She's on top of everything and is there every step of the way to answer your questions and take the stres off of you. I used her for the month of coordinator and I couldn't have been happier with her services. She and her assistant, Skyler, made sure my big day went off without a hitch.

cause we greatly needed guidance from someone who had experience with event planning (in Annemarie's case, years of experience) and that was able to envision an event for more than 100 guests. The venue provided a point of contact for us, but we needed help to plan all the details that were important to us, and give us a more customized experience. We invited Annemarie to the venue and she started pointing out a plethora of things that we weren't considering that would make a big difference in improving the event experience. That is not all. Annemarie was in touch with all of our vendors and kept the wedding timeline in check expertly. It almost felt like she was our aunt taking care of us throughout the most important day of our lives. Once you meet her you will notice how much she loves event planning and how much she invests herself in your success. Our day would no way have been as magical and stress-free if it weren't for Annemarie. Thanks for everything Annemarie! :)

om the truth. Planning a wedding during COVID already felt so overwhelming, because I wanted to make it as safe as possible and that was when I realized I was going to need some help. I found Annemarie by chance and I am SO thankful I did. From the first conversation we had, I felt so at ease and felt so much support. She reminded me of things I needed to do, that I never would have even thought about. When she arrived at my wedding, all my anxiety went away and I knew she would make it the best day ever. She set things up without me even asking her, made things like my cake table look better than I could have imagined (again without me asking), she kept me on track, made sure I ate (which is so important on such a busy day), she was friendly to all my guests, and my whole bridal party said that they couldn't imagine the day without her. She truly took care of me and everything the entire day. I only booked her for month of coordination, which is a super great option, however if I knew how much work it would be to plan a wedding and how AMAZING she would be, I would have hired her for the entire planning. If you are looking for a coordinator, she is the best of the best and I cannot recommend someone more.

You can tell during the first conversation with her that she has extensive experience with wedding planning, she brought things to my attention that I had not throught of yet and helped to keep me calm and organized throughout it all. She even reminded me anytime that we have a payment to to a vendor based on our contracts. She gave me great confidence that I would not need to worry about anything on our day and that she would have it handled....that is exactly how the day unfolded. It was a magical day and we have her to thank for that!

She presented options to keep us in budget as well as to spend more in various areas as we choose. With her guidance everthing came together smoothly, the wedding was beautiful and everyone had a memorable time at our travel themed reception. I highly recommend every couple consider having a professional to assist them to take some of that stress off their shoulders so they can focus on enjoying their day and Annemarie is a terrific choice for that professional!

ed I may need some help on the wedding day after all. I was totally stressed out and after my first conversation with Annemarie I felt so much calmer. She got me organized, talked to all of my vendors and did my wedding day timeline. I wasn’t sure what time things were supposed to happen, so it helped me a lot. I didn’t have to worry on my wedding day. I could relax and get my hair and makeup done with my girls knowing she was there to oversee the set up. The day went so smoothly she was on top of everything all day long, she even made sure we ate. I can’t thank Annemarie and her assistant Skylar enough for all of their hard work. need a wedding coordinator and that coordinators are unnecessary etc. That's what our friends and family told us. At the end of my wedding night, I was SO SO glad that I had spent the money and hired a wedding coordinator. I'm glad that I hired Annemarie specifically. She has tons of experience, she has an incredible creative eye, and she's a joy to work with (and not just for us, but for our other vendors as well). We paid for her day-of coordinating services as well as wedding design services. She helped us unite our visions for the wedding and had great ideas. She has a great sense of timing and brought up details and issues that we hadn't thought of. There is a ton to keep track of at a wedding and she was able to manage it all and make it look effortless too. She made it to every meeting from the rehearsal to the caterer walk through to the venue walk through. She was very communicative and easy to reach as well. We had a lot of moving parts to our wedding and Annemarie was there to make sure that each vendor knew their role and knew when to spring into action. She put together all my DIY desiged 17 centerpieces before the wedding and made sure that all of the decorations were in place. Throughout the wedding, she kept everyone on the timeline and then began cleaning up discreetly as well! At the end of the night, she loaded up our designated cars, we decided which items we wanted to keep, and we went home. It was a perfect wedding and it was because we had Annemarie to help coordinate everyone and everything. We are SO glad we hired her and have no doubt that you will be too!

l she truly cared about making our wedding day exactly what we envisioned. Annemarie is VERY professional and really knows what she is doing. She helped us attended venue tours and knew the perfect questions to ask venues (such as about taxes and extra fees, etc. - things I never would have thought to ask but that could have hurt my budget big time if I had been unaware of them). Once our venue was selected and it was time to book vendors, Annemarie was a saving grace. She knows TONS of vendors and she does her research to see who will fit the style YOU like and who is in your budget. She would send me emails with choices of vendors all within my budget and let me select which I liked the best. It was SO helpful to have someone do this background leg work of finding licensed, credible, professional vendors in our budget - all I had to decide was which was more my style. Annemarie helped set up contracts, communicated with all of my vendors very professionally and kept in CONSTANT contact with me through the entire process. She always answered my emails in a timely manner and always assured me there was nothing to worry about when I had some mini bride freak outs. Leading up to right before the wedding, Annemarie was so helpful in setting up the perfect timeline and even worked with other vendors like our photographer to make sure their timelines aligned. The day of the wedding ran SO smoothly and I 110% have Annemarie to thank for this. From the decor, to the timeline, to having her pin my dress for me when it ripped, Annemarie truly goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her clients. Thank you SO much Annemarie for making our wedding day more perfect than we ever could have imagined!!

She was calm, confident, and excited to share ideas! The day of the wedding was flawless. I didn't have to think about anything. I just showed up and everything was ready. We were really worried our vision would not come through with our issues with our location but Annemarie really stepped in and was the person we really relied on. It was very apparent from the start the Annemarie is an industry expert, she was able to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process, and provide great vendor recommendations for gaps I needed to fill in. Annemarie worked closely alongside me in the month leading up to the wedding to get all of the vendor contracts from me, put together a timeline, and contact the vendors ahead of time. I knew that my wedding was in good hands, the wedding day went without a hitch thanks to Annemarie. She is the definition of professional, and I would without a doubt hire her for any future event planning needs, she is trustworthy, adaptive & experienced - it shows! A few highlights from the night - Annemarie made sure that I had my bag with my belongings in it and brought us drinks during the cocktail hour since we were busy socializing - going above and beyond is in her nature!

She was patient with me, because I wanted things done a little unconventionally. She was SO helpful the day of the wedding with everything - She made sure everything was done correctly, and if there were any snafus, I never knew about it and neither did my guests! Her assistant was also wonderful. I can't speak highly enough about her!
