for the best day of your life can be stressful, but Anna's was able to take away all of that stress. They were able to add all of the things I wanted to a dress already in the store, which was absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable telling Anna where I thought the dress needed improvements for the best comfort and the best look. Anna and her team were able to take care of me in a way no other bridal shop had. They sincerely wanted me to have the perfect dress for my perfect day. I could not have been happier with the final outcome!

My experience at Anna's Bridal was nothing short of amazing, from the first appointment to the last. Anna and her team helped me find the perfect dress. I didn't have a particular dress in mind, but had some ideas of what I wanted (unique and long sleeved) for my winter wedding. After trying on 5 dresses, I knew I had found the one since I didn't want to take it off! Anna's team helped secure that decision after they applied a jeweled sash around my waist and a veil on my head. The fittings went very smooth and Anna was there for every appointment with a keen eye of perfectionism. Everyone was raving about my dress on my wedding day . The thought of wearing a wedding dress has always been a nightmare for me! Not because I didn't think it was a special occasion, but because most all wedding dresses accentuate your figure and I grew up with severe scoliosis. I've always been self conscious about it, especially as I knew all eyes would be on the bride. I initially came to Anna by my wedding planners recommendation for alterations on a used dress I had already purchased. I mentioned my issue with my body to her and she just shrug it off and said, don't worry, that's an easy fix! I knew I was in good hands as soon as she said that with no hesitation at all. Anna and her team knows what they are doing! Anna was so meticulous and really looked at my dress closely and explained to me what needed to be done to get the fit just perfect. She was so good that I also had her alter my reception dress that I purchased outside of her store, and I knew it was a challenge as it had very difficult material to work with but that turned out perfectly too! In the end, I actually ended up purchasing a dream dress from her a month prior to my wedding because I decided to stop hiding my back and that backless dresses actually looked better. The only one available was her sample which was a size 12 and I'm barely 5 ft tall! Her and her dream team (shout out to Feri & Janina too!) had it ready In the end, and it looked even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. I am so happy that I ended up at Anna's. All my dresses turned out beautifully and I never had a worry that they couldn't pull it off.

I went into Anna's newly engaged just to get a feel for the process before making an appointment. The first thing Anna said to me was, "You must be a bridesmaid." Needless to say I wouldn't recommend.

My experience at Anna's from start to finish was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in Anna and her team were friendly and accommodating. I ended up finding the perfect dress in less than an hour and canceled appointments I had made at other dress shops. They added a belt to my dress that I would never have thought to add and it transformed my dress. I went back three times for fittings/alterations and each time Anna did the alterations herself. She is a perfectionist in the best way and I completely trusted her and was thankful that she took the time to make sure my dress was perfect. Thank you Anna and team!

I can't say enough good things about Anna's shop. The people here genuinely care about brides' need and want to help you in any ways they can. I was looking for a bolero to accessorize my gown. I called multiple shops, and Anna was the only one who was willing to look into different options to help me find what I need. Her team worked with Pronovias to find out the dress styles that have jackets included so that we can order them seperately - none of the other Pronovias stores I called even thought of that option.

My experience at Anna's without a doubt helped me determine my big day dress. With less than 2 months to plan a wedding, and find a dress, Katie at Anna's did not hesitate with all the options I could choose from! There wasn't a single dress I tried on that they couldn't get by my wedding date... impressive! They also gave me a private session on a Sunday as that is the only day I had to shop. Service was always friendly, quick, and professional. Due to buying an off the rack sample dress, I had extensive altering (we basically redesigned the shape of the dress), and it was both reasonable and a pleasant experience. I couldn’t imagine my wedding experience without the wonderful people at Anna’s Bridal. They truly became my family, and were beyond caring and supportive throughout the entire process. From selecting my wedding dress to the handful of fittings, Anna and her team were simply incredible. Not only that, I found my bridesmaid dresses at Anna’s and her team took care of the alterations. Scheduling the fittings for my bridesmaids was beyond easy and super convenient. They looked stunning in their Hayley Paige Occasions dresses. My mom even joined in and had her dress altered by Anna so it fit her flawlessly! From the beginning, Anna’s Bridal went above and beyond for me, my bridesmaids and my mom, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I came in to find my dress over the week of ice storms in Portland, and they somehow didn’t cancel my appointment, but found a sales associate who had a four-wheel drive car to meet us at the shop. I mean, come on!!! How amazing is that?? I fell in love with a gorgeous Hayley Paige dress, and Anna worked her magic so it fit ABSOLUTELY perfect. She even installed a bustier so I would feel more secure while breaking out some moves on the dance floor. Thank you Anna and the Anna’s Bridal team for making my wedding dreams come true!!

I definitely recommend Anna's Bridal Boutique. Anna has amazing attention to detail! She helps you envision and execute the perfect look for your wedding day. She is creative and suggests many different tweaks or ways to make a dress different. If you get your dress from Anna's, you are sure to have a perfect dress for your body and style. I will hold onto my wedding dress forever!

Fine to purchase your dress here, but do NOT have them do the alterations. After multiple fittings and $300+ in alterations, the top of my dress was fitting all wrong, and I was getting a LOT of resistance. I was not a demanding or difficult customer- I just wanted the dress to fit as intended. It was really stressful and I ended up having to take it elsewhere to have it fixed with only 2 weeks to go. The new tailor was appalled at the work they had done- seams that didn't match up, extra fabric eft in and creating bulk, etc. Just remember that you don't have to have your dress altered in the same place you purchase it! In fact, I recommend against it!

I cant say enough about my experience with Anna's. From start to finish it was wonderful. I didn't actually find my dress there, I found it at the shop I visited after Anna's. But because my experience trying on dresses at Anna's was so pleasant (and completely different from any other store I visited), I called to see if they could get it for me. Turns out they could and even gave me a better deal than the other place. I am a tall girl and the dress didn't quite fit me right..I had to have a lot of alterations and the few weeks before my wedding I was visiting Anna often! She basically is a miracle worker and was able to get it to fit me perfectly. She even took it home with her the night before I had to pick it up to make last minute touches. Thank you Anna you are a true life saver! I recommend Anna's bridal to any bride!

I found my dream dress here. As my first stop, I was open to them pulling things I may like, and I ended up in a striped gorgeous gown. So happy I stopped in! Please note that they do not press/steam and that my only frustration was finding a vendor to do so.

I found the perfect dress at Anna's Bridal! The girls were all so sweet during the fittings. At my wedding everyone kept commenting how well the dress fit! I'm in love with it and this store.

I can't say enough about Anna's Bridal. From the moment I walked in the front doors, I knew I was going to find my dress here. I had already been to 5 other stores...but Anna's felt different. Anna's has wonderful, friendly service and a gorgeous selection of gowns to pick from. I truly felt more beautiful than I've ever felt on my wedding day, because of the dress and the alterations I received at Anna's. I was amazed how comfortable my dress was thanks to the tweaks the seamstresses made. I bought my wedding gown, rehearsal dinner dress and bridesmaids dresses at Anna's and I'm so glad I did. Huge thank you to Anna and Katie! You guys are the best!

Seriously the worst experience and customer service I have ever had. I literally left crying. The older lady who I am assuming was the owner was not friendly, kept pulling dresses that I preferably didn't want than in front of me told another girl to take me and she'd finish up her client, they sat there and argued about wanting to take me right in front of me. They put dresses in the room and the lady goes "you want help putting them on or you got this?". The dresses they pulled were 1,000$ over my budget and I had a very decent budget, the dresses they pulled were the wrong sizes and I told them the size I was, they didn't fit and she kept making me try ones that didn't fit, than said "maybe we will have something in the back that will actually fit you". I just had a baby so that was so upsetting to me and mind you, I was a size 11 in a wedding dress at the time. Truthfully it was awful and I recommend no one to go there. No bride to me should leave feeling that way

Loved working with Anna she made the effort to work with me through out each fitting and appointment I had. I had a vision for my wedding and she completely pieced it together just like I had envisioned.
