We had our wedding reception at the Anodyne Coffee House June 12, 2026. Working with the coordinator Erica was a dream. On the first consultation before putting down any down payment she walked us through each expense so there were no surprises, and gave us an in-depth tour. Her warm and open demure was truly what sold us. Each step of the process was done professionally and with quick communication. We loved working with her and her staff to organize the layout and the order for the night. She took care of everything from decor set up, coordinating with the DJ, caterer and making sure our guests were taken care of. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a single thing day of and to me that is the greatest gift of all. During the planning process, she was very open to different bar options and went out of her way to increase their selection for our guests. My husband and I have nothing but glowing praises for her and her staff.

With the scent of freshly roasted coffee beans in the air, weddings at Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. exude charm and comfort. The walls are made of warm cream brick, with exposed wooden beams adding a dash of rustic style. The event space here covers 3,200 square feet and also includes an elevated stage, where you can exchange vows or set up a DJ booth. A 40-foot bar made of reclaimed wood lines one of the walls, perfect for whipping up a signature cocktail or preparing a champagne toast. new it was the perfect place for us! Erica truly made planning stress free and she was so helpful with some unique requests and needs. We had quite a few gluten free guests, and helped accommodate our bar selections accordingly. We also landed on an Alice in Wonderland theme and they knocked it out of the park decorating. Even more so, the whole staff was excited about it and looking forward to it. Anodyne is the perfect place to dress up... or down depending on your taste. It's a quiet location, and the staff is superb; each and every one of them - from Erica's planning to the baristas/bartenders dancing behind the bar truly enjoying their job, and Fred, too, who was new to closing events, but you wouldn't have been able to tell as they did a great job. If you're looking for someplace that doesn't break the bank, but still gives a one of a kind experience that is fun AND profession - Anodyne is your spot! Worth every single penny and then some!

I had my wedding here in December of 2025 and I LOVED the venue! The coffee shop itself is so cute! I loved the size of the venue and received MANY compliments on the unique venue....
The wedding coordinator is amazing! She was so helpful with helping plan our day and helping with catering and other ideas we hadn't thought of. Would highly recommend for any coffee lovers or couples looking for a unique venue!

very step of the way - she truly is a gem in the Milwaukee wedding community. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and cozy the venue was. The wood tables and beams are absolutely gorgeous. We had a Grateful Dead cover band (shout out to Seaside Zoo!!). The stage was perfect for them and the sound was AMAZING! My husband got up on stage and was singing with the band - it was truly the best day of our lives!

ut the entire planning process, sharing ideas from past weddings, recommending vendors, and being quickly available for any questions we had, big and small. The space is beautiful by itself already, so we did not need much at all in terms of extra decor (just flowers!), and were also able to borrow from the Anodyne inventory of some of the misc. extras (table numbers, card box - great to not have to buy 1-time use things!). The wedding day itself the entire Anodyne team was so great, things stayed organized and on time, we definitely felt like they were looking out for us and as a result the two of us were able to turn any worries off and just be fully present in having fun and enjoying the love we were surrounded by. Would recommend Anodyne to anyone.

We reached out, and Erica responded to our request professionally and quickly. We were able to tour the cafe, and we knew right away this is where we wanted to spend our wedding day.
We held our ceremony and reception here, and there are many offerings Erica and her team at Anodyne have to make your day just the way you'd like. Communication throughout the whole planning process was stellar, renting decor was a huge bonus, and Erica and her team were rockstars on our wedding day making sure we didn't have to lift a finger. We would recommend Anodyne to anyone looking for a place to host their special day! Thanks again Anodyne, and thanks again Erica!

She was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire planning process stress-free. Other vendors we hired like our coordinator definitely agreed. The Anodyne team was fantastic to work with. The space itself is stunning, requiring minimal decor to transform into a magical setting. We loved the vintage aesthetic and the delicious coffee, of course! We highly recommend Anodyne to any couple seeking a unique, affordable, and LGBTQ+ friendly venue. It was truly a dream come true.

questions that came up and making sure we felt comfortable and prepared for the event. I truly felt like our experience at Anodyne was individualized to our needs and it was just a ‘traditional wedding package’. We worked with Erica to come up with a floor plan that worked and talked about accommodations that specific guests would need. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and required little to no decorations and our guests still were amazed with how beautiful it was. Day of our celebration, Erica and her team were always present and available when needed. They helped to make the day run smoothly. We can’t speak more highly of Anodyne, Erica and her team for helping make our night perfect!

We had our wedding at Anodyne in May 2024 and had an absolutely wonderful experience! We felt 100% taken care of from the first time we talked to Erica to picking up our leftovers ...
the day after the wedding. Almost everything about our wedding was non-traditional, and Erica was open to all our ideas. She patiently and kindly helped us test and figure out which ones would work best - and this mostly happened long distance since we live on the East Coast! The Anodyne staff was also kind and welcoming every time we visited - from looking around the first time, to setting up a few nights before, to the big night itself. Only good things to say about Anodyne!
