We were so happy with having Samantha as our wedding day of coordinator! Samantha's communication from our initial meeting through the wedding day was great. She created a seamless...
schedule and coordinated with vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding she was invaluable - helping with final touches, managing all the little details, and ensuring we stayed on schedule throughout the reception. She checked in with us and bridal party regularly, making sure everyone had what they needed. She was willing to assist with anything we needed, big or small. We are so grateful for everything she did to ensure we were able to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and caring coordinator!
WE LOVE SAM!!! Hands down the smartest thing we did for our wedding in September 2025 was book APN Weddings & Events. Sam was absolutely wonderful and SO helpful our entire wedding...
day (and the planning process leading up to it). She went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free, amazing wedding day. She took charge of the day’s schedule and kept us on time with everything, ensuring it was a smooth and nonpushy experience. Sam set up our decor and centerpieces exactly how we wanted them, which took such a huge weight off our shoulders and let us just enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about all the little details. She also took lead in taking the decor down and packing it up for us at the end of the night! She consistently made sure we were hydrated by bringing us water (thank you!!), brought us snacks from the cocktail hour apps, and even helped carry our dinner plates to avoid any food spills on our outfits (?!?). It goes without saying she was AMAZING! Super kind and friendly to work with. We highly recommend booking APN Weddings & Events for your upcoming wedding! It’ll be the best choice you make!

e didn’t need anything throughout our special day. She made sure she was on the same page with my vision and helped as much as she could to make sure everything went smoothly and to plan! Highly recommend.

ss two days before our wedding and it made this day all the more stressful for me. I didn’t have to lift a finger all day. She made sure all of the decorations went up perfectly and handled any issues while I peacefully got ready with my friends. All I had to do is walk out and see how beautiful it all looked. She made sure I got to enjoy the drinks and food while I was busy taking pictures and talking to family. She also made sure to inconspicuously pack up everything so no one even noticed. Long story short Samantha was an integral part of our day and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. Couldn’t be more grateful or recommend her more!
