Shaelynn was amazing to work with! She took the time to understand the look I wanted and how to achieve it. Her and her team made me, my bridesmaids, and moms look and feel so amazing! Would definitely recommend her to any bride out there looking!

Beauty by Shae was great to work with. I reached out to them last minute and Shae was un available so she connected me with her associate Joyce. Shae kept in the loop the entire time and help with coordinating with Joyce. They were both helpful with vision for my hair and makeup and helped with picking out extensions. Joyce was prompt and efficient and did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup. I would highly recommend them and Look to book them for business photo glam in the near future.

Shae was so great! She was flexible and very easy to work with! Down to last minute changes and my random questions. Her work is amazing and truly made me look like the most amazing bride. My hair and make up lasted well into the next day! She was able to accommodate all my bridesmaids and made them all happy with their styles. Shae was amazing! She’s kind, easy to talk to and very calming. All perfect qualities for a wedding makeup artist to have. Also, let’s not forget she did exactly what I asked for makeup. It was 95 degrees and humid for my outdoor wedding and the makeup and hair stayed all day! Even lashes! Love her and would recommend to all.

Shae is fantastic! She really knows her stuff. I was worried that my makeup would look heavy, unnatural, and not me. However, after speaking to her my fears were swept away! My makeup was absolutely perfect. I am a crier and I was pretty sure my makeup wouldn't make it through the night. She gave me a touch up kit that I never touched. After about 10 hours of crying, dancing, and sweating, my makeup still looked like it did when she finished. She also did an amazing job on my hair. She was able to work with me and all of my bridesmaids, all of whom have very different hair textures. Every one was beautiful and elegant and stayed all night long. I had some specially accessories and she was able to work them into the style seamlessly. Shae is great and will definitely make you look and feel like a princess for your big day. She is passionate and is just as excited about your wedding as you are.

Just married on September 12th, 2020. Shae was incredible. I used one of Shae’s personal styles for my day of hair and she did not disappoint. It was everything I wanted and more. Shae was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier with how our hair turned out for my wedding! I have crazy thick hair that hair stylists in the past have struggled to do updos that would stay. Shae worked her magic and my hair didn’t move at all, even though I got married on the beach and it was HOT and humid! She was helpful, gave advice and worked with me to make it all work for my pandemic wedding. Don’t bother looking for other people to do your hair, she’s your girl!

Shaelynn was wonderful from my first inquiry about hair & makeup services to the day of our wedding. I schedule a trial for hair & makeup and from talking with her and the work that she did during the trial I knew I had to book her for our wedding. Since our wedding was during the pandemic the plans were ever-changing but Shaelynn was always in communication. The morning of my wedding, Shaelynn and her assistant arrived (both very friendly it truly felt like we were just hanging out with girlfriends - which made it seem less stress and more enjoyable/memorable!), the ladies set up their hair & makeup tools and went straight to work taking care of the hair and makeup of my bridesmaids and Shaelynn did my hair & makeup. The girls and I looked gorgeous! Not to mention the hair & makeup lasted through a very hot & humid Southeastern Virginia Day. Simply Flawless! Would definitely recommend Shaelynn - not only does a wonderful job but very knowledgable too!

Shae and her assistant were amazing! They did the makeup for me and my bridal party on my wedding day. She was also an angel while dealing with my grandmother who has Alzheimer's disease. I couldnt have asked for a better hair and makeup artist.

I set up a date for a trial with this vendor a few days before the trial she canceled. I ask her for another date she never responded. I find not responding a lack of professionalism after a trial was set up.

Shae was extremely flexible and was super willing to work with us. I used her services for bridal portraits, as well as day of, and she was very flexible in making the schedule work with the many different people we were coordinating with. She is extremely nice and easy to talk to, as well.

Shaelynn did hair and makeup for me and hair for my bridesmaids on my wedding day. I knew from my trial that she was amazing, and I never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day. I loved that Shaelynn did hair and makeup - it meant I did not have to pay for two professionals and two travel costs! Also, she does an AMAZING job. Fast, fun, and produces stunning results. With Shaelynn, there was no way for me not to look beautiful from every angle on my special day, and my bridesmaids loved her as well. Shaelynn styled my hair and my bridesmaids' hair for my wedding in September, and did a fantastic job! During my trial, we figured out my hair style, and then she recreated it perfectly for the big day (plus some extra pins/hairspray). For my maids, she made sure that each felt comfortable with their chosen style, and made recommendations for what would look great (and she was right!) She also made sure to not duplicate my hairstyle on anyone else, but made them complementary. Shae was great to work with, relaxed, fun, and professional. Highly recommend!!

Shae was awesome !! She has so much patience. She definitely makes doing business with her easy. She makes you comfortable and answers any questions you have thoroughly. Shaelynn was marvelous to work with from start to finish. She was professional yet friendly and personable. She was very flexible and patient. Communication was seamless, punctual and transparent. I felt comfortable asking questions and making requests without any judgement. She is very knowledgeable and very comfortable in her profession which was incredibly comforting - especially the day of the wedding! I would 100% recommend Shaelynn to any and every bride on the coast of VA. Her travel fee was the most reasonable in the area. The cost for make-up and hair were all reasonable. She was very accommodating and fun to work with. She made the wedding planning fun and the wedding preparations enjoyable and relaxing. I (as well as my husband!) was very pleased with my hair and make-up for the wedding. There is nothing that I would have changed or adjusted when working with Shaelynn!

Shaelynn is wonderful! I had an awesome experience working with her! I absolutely loved my hair and make up at my trial and then again at my wedding! She was fun to chat with, super understanding and eager to make sure that I was thrilled with my hair! BOOK THIS VENDOR. I was so pleased with her service. She was super kind, funny, and honest. I got lots of compliments on my wedding day of my hair. Shae also gave me tips not only for my hair or makeup, but also in skincare! She knew it all. If you didn't like something after she did it, she offered to restart ; which is super impressive and hard to find in vendors like these. One of my bridesmaid booked her for her wedding and when I got to see her again, she remembered me and my wedding! That showed me that she really cared. Her assistant is also SO WONDERFUL. She made me feel beautiful even with my acne. She was honest on what would look good, or not so hot with your face shape. Shae's prices are extremely reasonable for the services you are getting and she helps you stay on schedule (so helpful for a stressful bride and curious bridesmaids on whats next) They were on time (for both weddings I witnessed) and very easy to get contact with for any changes. When I say on time, I mean, if you wanted to start at 10a.. she is there at 945a and setting up so the moment you want to start, her station was ready to go!
