It was so evident that they genuinely cared about creating a wonderful experience for their customers, and their team was so pleasant to work with in both drop off and pick up. From the start to end, it was just an extremely positive experience. They turned what ordinarily would have been a stressful change into something very manageable ahead of our special day. t because of a tree, etc. Luckily I did not take their word when I ordered the tent and I specifically measure the site and researched the type of tent I would need so I ordered the correct type and dimensions. Eventually the guys saw that it would work and it was set up just like I had visioned it but it took a little work on my part to make sure it happened. My husband thought the tent could be cleaner; I did not think that was a problem (it is a tent afterall) Overall I would probably go with the company again; however, I would make sure to be on my toes and not rely on the word of the clerks at the shop.
