We had a great experience using Antoinette Boulangerie for our wedding cake! Everything from the tasting process, to the cake consultation, to the cake outcome on the wedding day w...
as wonderful. We were looking for a fairly simple cake as a supplement to the dessert already provided by the venue, and their cake was absolutely delicious! The only reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they forgot to add berries as had been previously discussed. However, we are still very happy with their services and the cake looked and tasted great!
We used Antoinette's Boulangerie because they were a vendor that Oyster Point, our venue, worked with for the cake so the cost was paid for (somewhat) with our per plate. We did ha...
ve a hard time getting ahold of Antoinette's. We live in Alabama, so were coming up to get everything done in March so wanted to do our cake tasting. We booked it online in January and 2 weeks before we got a call that they were on spring break that week- luckily we were there the weekend and they were back on Saturday. I had broken my leg, so we sent my dad to go get the to-go tasting. The staff did not know if we paid already, and after some confusion they just gave it to my dad. The online booking said within 2 weeks they would reach out to schedule a consultation- that never happened. I filled out the online contact form, and called during work hours at least 8 times, where no one answered and I left voicemails that were never returned. Finally I booked an appointment online like I was doing a consultation without a tasting. The only response we got was when we messaged them on facebook- and they said we needed to email, but we did not have an email address. Finally we had a virtual consultation and got everything sorted out- the cake designer had moved to TX and there was a bit of confusion with the staff in Red Bank. Ayca was amazing. We had a unique theme and she really went with it, combining multiple cake pictures we sent her. The cake also was delicious- highly recommend the marshmallow buttercream! We owed a bit more for our elaborate design but it was executed perfectly. We did struggle a bit with communication and even getting our payment in, but with a co-owner moving and the struggles in a covid/post-covid world we still were very satisfied with the results!
I first tasted a wedding cake sample, during the red bank wedding walk event 2 years ago and remember it being delicious, by far the best cake I ever tasted. When I booked my wedd...
ing venue was happy to find out that Antoinette Boulangerie was one of the bakeries available for the wedding cake, and that was an easy choice for me. It was love at first taste! :) Everything in the bakery is just absolutely phenomenal. Ayca is very professional and personable and a pleasure to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding to September due to covid and had a small ceremony at home on our original May date. Boulangerie Bakery made us a small version of our wedding cake and it was the best, there was no leftovers. For our wedding reception we had the best wedding cake, macaroons as favors and also trays of mini French pastries for dessert, and my guest love them all. We still stop by frequently for a dessert or breakfast treat and will be using this bakery for all future events. Absolutely worth the price.

ation! Even more importantly the taste was incredible our guests were raving at how delicious it was! Thank you again I would happily recommend anyone to go to your bakery!!! It was honestly unbelievable!
There are not enough superlatives to describe my daughter's wedding cakes from Antoinette's. Not only were they delicious but they were beautifully creative - each a masterpiece. W...
e had a decadent half naked red velvet decorated with fresh flowers, a two tier dense carrot with sinfully smooth and creamy cream cheese frosting decorated to coordinated with our seaside chic theme, and finally a two layer vanilla cake with pink ombre butter cream filled with fresh strawberries. It was a pleasure to work with Ayca and Co. describing ideas and hearing her suggestions to enhance our vision. Guests couldn't choose a single cake for their slice and so most opted for a taste of each. If I could, I would give 10 stars!!
Ayca created such a beautiful cake for our September 2017 wedding. It was exactly what we wanted! She also worked with us to cater to different diets/allergies of our guests. I wou...

Antoinette Boulangerie is absolutely amazing and I can't say enough wonderful things about them! They did our wedding cake, desserts & favors at the Molly Pitcher Inn. Ayca and h...
er staff are wonderful to work with and so accommodating, Ayca was very responsive to any and all of my questions and even was able to accommodate my requests last minute. I have had their desserts and pastries before booking them for my wedding and never had a bad dessert there. The same can be said for the dessert table, wedding cake & favors (french macaroons) they did. Literally, our dessert table was completely empty after everyone went up for cake and desserts! Everyone raved about the desserts and cake and the cake looked absolutely beautiful. Antoinette Boulangerie delivered a top notch service and I highly recommend them to anyone considering using them.
Ayca designed my wedding cake earlier this month and she did such a fantastic job. Aside from a delicious and drop-dead gorgeous cake, from the very start Ayca was extremely flexib...
le in allowing my family and in-laws to come and do our cake tasting all together in her store in Red Bank (she hosted 9 of us!). She was responsive to the questions that I had and was very creative when it came to the design of the cake. We chose red velvet with cream cheese frosting and it was out of this world! I would recommend the bakery for any quick treats, but I would certainly recommend Ayca to help you design your cake for your big day!
Clearly my experience was a fluke, but when I reached out to Antoinette Boulangerie for pricing information they completely ignored me. When I called to see if they could give me ...
some information and tell me about a cake tasting they acted as though they were too good for me. Yes, I am sure their cakes and deserts are just wonderful, but rude customer service deterred us from forming any sort of relationship with this company for our wedding.
Thank you Antoinette Boulangerie for an amazing wedding cake! My husband and I absolutely LOVED our wedding cake and so did our guests! We have had so many comments about how delic...
ious it was, even from those who 'don't normally eat the cake'. Ayca did an amazing job making it look so classy and elegant, as well as, tasting so good! Our complete experience was so personal! We sat down with Ayca herself for our tasting and discussed all the details necessary! It could not have been any easier! I would recommend completely for any wedding cake or pastry needs!! We plan to visit the next time we are in Red Bank again!

cious, Ayca was amazing to work with. Our cake came out exactly as I imagined and our boxed macaron favors were adorable - many people told me they were the best macarons they had ever had. If you are having your wedding reception in the area, I would highly recommend using Antoinette Boulangerie!
