Had a great time utilizing alpenglow artistry for my wedding hair and makeup! I can't say enough wonderful things about Michelle as my makeup artist. She arrived on time and stayed late to ensure everyone had last minute touch ups after the other 3 artists had left. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I felt as if my hair artist was extremely rushed to leave and asked to do my hair WHILE I was getting my makeup done. Additionally, I had one bridesmaid fall ill and was unable to attend, so we were not pressed for time as she was removed from the schedule the day of. Also, I had some of my bridesmaids go back and get tips for their artists just to realize they had already left. The makeup and hair looked wonderful I just felt a little rushed as the bride getting my hair pulled and brushed as my detailed eye makeup was being done at the same time.
Trial: My trial felt a bit rushed and overwhelming as hair and makeup were done at the same time. I did appreciate that they worked with me to try a couple different ways of doing my hair and makeup. There were a lot of back and forth emails to set the start time and schedule, which got to be a little much. A call or intake form with their policies might have helped clear this up.
Wedding Day: Everyone's hair and makeup turned out wonderfully! My hair wasn't quite what I was going for, but it still looked very nice. I absolutely loved how my makeup turned out! One of the makeup artists didn't have her own chair, so I had to call down to the lobby to find a barstool, which wasn't ideal the morning of my wedding. But, the stylists were great to chat with as we got ready, and all of our hair and makeup seems to stay put throughout the day! And reasonably priced.
My wedding was in June and we had Sidnee and Alyssa from Alpenglow Artistry and they were both amazing! Sidnee did my bridal makeup and killed it! She listened to everything I wanted and pulled off exactly what I imagined! My makeup lasted all night long! Sidnee and Alyssa made me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful! Not only are they both talented but they are so sweet and professional. Nicole was my main contact from Alpenglow Artistry and she was also so kind, timely, and professional! I also want to mention Fatima who did my dermaplane before the wedding who works with Alpenglow Artistry - that was the best experience! I’ve never had it done before and she was educating me along the entire process. She is sweet and the whole dermaplane was so relaxing! Again, can’t recommend Alpenglow Artistry enough!
I used Alpenglow Artistry for my Wedding this March and my experience was nothing short of amazing. They made me feel so at ease during my entire experience. They took time to understand my style preferences and were so accommodating even when I changed details on the day of. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Nicole for being so great at communicating and my entire day of hair and make up team-Nicole Z, Alyssa, Naomi and Elissa. They made my entire Bridal party feel comfortable and made me feel like the best version of myself on one of the most special days. Can't thank you enough!
Nicole was great at responding to all of my emails, and there were quite a few!!! I had my trial with Nicole and Elissa and they were both amazing and made me feel confident about my decision to book with them! The day of, they were able to meet everyone's expectations and everyone felt so beautiful! I changed my hair and makeup look the day of and everything still turned out great. I have never felt so beautiful!
McKenna & Alyssa are SO talented and helped make me and my bridesmaids, mom, grandma & mother in law look absolutely beautiful. They made all of our inspo pics come to life and everyone was so happy with the results. These girls were so fun to talk to and this company is so organized. I highly recommend using Aplenglow for your next event!
The Alpenglow team is so amazing and talented! Elissa and Michelle did my hair and makeup and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I loved my trial looks but had a few small changes I wanted to make - they were responsive to the feedback and I loved my hair and makeup even more on my wedding day. In particular, I am so happy with how Elissa used my naturally curly hair for a messy low updo style - I would highly recommend her for any curly girls! Naomi and Alyssa also did hair and makeup for our bridesmaids, moms, and flower girls, and everyone looked gorgeous. Communication leading up to the wedding was excellent: Nicole is super organized and helped put together a getting ready timeline so everyone knew where they needed to be and when. I cannot recommend Alpenglow highly enough!!
I cannot say enough good things about this team. All of my anxiety about health and safety were listened to and taken care of. The team of artists I had for my wedding were professional and fun and made me and my party look absolutely stunning. They deserve more than five stars but that's all I can put.
I could not be happier that I chose Alpenglow Artistry for my wedding day look. Fatima and Nicole were AMAZING. They made my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law look stunning. Nicole is beyond talented and made me feel flawless all day long. I have never looked or felt more beautiful. I could not be more in love with my wedding day makeup! ♥️
Nicole is absolutely amazing. My wedding makeup was gorgeous. It stayed on all day and night. As someone when gets oily easily I was expecting to be shiny after photos and ceremony but my face looked just as good as when she finished my makeup until the end of the night. I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. She was professional from start to finish and responded quickly. My bridesmaids were all stunning as well. Thank you Nicole!
I am so thrilled I went with Alpenglow for my wedding makeup! Nicole was so lovely to work with and excellent at communicating. We did a trial 6 weeks or so before my wedding, and on wedding day she had photos of me from the trial and a detailed list of all products and techniques she used. My makeup looked absolutely beautiful. She asked me questions about how I typically do my own makeup, and had me show some inspiration photos to make sure we were on the same page for how I wanted to look. She started light and then asked if there was anything I wanted to make more dramatic, which I really appreciated. She uses highly regarded brands (Charlotte Tilbury, NARS). She was so professional and has a very calming presence. Best of all, all of my bridesmaids were thrilled with their makeup and experience. Nicole absolutely slayed us, we all looked stunning. I highly recommend her.
Nicole was wonderful to work with. She does excellent work and makes sure that even with all the makeup on, you still feel like you. My bridal party and myself all looked fabulous and everyone was very happy with the results!
I can't say enough good things about alpenglow artistry. They were super flexible and made me and my bridal party feel amazing on my wedding day. Can't recommend enough
