Anne is warm, upbeat, charming and fun! We enjoyed interacting with her--she made posing a for the photos fun! She is also quick; we got back to our guests in a flash.
Anne doesn't need direction. She has an uncanny ability to be wherever she needs to be when magical moments happen.
She offers ideas that reflect the personality and style of the couple, and isn't afraid to improvise to get a great shot. For instance, it rained on our wedding day. After the formals inside, Anne grabbed an umbrella and we went out to take some shots in the grey mist--they are among our favorites!
Finally, Anne gets the sense of a place and the people gathered and then captures that in her photos. Anne's photos of our wedding in a historic village have a classic, ageless feel that is captivating. Just what we wanted.

Anne is professional and personable, putting everyone at ease with her calm, warm manner. She took our formals outside using the beautiful fall foliage and slowly setting sun to get some outstanding pictures.
She also took many candid shots of everyone at the wedding which we were not even aware of at the time, but pleasantly surprised when we saw them.
Many guests commented on how wonderful Anne was capturing the spirit of the day. She is one of those people who you feel comfortable with right away, like a good friend. She genuinely seemed happy to be a part of our special day.

le. Leading up to the event and the day of, Anne was a very calming influence -- so important during such a hectic time! After the formal group shots when we had some time for pics of the husband and I separately, I was really able to relax and she took some truly beautiful shots. We just got the pictures back and could not be more happy with the results.
Anne is a gifted photographer and just so fun to work with! Anne photographed our wedding (200 hundred guests - some of whom were really camera-shy, some of whom are major hams...)...
and captured it in a way that mirrors just how it felt to be there. She got our guests to laugh and relax and really be themselves, and brought her fine-art eye to the wonderful candids. She captured moments I thought only I had seen - and did so totally unobtrusively - it was like she shot it all through our eyes. Anne worked closely with us to choose the shots in advance, work out the approach we wanted her take, choose her assistant, Paul (a star in his own right), and weed through the shots after it was all over. She's warm, smart and professional - basically a total dream.
