Annemarie deserves all of the praise in the world, because she is truly the best vendor you could hope for. It goes without saying that we first wanted to hire Annemarie when we sa...
w her stunning photographs--she is incredibly talented and has a true eye for beauty. However, with Annemarie you get so much more than that.
The short version: if you want a photographer who goes above and beyond and is extremely talented, professional, responsive, helpful, reliable, kind, and accommodating, you absolutely need to hire her.
The detailed version: We first met Annemarie when we did our engagement shoot, exactly a year before our wedding. The shoot was a wonderful experience thanks to her--she had so many creative ideas of where to get the perfect pictures, she gave clear directions that made us feel comfortable and at ease, and in between pictures she was wonderful and lovely to talk to. She never made us feel rushed, and even went to a second location with us to shoot more pictures. She sent us an entire gallery full of gorgeous pictures within a few weeks.
As our wedding approached, she reached out consistently to check up on us, and created a detailed timeline and shot list for our day--following up and responding at any and all times with extremely useful suggestions. One day, our coordinator scheduled a very last minute venue walk-through which was not necessary to attend; we reached out to Annemarie with absolutely no expectation of her attending (less than 24 hours notice) and she immediately responded that she would be there. At the walkthrough, she again provided us with so much wonderful advice and helpful suggestions, and scoped out the entire venue with me to get ideas of where she would take pictures.
On the day of our wedding, she made the day run seamlessly--providing guidance and making sure everyone is in the correct place and sticking to the schedule. She has a very calming presence, which is super useful on such a hectic day full of activities. She also brought an assistant and a second shooter with her--the three made a wonderful team that captured every important moment. Truly, the day was flawless because of them. I realized suddenly that I really wanted to extend Annemarie's time with us at the wedding, and was panicked because I hadn't thought to extend the contract. I pulled her aside and she immediately reassured me that she would stay and not to worry. Our wedding ended Saturday at midnight--we had a beautiful preview of our photographs by Monday morning, and our full gallery a few weeks later. We would recommend Annemarie to absolutely anyone getting married--you need the best vendors for your most important day (and arguably, photographers are one of the most important vendors), and she's simply the best.
Incredible! Besides the fact that Annmarie and her team were fun, professional and very creative, they captured everything. Moments big and small, we have incredible pictures that ...
we can't stop looking at. Highly recommend!

e around her which was key for me as I am typically quite awkward in front of a camera. It was extremely easy to work with her and she went above and beyond by going to our venue before our wedding to scope out the best picture spots. I was particularly concerned about the "first look" location because I wanted it to be secluded and Annemarie found the perfect spot for us.
During the day itself, Annemarie did such a great job directing me and my husband so that we felt comfortable during our shoot. She also did an incredible job running through all of our group shots. She brought a calm and competent manner that was very much appreciated during the high emotions of your wedding day.
Annemarie and her team took such incredible photos of our special day. Words cannot express how happy I was when I received our pictures. Annemarie did a wonderful job capturing the energy of the day and highlighting the natural beauty of our venue. Your wedding day rushes by you so quickly and I am so thankful to have Annemarie's beautiful work to remember the day by. Do yourself a favor and hire Annemarie for your wedding!!

photographs we’ll cherish forever, and her attention to detail shone through in every shot.
She was also quick to share our photos, which we really appreciated, and her pricing was very reasonable for the quality and experience she provides.
I would highly recommend Annemarie for any photography needs, but especially for engagement and wedding photography. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

ng at how beautiful the pictures were and how she captured the feeling of the day. I found working with Annemarie to be seamless, light, and refreshing. She brought an editorial eye that I could never had imagined, was highly communicative through the entire process, and merged into the wedding day energy. I didn't even realize she had taken photos during the ceremony (of course she did!) because I genuinely didn't see her do it which allowed me to totally focus on the event and guests. Despite me and my husband not being the most comfortable in front of the camera, Annemarie, kindly provided suggestions for what would look good, and, in my opinion, she exceled at capturing how happy we were. I'm trying to find more excuses to work with Annemarie- that's how incredible I think her work is! I'm so grateful to have worked with such a thoughtful, skilled, and kind professional on my big day.

n Annemarie. Her calmness, attention to detail, photography style, and clarity in communication made her the perfect photographer for any couple. When I look back on our wedding photos, I feel as if I am reliving the day over and over again because she did such an amazing job capturing the raw, unfiltered, real moments of the day. My husband does not love poised photographs and not only did Annemarie get him to do it, she was also able to beautifully capture the little moments in between.
Annemarie was respectful, kind to our guests, and ensured every photograph I wanted was captured (and even was able to photoshop a photo or two that I forgot in the craziness!). She went above and beyond for our day, staying longer than originally intended and hiring an extra second. I loved working with her and truly could not recommend Annemarie more highly and will be using her services for all future events!

raphy style. The brightness, the attention to detail, and the way she captures raw joy in every moment make her the best possible photographer you can go for. She made the entire process seamless and approaches everything in a professional and friendly way. She truly cares about the artistry and treated my wedding party and guests with so much care and attention. She got every shot I needed and wanted while making them better than I could've ever dreamt of. We are so grateful for her and could not possibly suggest her work any higher than we do. Choosing her service will be the best wedding decision you make!

her who can’t travel. It didn’t follow a traditional wedding timeline, and she was so helpful in providing suggestions to work within our budget and helping us plan out the best way to get all our key moments captured. She perfectly captured our day with a great balance of formal portraits and candid/documentary style moments of our friends and family. We’re so happy with how our final gallery turned out, and we’ll cherish these photos forever!
Throughout the whole process Annemarie was communicative and professional. She responded to emails in a timely manner and was very organized with her preparation for the day and making sure we knew what to expect. I would 100% recommend her to other couples!

ttentive, and accommodating during the photo sessions, which allowed us to capture every moment we hoped to capture. She was also very prepared - for example, it was raining during our shoots and she brought clear umbrellas for us to take pictures with. I honestly believe we couldn’t have picked a better photographer for such important memories. 100% recommended!

all the highlights. I was particularly impressed with the way that she handled coordinating with the staff at the venue to ensure we got the most photogenic spots for our pictures. She also took in-depth notes beforehand to ensure that all the needed sub-group photos happened efficiently, which was important given our time constraints. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!

edibly helpful with planning our timeline, ensuring that everything ran smoothly on the big day. Her experience and expertise were evident as she guided us through the process, making sure we captured all the important moments without feeling rushed.
One of the challenges of our wedding was coordinating large group photos due to our big families. Annemarie handled this with patience and grace, making everyone feel comfortable and ensuring we got beautiful group shots that we'll treasure forever.
On the morning of the wedding, Annemarie's calm presence was exactly what we needed. She seamlessly navigated through the day, capturing candid moments and making sure everything went according to plan. Despite unexpected weather changes, Annemarie remained flexible and adapted her photography schedule to make the most of the conditions, resulting in stunning photos.
Most importantly, our wedding photos are absolutely stunning. Annemarie has a remarkable eye for detail and a talent for capturing emotion in every shot. We couldn't be happier with how our photos turned out—they truly exceeded our expectations.
We can't thank Annemarie enough for her professionalism, patience, and incredible talent. Choosing her as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who will beautifully capture their special day.

call. This was my first time using a professional photographer so I had some expectations but also didn't know what to fully expect. Annemarie set the bar here. Her photos are beautiful (hard to pick which ones to frame) but what stuck with me was how calm and on top of things she was the whole day. She made both my husband and I feel so comfortable (and he doesn't like having his photos taken) that I could not have imagined anyone else with us on our wedding day. If you are looking for a talented and trusted photographer who truly listens to you, I cannot recommend Annemarie enough.

e met Annemarie in-person in October for our engagement shoot, and it was clear from the first interactions that we'd found someone great. She made us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and the photographs she took were absolutely stunning (and made for beautiful holiday cards). Prior to our wedding, she made time to visit the venue and make sure she understood where photography was permitted. On the day of our wedding, Annemarie arrived early with her assistant. Even though the venue was behind schedule with set-up and I was somewhat stressed, Annemarie was calm and reassuring that everything would go fine. She took stunning photographs of all kinds of details (our invitations, the rings, the flowers etc.) and also managed to get photos of our families (including 2 children and 2 babies). We were absolutely thrilled with Annemarie's artistry and we would hire her again in a heartbeat. :-)

nd on the day of she gave us tips on how to look our best in the shots and took candids as well. We loved the final result - natural expressions of the joy that we shared that day, and intimate portraits. She sent us a print free of charge, one of our favorites, which we have framed. I highly recommend her services, she's professional, personable and talented. Thanks Annemarie!

ured every element of the day that we were hoping for!
Her communication prior to the big day was perfect and extremely helpful. We were able to work through exactly what we were wanting and which pictures were must-have’s for us.
On the day of the wedding, Annemarie arrived early to capture all the small details and getting ready pictures. We also had first looks, family pictures, couple’s portraits, and even a few pictures with our dog! She directed us all so well, which was so helpful as we and our families are a bit camera shy! Her attention to detail was great and she always had helpful tips for hand placement, and posing!
We got our preview pictures within no time and the full wedding day album well within the timeline mentioned in the contract! She did a fantastic job with editing and kept everything very subtle, which we loved, just enough to enhance the pictures! And any specific retouching we requested she was able to accommodate easily!
Overall, we could not be more pleased with Annemarie! She was an absolute joy to work with and we felt so comfortable having her with us on our wedding day!
