It was built in 1947 and features an upstairs ceremony loft, downstairs reception space, and an outdoor patio. This space is composed of four event rooms, ideal for those hoping to host a more intimate gathering. The venue is charming and unique, with exposed wooden beams and a neutral color palette that blends seamlessly with the theme of your wedding. Within the Dairy Barn, The Milk Parlour is typically used for dining and is suitable for up to 150 people. The Assembly Space, typically used for cocktail hour, is attached to the Milk Parlour and can seat an additional 50 people if needed, while The Loft is used for indoor ceremonies. As well as weddings, Anne Springs Close Greenway can also host engagement parties and rehearsal dinners. My husband and I got married at the Bob Reid Barn in Oct of 2023 and the staff was soooo helpful through the whole process! Before I found my coordinator, I was handling a lot of the details myself, but they were very patient and answered all of my questions. They were also very polite to our guests during the reception. I had actually heard some bad things about the in-house catering, but we went with them anyways and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely divine, very reasonably priced, and they were very accommodating of our guests with allergies/dietary restrictions. A lot of people overlook the Bob Reid Barn, but for a small, mostly-family wedding, it was cozy and fun and just perfect!

The staff at Anne Springs was top notch. They helped with every aspect, and answered all of our questions. They answered all of our emails in a timely manner, and were exceptional the day of. We also used the Canteen which was a service they offer, and they were AMAZING, the food was AMAZING. Everything was perfect. We were at the Bob Reid Field Trial Barn, and it was just absolutely stunning. Thank you to everyone at Anne Springs for making my day amazing!

The Anne Springs Close Greenway team is second to non. They are creative in their suggestions, accommodating and have some of the most beautiful venues around. I can't recommend this place enough.

We've had a few events with the Greenway and would never go anywhere else. Top notch from the quality upkeep of the space to the professional communication and everything in between. The team and venue is on another level. Look no further, you will be glad you didnt!
