We used AP Events and Catering for our wedding and were thrilled with them. They catered four meals for us - our welcome dinner, brunch the day of the wedding, the wedding dinner, and the brunch the morning after the wedding. This gave us a really good sense of the quality of their food and variety of their preparation. We loved every meal and the guests raved about the food. The service was also impeccable. They really went out of their way to accommodate last minute requests from the guests (e.g., creating a special veggie and pasta dish for some picky children). In the middle of the first course, Chef Alex Pena paused to make the bride some lobster tostadas because she missed them during the passed appetizers. We highly recommend AP Events and Catering.
