We are Apollo Fields–
A husband-and-wife wedding photography duo who are also hosting intimate weddings in New Jersey.
What started as a wedding photography company quickly evolved as we discovered our love for having events. This became clear when the relationships with our couples reached beyond their wedding days and on to our dinner table. Instead of delivering a gallery in a link we prepared a homemade meal for them to enjoy as they flipped through their wedding gallery and relived their memories. It all just felt right.
We carry this love for hosting with us to all of the weddings we photograph, from up and down the Hudson Valley, to beautiful destinations like Lake Tahoe and France. In the time between, we developed a ticketed farm-to-table dinner concept, bringing couples and friends together on a larger scale.
Apollo Fields is a vision ten years in the making—and in 2025—we proudly invite you to our picturesque equestrian farm to join us in celebrating special events, celebrations, and intimate weddings in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.

bout Apollo Fields. They have a great reputation for a reason! Heather and her team were so responsive. They definitely go above and beyond. Their intake forms are very thoughtful and before our wedding day they sent us beautiful vow books! On our wedding day Heather had one of her associates with her. They were so professional and did an outstanding job! Their energy was calm but fun which really made me feel at ease as someone who doesn't love getting their picture taken. They included so many family members and guests and made sure we captured all our must do shots. The solos with me and my husband are so outstanding. We will cherish these photos forever!
