Apero Mobile Bar, based out of San Diego, CA, is a wedding bartending service. This mobile bar offers all manner of drinks, from craft cocktails to juice. They also work as an eatery, providing snacks to keep you and your loved ones energized.
Apero Mobile Bar works out of a 1970s Italian cart, which has been lovingly renovated. The bar is operated by several licensed professional bartenders, to help your day run smoothly. Owner Vanessa drives the van, which was shipped from Europe. She discovered her passion for this work while she was working in Paris, as an apprentice to a chocolatier. She wants to combine her love of travel with a passion for mixing drinks.
Apero Mobile Bar offers a custom menu that can be tailored for each celebration. You can also choose to rent the cart on its own, and fill it with your own favorite products. It can be used as a walk-up bar, a dessert stand, or a backdrop for photos. You can also serve food from it. Vanessa and her team can deliver and pick up the van, giving you one less thing to organize. You can also choose to have the bar be staffed by experienced bartenders, who can prepare drinks, pour beer, and open the champagne.
