My fiancé and I knew that we wanted our ceremony and reception to be in one location and we visited several different venues in the Philadelphia area, one day I came across venues ...that were managed and catered by Jeffrey Miller. I looked at pictures of The Anthony Wayne House and fell in love and knew that I had to visit the venue in person. I instantly emailed the venue and received a response from Angela in a matter of minutes and we scheduled a visit for the following day. The venue it's self has so much character and is so well maintained that for us it was impossible to not book immediately. A year later the day of our wedding was here and I didn't think the venue could look any more beautiful than it did the day we visited, but it did, everything came together so perfectly. We got married at the Pergola and it was beautiful with the sun shining through the tree's right around 4:30pm. We had a 12 piece band and we were a little worried throughout the process that our band and guests wouldn't fit in the tent area, but Angela assured my fiancé and I that they would do whatever it takes and everything would work out. Turns out, Angela was right. Our band fit perfectly, we had fourteen beautiful farm tables filled with our family and closest friends. The food was delicious, our cake was beautiful and delicious, staff was great and a day of coordinator is included in the cost of the catering, which was extremely helpful. Cost for catering was reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity of food. Our wedding guests were raving about our cocktail hour and our entrees, Jeffrey Miller has unlimited options it felt like when picking our menu! Overall, the venue is gorgeous, really cleans up nicely, and staff are very nice to work with. One area where I struggled was finding updated pictures of the venue online, I would suggest to Jeffrey Miller or the staff of The Anthony Wayne House to take more picture of all of the gorgeous weddings they host! I stalked all forms of social media and found a lot of pictures from 2014, but nothing from 2016 or 2017, so I will do my best to share my pictures and tag the Anthony Wayne House when I get my pictures back!
