Anything Floral

Hilary and Cheri made our wedding dreams come true! We're so thankful that they listened to our ideas and translated them into floral fairytales that everyone was complimenting!

I feel I should warn perspective clients. If it had allowed me to, I would have given them no stars! I set up and planned for them to arrange my bridal flowers. I was looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately, just a little more that a month away, my fiancé decides to cancel the wedding. My family and I were blide-sided by the devastating news. I contacted Anything Florals last week with what seemed like the perfect solution to my dilemma. I had a family friend that needed flowers for their daughter's communion. They offered to use the deposit I already put down towards their flower order. I thought this was a wonderful solution because then my friends would just pay me back what I put down for the deposit and then Anything Florals would still gotten an order that was comparable to the bridal order I placed. I was disappointed to hear they would not use the solution I had come up with and they would simply just be keeping my deposit. I got some generic story about "if they change the rules for me, they'd have to change the rules for everyone." I think it is deplorable. I understand that I made a contract with them and I was breaking it. HOWEVER, I offered up replacement business for them and they chose not to use that opportunity and are keeping my deposit. Just think twice if these are the kind of people you want to do business with.

Cheri was SO helpful in choosing flowers for my wedding. She sat with us for a long period of time and showed us many options. She took what we liked and did not like and created amazing arrangements. Cheri even made us a sample centerpiece AND brought it to our venue, so that we could see what it would look like the day of. Cheri was very accommodating when I wanted to make a change to bouquets a few weeks before my wedding. Cheri and her staff promptly delivered bouquets and came early to set-up the centerpieces and huppah. Anything Floral was wonderful to work with!
