red all of my questions in such detail that I felt instantly at ease. Anne went above and beyond with everything she did for our wedding - from calming me when I had bridal panics (those 2am night sweats are so real!), to meeting with us multiple times, at our convenience, to coordinate all logistics, AND dealing with a very difficult situation with our church, she was AMAZING. On top of all this - I'm thrilled with pictures. Anne perfectly captured my husband's humor and silliness in a way that makes me smile every time I look at the photos. Her overall demeanor made the day run smoothly and we had fun! I wish I could give Anne more than 5 stars - she deserves it! Choose her to be your wedding photographer and you won't have any regrets!

If you want to hear more details and reasons why Anne is the best photographer, read on. After recently attending+participating half a dozen weddings of close friends, I noticed how many of their photographers and coordinators didn't notice the details that could "ruin" a photo or could not be easily photoshopped: messed up hair, a crooked tie, a flat dress, etc. I found myself fixing those details. So for our big day, I wanted a photographer who would notice the details. After interviewing three, we knew Anne was the one for us who would be the eyes I could not be on our own wedding day. Throughout our 9 month journey with Anne, her communication was prompt and reassuring. She helped us plan our day-of timeline well in advance. She had previously worked with almost all of our vendors so that was extra beneficial, especially knowing our venue so well and where exactly to shoot and how and when. She took charge when it came to herding our families into the family photo series. She was always by our side to capture the special moments, and yet never in the way of our videographer. She chose a fantastic assistant (who we didn't meet until our wedding day) to double up on part of the day. Any of our requests for specific photos, Anne was able to accommodate without skipping a beat. She uploaded our wedding photos very quickly, and the site was super easy to navigate and save our favorites. Most of all - she made us laugh and made us feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend Anne enough for any of your photography needs. It would be a dream to continue to use Anne for our special life moments.

's wedding photos. Luke and I were lucky she was able to work with us for our engagement and wedding! She was so wonderful and easy to work with - she even traveled to Harper's Ferry, WV to take our engagement pictures which were so scenic and picture perfect! For our wedding she came to my parents house to capture the getting ready moments and was so organized and made sure all the photos of the day that we wanted were captured! It took away a lot of the wedding day stress of making sure everything was perfect because she had it all under control and captured literally every special moment! She was also SUPER flexible with meeting times and sending info - I am in a residency program and she worked with my and Luke's schedule! I can't say enough good things about Anne - she was awesome and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended her for photographing your special day!

ngle picture I was drawn to was by her. I knew she was the perfect photographer to capture our special day! Her use of natural light and familiarity with our venue/military weddings gave me such a sense of relief and confidence that she would take beautiful pictures we'd treasure forever - and I was right! I was planning our wedding from the west coast and she was super accommodating; she cleared her schedule several months prior to the wedding when I was traveling to the area to meet me at Starbucks, walk through the house we rented to get ready in, and get familiar with my vision for our day. I frantically emailed her from the dress shop when I wasn't sure what color dress to wear against my fiance's white uniform and she promptly replied with several photos of brides in different colored gowns against dress whites to help me out. She also recommended vendors in every category you could think of and was so helpful in narrowing down my search! She met with me twice the week of the wedding, coming to our house to photograph the details and my dress on the Friday before so we could maximize our time the next day. On the day of the wedding, she was amazing - she kept me calm, had such a great eye for poses/lighting, and even shared her snack with me when my blood sugar was low during photos and I thought I was going to pass out! She did such a great job corralling our rowdy group of friends and family, and even rode with us in the limo from the ceremony to the reception to get fun photos. Even after the wedding, all of my bridesmaids gushed about how funny and talented Anne was. Also, she turned our entire suite of edited photos around in less than two weeks - and they are AMAZING! I've been looking through them all weekend and am in happy tears remembering how special and fun our wedding day was. We hadn't been to Annapolis for years, but we planned our wedding from out of state and given our limited time in Maryland, Anne squeezed us in for our session a few hours before she had to leave for a wedding in D.C. On our wedding day, Anne wasn't just our photographer, she helped to keep us on schedule, from running to get corsages on our parents to herding our large family for post-ceremony photos. She was also involved in a wonderful surprise my husband had planned as we took photos with our wedding party :) She is very busy but still got our photos done about 2 weeks after the wedding, and they turned out great! We will forever cherish our wedding day photos…our parents still run the slideshow on repeat!

s we had about picking a photography vendor went away. She was very organized, on time, and had a beautiful portfolio. Somehow, the day we picked for our engagement shoot happened to be freezing cold. Anne worked with us quickly and efficiently in an hour and we got some of the most amazing shots. Our shoot was on a Friday and she had turned around the edited photos by Sunday evening! Crazy turnaround time, and we loved all the pictures. Our wedding weekend had 2 events and we spent a total of 16 hours with Anne and another 8 with one of her secondary shooters. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. In addition to delivering these great pictures, Anne posted beautiful write ups of the events on her blog with a selection of the pictures that we were able to share with family and friends while we waited for the 1000s of photos she took. But again, that was a very short wait before we had a treasure trove of memories to go through. We highly recommend her!

The day of the wedding, she and her second, Brittney, showed up right on time and got right to work. They ran the show from the beginning, wrangled some somewhat rowdy groomsmen, and trekked all over Annapolis in the July heat. She made sure all of our “must get” photos were done, and even got a little creative to get a good shot (ie. standing on a truck parked on the street to get a height advantage). She was professional, fun, friendly, and made sure things ran smoothly throughout the day. We received hundreds of photos and I have no idea how to pick from the selection as she captured every important moment and memory of our wedding day. All our friends and family have said our photos from Anne are the best they have seen. We cannot recommend Anne enough! Thanks for everything, Anne!

I got my pictures back SUPER fast, which was wonderful ! Anne met with me a week before my wedding and walked through both of my venues with me, and even got together with me after the wedding to help me design my album that I got as part of my package. on). This was confirmed at a pre-booking meet-up at a local Starbucks and re-confirmed during our engagement session in August. Anne has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed despite being professional and having a great attention to detail. On our Wedding Day, she was really able to take charge so that I got every single family and bridal party portrait that I wanted in no time at all! She was also very patient with photographing my 10 month old "flower baby" niece, who was not always so camera ready. It was very important to me to not miss any of our reception and Anne only pulled us away for 10 minutes (at my request) for some couple portraits outside our venue. To top it all off, Anne was able to post a "sneak peak" for us on social media the very next day, a blog post within days and had our full gallery back to us within a week! She is amazing and I have already recommended Anne to a friend who is having her photograph her May 2018 wedding. Booking Anne Canon as your photographer is a decision that you will not regret! I hope we will be able to work with Anne again through other major life events as we continue to grow our family.

n the lines that means everyone thought they looked great, and that's difficult to do for a large number of people. She really captured the ceremony and the moment. For our reception in Great Falls, VA we did not have the best weather conditions, but again Anne was incredible. She was able to work in the golf course beautifully with no prior information on how the scenery would be. The action shots on the dance floor were amazing as well, just all around she completely exceeded expectations....at an incredible price!!!!

On the day of, she brought a sense of patience and calm while also managing to capture all family and wedding party portraits efficiently. She was relatable and fun to be around- it was as if we had known her for ages! Not only did she capture our wedding day beautifully, but she also had all our images completed and edited within 4 days after our wedding. Needless to say, we are beyond pleased with Anne and could not have asked for a better photographer.

When we went for our engagement photos, it was clear that she knew what she was going and when we saw the preview photos, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. During the day of the wedding, Anne was calm and collected, which made me feel less nervous. It was amazing how well she handled directing people for pictures during a short timeline. I was completely satisfied with her service throughout the wedding planning and the actual day. Also, she got our wedding photos back to us so quickly! I have friends that got married before me and still didn't get their wedding pictures back! This is a huge plus because friends and family will keep asking about the pictures until they come, not to mention you will probably be anxious to see the pictures! Having Anne as my photographer was probably one of the best vendor decisions I've made!
