Anthony Alanis Videography

Hands down amazing!! I first saw Anthony’s work at my MOH’s wedding in 2018 and when getting engaged I knew we had to have him capture our day. As a COVID bride, we went from a May 2020 wedding in IL to a July 2020 wedding in IA. Anthony was flexible every step of the way and made rescheduling easy. During the wedding day he was a fly on the wall and although I knew he was running around getting all his footage, I feel like I never saw him throughout the actual wedding! He was subtle, adapted to the natural course of the day, and somehow managed to get incredible footage of even the most intimate moments. Anthony gave us an irreplaceable gift by capturing our wedding day and portraying it so true to how it felt. Our wedding video received endless praise and many even said it was the most skillful wedding video they had ever seen. HIRE HIM!

From our first meeting with Anthony we had a gut feeling he was the videographer for us. We reached out to a few others to be sure but none compared. We were extremely happy we went with him and the final product was stunning. Anthony is very good at what he does and has a pleasantly calm demeanor which was nice to have day of. He really cares about giving his clients the best possible product and it shows both in his final products and his attention to details day of.

Anthony is the best of the best!! It wasn’t even a decision when we were figuring out vendors - I knew we wanted Anthony to capture our wedding. He’s done several of my friends’ weddings as well, and the videos are always phenomenal. Interpersonally, Anthony is so sweet, kind, and easygoing — he’s such a joy to work with and I’m so glad he was a part of our day. He was super flexible on our wedding day (even with a few last minute changes - sorry!), and he captured our favorite moments so beautifully. He uses a drone too and I swear he must’ve snuck in a camera crew because there were shots from all kinds of different angles... his work is so professional and stunning. I love his music selections too. It was so fun watching our video and reliving moments we’d forgotten about or didn’t see day of, in addition to the intimate in-between moments throughout the day. I could wax poetic about his work, but just take a look at his videos and you’ll be sold. There’s no contest. Thank you so much, Anthony!! You’re amazing!

Anthony Alanis was a pleasure to work with and did an AMAZING job capturing our wedding in June. He was so kind and helpful throughout the day. My husband and I still talk about how one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process was booking Anthony! His videography exceeded our expectations and we are very thankful. Anthony Alanis is by far the best videographer in the Chicagoland area. His professionalism, timeliness and skills are superior to all. We didn't even meet him until our wedding day, yet it seemed like we knew him forever. The almost 7 minute video that Anthony made was phenomenal. We loved the use of the drone, music and how he captured the speeches/vows! We highly recommend Anthony!

The 7 minute video that Anthony made of the highlights of my wedding was absolutely amazing. He used a drone and his choice of music was perfect. He worked in parts of our vows and the toasts and included quirky little things that he knew were important. He stayed always in the background yet didn’t miss a detail. The final product took my breath away.

We used Anthony for our wedding videography, and I would recommend him to anyone!! He captured the day so perfectly, and was so incredibly easy to work with! Anthony caught every single important detail of the day, and made the process so simple. He even took our love of "The Office" and put it into our teaser trailer - it could not be more us! Book him quick! You will not want to miss out on his fantastic work!!

We didn't meet Anthony until our Wedding day. The extent of our conversations had been the exchange of e-mails. On the day of the Wedding, it seemed like we knew Anthony for years. He was unbelievably friendly and he helped make small talk during stressful moments that more or less put our minds at ease. He worked extremely well with our photographer - to the point you would have thought they were partners. Anthony - thank you for shooting our special day and we look forward to your work. We selected him based on his product alone (which we know will be amazing), but his personality makes him a must-have at any wedding.

Anthony is amazing! Not only is he the nicest person but he is also very professional. He was on top of every single moment throughout the night and we could not be happier with the way he captured our wedding day! I cannot gush enough how amazing the work that Anthony Alanis does! For years, I have seen the beautiful videos he has shot for many friends, as well as strangers and I knew he had to be the first vendor we booked when we got engaged. The final product of our wedding was incredible and literally captured the day just as we remembered it. From the speeches, the vows, the ceremony, getting ready, photos and the reception, it was all perfection! We never felt like he was around and blended right in, which made us feel so comfortable during the day. You will not be disappointed in hiring Anthony!

My husband and I invested a lot of time researching vendors to ensure we would be in good hands on our wedding day. For us, it wasn’t just about the quality of the service that was important, we also sought a specific type of personality that would put us at ease on our big day. We both feel a bit uncomfortable/awkward at the center of attention and were looking for an individual who could help us navigate through that and capture our genuine selves. We came to meet Anthony through a recommendation of a mutual friend, and we are so grateful we did! From the moment we first spoke with him, we both knew he would be our videographer for our big day! He was patient with our million questions and genuine and honest in his responses. He also exuded enthusiasm and excitement about our day, and we hadn’t even booked him yet! After booking, Anthony was reliable and organized throughout the planning process. We were planning a wedding in our hometown in Illinois while living in Florida, and he was flexible with our schedule, checked in regularly, remembered prior discussions, and communicated with both professionalism and kindness. On our big day, Anthony arrived an hour earlier than scheduled to explore and take videos of the venue. Throughout a very long day, he worked ambitiously and autonomously with an unprecedented level of engagement. We felt completely at ease around Anthony, and he worked so seamlessly that we nearly forgot he was there! He blended himself into each moment, capturing the genuine emotion of our guests and us without anyone ever feeling or noticing the presence of a camera! We also had several guests share compliments about Anthony and his demeanor and overall investment in our day. Some even noted he appeared as invested in our day as if it were his own! Furthermore, we received compliments from our photographer who had not previously met Anthony and who spent many hours that day working side by side with him. Our photographer approached us to share that Anthony was incredibly easy to work with and be around both professionally and personally, and he would look forward to any future opportunities to work with him! Clearly a videographer doesn’t get any better! Anthony’s greatness continued even after our big day. Within 2 weeks, we had received a highlight video that still brings tears of happiness to all who view it. We still get all the giddy feels whenever we watch it! In less than 1 month, we had our DVDs (3!) with the ceremony, speeches, and footage of the epic dance party. Our initial DVDs had a slight glitch, and although Anthony assured us he had watched them all from start to finish before sending, he apologized and very quickly mailed a new batch at no cost to us. We also requested raw footage and have thus far failed to send him the USB drive for it. Despite this, he continues to maintain top notchn communication and professionalism in all of our ongoing interactions. In our time working with Anthony before, during, and after our wedding, we have continued to be impressed and incredibly appreciative that we were blessed to have him as a part of our big day. He has graciously and humbly received our compliments and thanks, and we truly cannot speak highly enough about Anthony as a person and as a videographer! You would be crazy not to book with him (and we promise your photographer will thank you too!)!

We hired Anthony to video our destination wedding and couldn’t be happier. Anthony was able to provide us a trailer video less than two weeks after our wedding date. The way he combined the voices and video from different parts of the day were awesome. The wedding was in an aquarium which made the photos and video difficult to capture. After seeing the trailer, it showed that Anthony really knew what he was doing. Anthony also worked really well with the photographer to not get in their way which made their teamwork easy for both parties. Thank you so much Anthony for capturing our day and providing great video work!

Anthony captured every perfect moment at our wedding. He was so easy to work with and never got in the way. We wanted someone who would blend in with the guests yet be present enough to get the good stuff. He did all of that and more. We watch the video of our event at least 3 times a day. We highly, HIGHLY recommend!
