BJ was absolutely amazing and such a blessing to have as our officiant for our wedding. I am so happy we found her! She is extremely personable and caring. Our ceremony was so special and BJ kept our guests smiling and laughing which made the ceremony even better. Numerous guests wanted to know who she was and how we found her because of how great she did. All I can say is choose her, it will be on of the BEST decisions for your special day!

Getting ready for the big day? How exciting! I would love to be your wedding officiant! If you come to our home, and it’s a nice enough day, we can be outside in our backyard. This is offered at a reduced rate whether we stay inside or go outside. Plus, if at my home, I can provide your two witnesses. Whether it's just the two of you or a cast of thousands (ok, ok, hundreds), traditional or non-traditional, same-sex marriage, jail wedding, or whatever....I'm available to do your ceremony anywhere in Oregon or in Washington. I take the time to get to know my couples in order to make your special day as personalized and heartfelt as possible. Many years ago, I advertised with The Knot. Just came back on board July 2025. Hence, my reviews here are not only old, but very few. However, if you hop over to my website, there you will find many, many more up-to-date reviews. The wonderful folks here tried to transfer them over to The Knot, but were unable to. Anytime Anywhere Weddings - Rev. BJ Hesketh is a nondenominational wedding officiant service based in Beaverton, OR that also offers premarital counseling, vow renewals, ceremony rehearsals, and more.

Hi there all of you excited couples and CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement!! I've been having an absolutely wonderful time meeting and marrying fun couples over the past 18 years. I do anywhere from 95-100 weddings a year, so at my last count, I've done over 1500 weddings! Wheeeew..... I know...right? I advertised with The Knot....YEARS ago. Just started again in July 2025. Hence, only a couple of old reviews here. Please take a look at my website, for all the up to date reviews. Unfortunately, none of them can be transferred over to Wedding Wire or The Knot, I am told. So, I apologize, as did the wonderful folks here that worked on trying to do that for me.

nowledgeable and kind. She was also very flexible in terms of how we wanted our ceremony to go. The day of our wedding, she showed up early and our ceremony was full of love and humor, just like we wanted. She was great

She was very nice but on the day of our wedding we had a microphone set up for us to say our vowels and she moved and then when i asked where our microphone was she preceded to tel...
ls us that we didn't need it and started the ceremony. She is good but make sure you tell her how it is going to be.

Oh my....Since I haven't been actively on this site until this week, after leaving a site ...
I was on for the last 9 years, I didn't see this post on my reviews until today (June 2018). I see it's from 2012, so had to go into the recesses of my brain to pull up the memory! Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication between the couple, myself and their DJ, which none of us knew about until we were actually starting their ceremony. Holding a microphone is not an option for me as I have a book that I'm reading from, so can't turn the pages and hold the book, etc.... I CAN, however, have a clip-on mic or the mic can be put on a stand. Both of which I've worked with many times in the past. I felt really bad that this sweet couple didn't get this part of what they wanted during their ceremony. Fortunately tho, I can project pretty far out so that at least all their guests could hear the ceremony.
