ur day and night. The team was so beyond professional, focused, and organized. We know that there must have been tiny bumps along the way to handle on our wedding day, but you all handled them so seamlessly and quietly that we had ZERO idea. The feeling of letting go and knowing you have a safety net around you to ensure everything runs smoothly was priceless. We know it takes a lot of effort from you and your team for that to be the case. We felt so confident and secure that all of the best shots and reels were being captured. We went through all of our photos from friends and family’s iPhones, and saw some of the jaw dropping shots that were captured. Each member of the team, whether it was Barbara, the videographers, or the lighting assistant, brought such positivity to our wedding day. We used Anthony Vazquez for both photo and video and loved the artistic, editorial style of their work. At both our engagement shoot and on the day of the wedding, Barbara had a great energy. Photo shoots can be a bit uncomfortable and feel forced, but shooting with Barbara felt so easy and comfortable for us! She also kept us on running on time the entire day, which relieved a ton of stress! We recently received our "sneak peak" (the first group of photos from the wedding) and we LOVE what we've seen so far! In addition to being wonderful to work with, the office is also extremely responsive to any questions that come up along the way! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the AV team, and we cannot wait to see the rest of our photos and video.

n going to their office the staff greeted me and I sat down and looked through albums and pictures. I didn't have to wait too long to meet with Anthony and he even stayed later than normal because I get out of work late. I really liked what I saw and thought his packages were competitive with some other companies I was looking into. He told me if I was interested that for the 2nd appointment I would meet with Barbara, the photographer who would be available to shoot on my wedding day. I went to go look at just a couple of other photographers the days and short weeks after just so I had some basis of comparison and spoke to my fiance about each of them. He had zero interest (of course) and basically just by looking on AV's site and facebook albums, he was like, "just go with this guy- he's the best. Their style is cool." I still wanted my fiance to meet him because I am not great at decision making, and he knew right away after meeting that we'd go with them. When we met with Barbara, she was very sweet and enthusiastic and I knew she would be a piece of cake to work with, with my type-A personality. I explained to her my vision and wants and stuff like that and she knew exactly what I was looking for. We met with Anthony again briefly, and he was/is just a really cool, down-to earth, intelligent person. It was settled. We ultimately booked Anthony Vazquez photography before we booked our actual wedding venue - that's how confident / excited we were to use them! Fast forward a couple of months and we did our engagement shoot with Barbara in Central Park. It was a little difficult to schedule a time to do it and the days and times are extremely limited but that's because all of the photographers are so busy on weekends doing weddings! I got my engagement proofs back in exactly 1 week. Our wedding was in November 2017 at Oheka Castle and Barbara was our lead photographer, as well as Ashley and their assistant Luna. Leading up to the wedding, Lucille, the office manager was so easy to work and responds to emails so fast. Anthony went out of his way and busy schedule to call me a few days before the wedding to wish us luck and to congratulate us. On the day of the wedding, everyone arrived ahead of schedule and ready to work it. Everything went so smoothly and they did the best they could to capture pretty much all of the shots I really wanted. A big important note was we were racing the daylight all day due to it being end of November! Everyone had such great energy. They worked so well and got along with our videographers and I was worried about them having to "share" time with us but it was so stress-free. We got our wedding gallery within the timeframe they mentioned we would get them even getting married during an extremely busy wedding season + the holidays in between and we are so pleased with how they came out. My friends and family are obsessed with our pictures and they are always raving and saying, "Wow you guys had an amazing photographer." The quality of their photos really shows. When I compare my wedding photos to friends I just know I made the right decision. Their customer service is top notch and their team are such happy, pleasant people. I still haven't finished my album yet - the pics are too hard to choose from!
