About this vendor
Welcome to AnthonyMJr Photography.
We are a husband and wife team based in Southern California, who specialize in creating epic images and delivering exceptional, seamless service. This helps to enable a stress free wedding environment so you two can be present and enjoy what matters most, each other!
Our vision is to provide couples who dare to venture beyond the normalcy of the traditional photography experience to achieve easy, fun & epic one of a kind imagery. This theme is also reflected in our imagery! One of a kind magazine worthy images while making you feel at ease. This is our goal!
Catherine and I have spent years in the wedding industry, we saw the basic cookie cutter approach to wedding photography and rejected it! We wanted to offer couples a fun, stress free experience. So we developed a custom, unique wedding photography experience for our couples. This experience allows our couples to be totally relaxed knowing they 're taken care of and will also look amazing on their big day!
How do we do this?
Well first.. we start by creating honest, genuine connections with our couples as friends, understanding their fears, worries and concerns and wiping them away by showing them a proven process that so many of our couples have enjoyed.
Secondly.. we steal you away for a date-night, Luxury Engagement Session, complete with champagne! 🍾🥂
Sounds good so far?

I had found Anthony MJr Photography when I was scrolling through facebook and saw they had an enter to win free engagement photos. I had entered and me and my husband ended up winn...
ing the free engagement photo session which was amazing and we already fell in love with the work they did. So we decided to hire them for the wedding day photography and I am stunned by the work they did and we loved how comfortable we were able to be with them and just have fun taking the photos.
My fiance and I had never been photographed, so we were a bit nervous about it coming through in our photos. Anthony & Catherine were amazing and made us feel comfortable from the ...
start! They have such an eye for the small details and it really shows when you're working with them. They were very organized and knew a number of locations to recommend. Through the whole shoot, they were using the lighting to their advantage (we did an evening/sunset session). Our images turned out amazing, and they got to us within just a few days! It was a very enjoyable experience and we got some great engagement photos that we now have forever! We would highly recommend!
10/10 experience with Anthony and Cat! They both made the process of taking engagement photos super easy and made us feel like we were all friends. Their guidance on poses while st...
ill keeping it looking natural was super appreciated. They chose perfect locations and was on point with the angles and perspective. Quick turn around for the photos too! They made a really nice slideshow with music and the gallery website is very easy to download images and order prints right from the site! Would recommend this couple highly!
We were referred to Anthony and Cat by our DJ and it couldn't have been a more perfect referral. We did some research on their posted portfolios and fell in love with their artisti...
c style and knew we would love to hire them. They set up a Zoom meeting to meet us and go over expectations and pricing, which I found to be incredibly professional. They were kind, passionate and joyous to talk to - we knew this was the kind of energy we wanted at our wedding (as two people who don't take pictures often). Our wedding was a huge day for us and a long time in the making (10 years), so we wanted all the details to be perfect. Anthony and Cat went above and beyond to get all the shots we wanted and make us feel comfortable in the process. We simply could not have picked better photographers. Our sneak peeks have been nothing short of incredible and couldn't be more excited for the full album! Thank you Anthony and Cat, we love you two! - The Waidhofers
Anthony was AMAZING! We are coming up on our on year anniversary, and I can’t help but look back at our photos and instantly be brought right back to that day. He captured the enti...
re day and night so well.
Not only was Anthony extremely prompt, he was so friendly and easy to work with. I have MAJOR anxiety when it comes to having my photo taken, but he truly helped alleviate so much of that stress. Everything felt so natural.
We got back literally HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of photos. Not only were the photos beautiful, but he also added such an artistic twist to many of them. At one point, he even noticed the Milky Way was out and got INCREDIBLE photos of the us with it as the backdrop.
I never once felt uncomfortable with Anthony, and I know our guests loved him as well. I HIGHLY recommend him as your wedding photographer! So sweet, and even continues to post photos to his page from our special day long after the wedding has ended which is always a nice little surprise!
Anthony was on-time and in step with our wedding day schedule. Our wedding day went smoothly and Anthony seamlessly captured the excitement, passion, and beauty of the day. His p...
hotography's aestetic emphasized the elegance of the natural world. As the groom, I was more than happy to see how Anthony photographed my brothers and myself. Anthony listened to my ideas for picture opportunities, took my requests, then improved upon them. Anthony's professional opinion and flexibility to accomodate personal requests made the day that much better. If I had to make the decision on a photographer again, there is no doubt in my mind that I would choose Anthony. Anyone looking for a respectable professional dedicated to capturing your wedding, Anthony is the only choice for you.
Anthony knew exactly where to be and when to catch our dream wedding photos. He has many hidden tricks up his sleeves and created fascinating photos instantly. His style is natural...
yet polished and classy. We had many guests asking about him and if he could do their events!
We couldn’t be more pleased with your work! You captured so beautifully, the most important moment of our existence so far. Your talent is truly remarkable! Thank you!

kes a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I told him during our session and I meant it, I have always hated getting my photo taken. I never liked how I looked or how the photos came out and I can sincerely say Anthony’s photos were the first time I felt beautiful and looked at my fiancĂ© and felt like it truly captured who we were together. 10/10 recommend Anthony for ANY photo needs.Â
