About this vendor
Apple Hill Farm & Country Club is a farm wedding venue based in Leominster, MA. Often referred to as the Hidden Gem in Central Massachusetts, this is the ideal space for couples with a dream of celebrating their big day outdoors. What started as an early morning coffee and breakfast stop in 1999, slowly started hosting private events in what is now called the Parlor room - adding the Library Bar and Restaurant and The Ballroom in later years. Being a family-owned and operated event venue and restaurant, we believe in bringing those values in executing the day to perfection.
The beautiful ceremony site overlooks our orchard of over 350 peach trees, offering couples a stunning sunset as their canvas. When the fields are in season, we also harvest and serve the produce that we grow on our more-than-35 acre farm. We only host one wedding per day so that couples have the freedom to choose their time slot. The parlor room has a well-stocked bar, stone fireplace, and screened-in porch, which is ideal for cocktail hours. With magnificent chandeliers, mahogany wood paneled accents and hand painted textured ivory walls, as well as a built-in dance floor, the ballroom is a formal and elegant space for a fairytale wedding. Depending on your chosen event space, nearlyweds can host from 80 to 200 guests on the property. There are so many picturesque locations around Apple Hill Farm & Country Club - namely the ceremony site, farm, and ballroom - that the couples can take advantage of for photographs.
We also offer a wide variety of in-house catering and bartending services. House and specialty beer, wine and liquors are available at a cash, open, or limited bar with experienced bartenders. Be it rustic chic or black tie, Apple Hill Farm & Country Club is your dream destination for a timeless and elegant wedding.

We loved having our wedding at Apple Hill Farm! I grew up playing at the farm, but have since moved across the country, so it was extra special to get married in my old neighborho...
od. Ashley was very conscientious in helping me plan our wedding from 2400 miles away (and during COVID) - definitely a unique planning experience! She answered my countless questions and was flexible with what we needed/requested to make the evening personalized and special. The Apple Hill Farm staff were absolutely lovely, professional, kind, and attentive. The food was farm fresh and local. And the views & land...you can't ask for anything more picturesque!
Apple Hill Farm provided the perfect venue for our wedding. The ceremony was so beautiful and then everyone was able to walk right across the street for the reception. All of the...
staff were so thoughtful and made the day stress free. Highly recommend this venue!
I cannot say enough good things about Apple Hill. Ashley and Sharon are amazing people to work with. Ashley is extremely responsive and organized when it comes to planning. You can...
tell she has been in this line of work because she knows exactly what you need. From our tour, to covid striking and putting a hold on plans, to finally having our day, Apple Hill made our day run so smoothly. I’m not sure that anyone could have a day run smoother. Our head server Val was AMAZING and always made sure that we had a drink, food, that we ate enough, and that we took time to enjoy ourselves and to take it all in. The grounds are perfect for photos, the library bar is beautiful, the ballroom is massive, the food is delicious, and the people are too kind. Any event here would be perfect. Do yourself a favor and give them your business. They are amazing people who have created a beautiful place.
First of all, Laura is a rock star. When my husband and I were touring different venues, it felt like we were hearing a sales pitch over and over again. This was one of the last ...
places we checked out, and one of the only places it felt like we were talking to an actual person. Laura and Ashley are so so wonderful at what they do. They will treat you like family from the start and work for you to have your dream day. PLUS, the food is incredible, and the setting is breathtaking. We were able to have our ceremony outside along the orchard, with mountain views in the background. What a dream!
I am in love with our wedding day and it really is all thanks to Laura and the team at Apple Hill. So glad there is a restaurant here that we can visit. We will see you soon!
*A note on COVID-19: A lot of the state mandates came out while we were in the throws of planning our wedding. Laura walked through the uncertainty with us every step of the way and had excellent communication. She continued to keep it real with what was going on, while encouraging us that they would be there in whatever way we needed to help figure things out. (And they were)
Apple Hill has come up with solid options to continue facilitating what their clients need while keeping safety a priorty. You will be in the very best of hands.
Our perfect event was, 12/6/2019. Our friends are still taking about what a fantastic time it was, and how much fun they had.
Our reception was orchestrated and brought to full ...
fruition in about 7 weeks. Laura and Sharon were amazing!! They were understanding, had great suggestions and helped us with so many decisions. I was a very stressed bride and they both were so kind and supportive.
I knew in my head what I wanted the room to look like and my husband wanted me to have it all. The team at Apple Hill made my dream come true!!
I wanted a fairy light extravaganza and when we walked into the
room we could not have been more thrilled. It was perfect!! Laura and Sharon went above and beyond to make the room exactly as I had envisioned. White fairy lights everywhere. It looked like a starry, sparkling dream!
The food (we had a cocktail style reception) was outstanding. With stationed hors d'oeuvers our guests could pick and choose when and what they wanted to eat and there was PLENTY of food. For anyone reading this who has never been to Apple Hill, please, do yourself a favor and get the "Chips" appetizer!! It is my favorite! Homemade potato chips covered in blue cheese and bacon...SO GOOD!! We had a Tuscan station, that I think is amazing. The display that Sharon arranges is beyond beautiful,
and SO tasty! We had other stations as well that were delicious!
We had a DJ, dance floor, and stations around the room, and our guests (we had about 60), still had ample room to socialize, eat and dance.
The staff was attentive, accommodating and professional. Our guests were very happy!
If you want a venue that is beautiful, with an owner operator (Sharon and Ashley) who will truly care about your event, a wedding coordinator (Laura) that clearly loves what she does and does it so amazingly well, food that will have your guests raving, and to be treated kindly by each staff person you encounter, you want to be at Apple Hill Farm and Country Club!
We give Laura, Sharon, Ashley and all the staff our whole hearted thanks, with such great appreciation for everything they did to make our wedding reception absolutely perfect!!
We were blessed by you!!

ad beautiful views outside and in, and it gave off the rustic feeling we were looking for.
We went to the venue and got the tour and we fell in love with the whole venue right away. We knew right away that this was our place to get married in! The outdoor ceremony site is breathtaking with picturesque views. Inside the venue has a ton of space and lots of rooms that are beautifully decorated in tea lights, tree branches, and suits of armor!
The staff was so incredibly accommodating, we barely had to do anything! The wedding coordinator, Laura was so helpful and so very nice! I used to work in bridal and heard stories of how hard wedding planning is, and I honestly don't know what was so hard because Laura and the rest of the staff handled everything!
The food was delicious and easily accommodated vegetarian/vegan/food allergy needs. All of our guests raved (and still are after one month!) how the food and venue were perfect and we cannot agree more! I will be recommending this venue to get married in to everyone if they want a place that is beautiful, affordable, and stress-free!
We knew from the moment we visited Apple Hill Farm that we wanted to have our wedding there. We were blown away by how beautiful the location was and how wonderful the photos would...
look for our fall wedding. The food was excellent and there were so many dinner options to chose from. They even catered to our guests who were gluten free or vegan. The recommended vendors such as the florist and the bakery were excellent to work with and the rapport they established with the venue made for such easy planning. On the day of our wedding, every single staff member made sure that we weren't stressed and that we were enjoying ourselves.
We are so happy with our choice to have our wedding at Apple Hill Farm and highly recommend it to all!
Our experience during the planning and actual event were great. The staff at Apple Hill were very knowledgeable and made the whole experience great. I highly recommend them!!
Everything about Apple Hill Farm is just lovely. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff is professional and personable. Laura was organized, understanding and...
comforting when this Mother of the bride was feeling stressed. I loved how Laura and Valerie were very attentive to not only the bride and groom, but the parents of the bride and groom. We were thrilled with every part of the day. We have received many compliments on Apple HIll being an outstanding venue. People raved about the food and loved the country elegance. Apple Hill Farm gave us a beautiful, magical day!
What a beautiful venue. All our guests loved the place. It is so picturesque. The wedding coordinators were also so very nice and accommodating to work with. I wouldn't of imagined...
a better place to get married. They made my wedding everything I ever wanted.
I can't say enough nice things about Apple Hill Farm. First off, the setting is absolutely beautiful & quaint which is exactly what I was looking for. Everything from the ceremony ...
site to the cocktail hour parlor to the ballroom are so charming and beautifully decorated, without being over-the-top or pretentious. Secondly, the staff is absolutely amazing. Laura B. was our coordinator and she was very well-organized and professional, while also being very fun and down-to-earth and she took every measure to make sure my day was fantastic and exactly what I had in mind. They also had great food (I got a lot of compliments on the Apple Hill Farm signature chicken) and the packages include quite a bit. Ours included the wedding cake and the centerpieces, which was incredibly convenient. Anyone who is looking to get married in a rustic location should definitely consider Apple Hill Farm in Leominster, MA. I'm so glad we went with them for our wedding.
Apple Hill by far is the best choice for a wedding/event venue. I had my wedding there the end of September and things could not have gone smoother. Laura and her team made sure ...
the day ran smoothly. They were always there to help in anyway we needed both in the planning stages with her amazing suggestions for venders to the day of. They had the perfect balance of being there when you needed but allowing us to have our space the day of to enjoy ourselves. The ceremony space outside was a beautiful setting overlooking the fruit trees with Wachusetts Mountain in the background. It made for some amazing photos. The reception space was amazing as well with the fireplace and wooden panelling. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the main course. All of my guests raved about the venues atmosphere, food and service. Everyone was supportive and nice. Without Laura and her team at Apple Hill Farm I do not believe either me or my husband could have planned the amazing wedding that we did in such a short time frame and not be stressed. I highly recommend them for your special day.
Wow, I am not even sure where to start with our review of Apple Hill Farm! Absolutely everything was incredible!
We knew we wanted a country wedding, and fell in love with the loo...
k and feel of the venue over pictures alone. When we actually got to see the venue, we were absolutely blown away! Even the most beautiful pictures still don’t seem to do justice for how gorgeous and well-cared for location it is. The whole place just has a magical feeling to it - the barn, lawn and ceremony area, and the incredible view of the rolling hills. The inside is just as beautiful - the rustic charm carried over nicely to the bar, porch, and ballroom. We made contact with Ashley and she was so lovely. She was there to quickly respond to all our emails and give helpful friendly advice for everything. Ashley worked very closely with the vendors they recommend (bakery, florist) and the other vendors we had chosen (photographer, DJ). Both ways, the co-ordination they have with their staff and vendors is amazing. It was an incredible feeling to know that we could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. We never had to keep track of time, Ashley was there making sure everything was running smoothly and on time.
We highly recommend Apple Hill Farm, Ashley and her family, and all the staff! From the start they worked with us to accommodate each of our wants and needs. Everything felt so personal and dedicated to us, devoted to making our day as incredible as it could be. They worked with us to create something that fit into our budget, giving us multiple options and never pressured into something we felt uncomfortable with.
What makes Apple Hill such an incredible place is how personal everything is. From the moment we first made contact with Ashley, through to leaving after the wedding, everything was a joy. The venue is stunning and so incredibly peaceful! We truly experienced a fairy-tale wedding!
Thank you Ashley and all the friendly personnel at Apple Hill; you made our day the most special day of our lives.
Such a beautiful place to get married!
Got married here this past August and I cannot give enough praise to the entire staff that helped to make the day go so well. Not only is it...
a reasonably priced wedding venue, but the staff made the day so stress free and helped me to focus on having a great time! Pictures came out beautiful and the event coordinator, wait staff, and bartender were a delight. If you want a beautiful outdoor wedding with a great indoor reception venue, definitely look into getting married here!
We couldn't have imagined a better place to have our wedding! The venue is both elegant and rustic, and was the perfect blend of styles for our personalities. The food was deliciou...
s, and the outdoor scenery and venue space gorgeous. We received so many compliments on the venue itself, the food and the staff. We experienced attentive service throughout our wedding planning process, as well as on the big day. They did a great job decorating and also setting up the decorations we brought. We also really appreciated that there were no hidden fees. All costs were up front from the get-go, which was very important to us. Apple Hill Farm gave their best from the start, no upgrades for nice chairs or silverware. We are so happy we had our wedding here!
Apple Hill Farm was nothing short of amazing! Laura was great to work with and always there when we needed her for something. Her and the rest of the staff were very attentive and ...
helpful on the day of our wedding and made everything run so smoothly! I don't think we could have picked a better venue. The grounds are beautiful and the food was great! Everything was how we imagined it and I can't thank Apple Hill enough - if I had to do it all over again, I would choose them in a heartbeat!

nding over the little details and hoping everything goes as planned but Laura didn’t miss a step! The staff genuinely wanted a perfect day for everyone and they were so easy to work with. The venue itself is beautiful and the food was great. We don’t have a single complaint!
My now wife and I were looking for a place to have the best night of our lives, and Apple Hill Farm delivered in spades. Ourselves and all our guests had nothing but good things to...
say about the whole experience. The food was fantastic and just what we expected from what we tasted prior. The dance floor was hopping all night and a perfect space for our 100 or so guests and us to celebrate the occasion. We were able to utilize the library bar which allowed a perfect get away space for our guests to rest up before going back to dancing. The picturesque hills provided a perfect backdrop for our outdoor ceremony that created a perfect New England wedding. Last but certainly not least the staff really blew us away with their professionalism and attentiveness to us and all our guests. Thank you to Apple Hill Farm for providing a perfect venue for our most memorable night.
Nothing but good things to say about the team at Apple Hill Farm and Country Club! From the very start, my husband and I fell in love with the venue and the people who work there. ...
Right before my ceremony, there was a 5 minute rain storm that passed (thanks to Hurricane Michael). Laura and team kept all my guests out of the rain, made sure the chairs were wiped down, and the show went on (without me even knowing there was a rain shower!). The food was excellent and everything came out quick and on time. Laura was wonderful and very professional - she dropped everything at the end of the night to help figure out the late coach bus driver. Again, only good things to say! Thanks for making my wedding dream come true :)

e moment we stepped out of the car. Our ceremony was outdoors and the views were absolutely gorgeous. The reception was in the ballroom which was beautiful as well. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Laura and Ashley were extremely helpful and dedicated to making our wedding everything we dreamt of. One of our wishes was to have fireworks at our wedding. Sharon, Laura and the staff went above and beyond to make sure this was possible. The staff truly made wedding planning a much easier process for us. During (and after) the wedding, our guests had so many compliments about the venue, food, and staff. Even weeks after the wedding, we are still receiving so many compliments about AHF. This venue is absolutely amazing and helped make our dream wedding come true. My husband and I continue to talk about how our big day at AHF was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this venue!

laws were right! From my first contact to our wedding day ( and beyond) the staff at Apple Hill Farm were more than helpful. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on the property, we fell in love with the venue. The view was absolutely breathe taking and for our September 2017 wedding the leaves would start changing and it would be more than beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious! I had guests with different dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate. The staff were quick in responding to emails which definitely helped when it came to the last minute details in the weeks leading to the wedding. Our wedding day was truly one to remember and we thank the entire staff of AHF for all their help!
We got married at Apple Hill Farm in September 2018 and I highly recommend this venue for both the outdoor wedding the ceremony site and for the reception ballroom. When I began m...
y wedding venue search, this was the first venue I looked at and after looking at several other places I kept thinking back to how much I loved Apple Hill! Go with your gut! Laura, the wedding coordinator, was amazing from the beginning, very easy to get in touch with and always responding to my emails within 24 hours (usually within a few hours) The ceremony site is unbelievably gorgeous, the perfect backdrop for all your photos. You feel like you are out in the mountains of Vermont or New Hampshire, but a whole lot more conveniently located.
On our wedding day, the staff were extremely accomodating, with Valerie, in particular, with me every step of the way helping to make sure I had everything I needed. The farm-to-table food was delicious and several guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. The array of decorations we had brought were all set up without complaint by Laura and her staff and the reception room looked perfect.
The only VERY minor request/ detail that was miscommunicated/forgotten was not having the correct ingredients to make our drink specials that we had discussed. But even this mishap was dealt with as a bartender went out of her way to go out to the garden to pick some mint to make my friend the requested mojito drink special.
I would recommend Apple Hill Farm for anyone looking for a venue for an affordable beautiful "rustic" outdoor ceremony site, delicious food and easy to work with staff. And if you are flexible about days, I suggest getting married on Sunday afternoon, as you are guaranteed to have the whole place all to your self (ballroom, Library bar, patio)
Our experience with Apple Hill Farm was nothing short of perfect. Our party was small, only 22 guests, and our event planner, Laura, and Chef/Owner Sharon went out of their way to...
provide us with all we wanted. The Conservatory was the perfect size for us, and was elegant and beautiful. All the guests felt the food was exceptional, and Laura and our waitstaff were attentive until the last moment. They truly made the planning and the day effortless. Perfect choice!

ly, the help we got for setup was amazing and they really made all of our little details work. And even found perfect places for some details we cared about, but did not know where to put.

d the trees and sunset just add to the the spot! I completely loved the look of everything and the way they set up all of our decorations was just how I pictured it ! The food was amazing and you are able to custom your meal as we added the home made chips with blue cheese ( they are my favorite) and I highly recommend them ! The coordinators ashley and Laura were so helpful and they made everything feel not as stressful as I had imagined! It was also in my hometown which I thought was incredible because I never thought that I would find exactly what I was looking for so close to home !
When my now husband were searching for a venue for our reception, we had called and been to several places but couldn't both agree on one. When we visited Apple Hill Farm, we both ...
knew this was the place!
It has the prefect combination of elegance and rustic New England charm. It was wonderful to to be able to share that for our out of town and out of the country guests. Even though it was a cool drizzly spring day, we were able to take beautiful photos without getting our dresses and shoes muddy. Once we decided on Apple Hill, the second toughest part was deciding the menu because everything was so good!
The staff was great and they were easy to work with for our food allergy and mobility requests. The bartender was amazing.
We really couldn't have asked for anything more for our reception!

d not skip a beat! Every question was answered timely and we never felt out of the loop with planning! And I would be remiss if I did not mention the gorgeous landscape that this family owned business clearly take so much pride in maintaining not only for the amazing photos it provides but for the farm to table concept. The food was top notch and we received many compliments from our guests. If you are looking for a venue with outstanding views and food that warms your soul like going home for Sunday dinner then look no further this hidden gem is it!

they have great indoor options if weather becomes a factor. The reception hall was perfectly decorated, and the food was top notch. We can’t say enough about our coordinator, Laura. Every time I had a question or a concern Laura was there to answer it and help us out. She was tremendous, as is every member of the staff. I HIGHLY recommend Apple Hill Farm, and can't wait to go back for our anniversary dinner!

and beautiful indoor reception venue (no need to worry about the weather on the big day!). We were especially sold after meeting with our great coordinator Laura, and seeing that there were no hidden fees which had been a recurring issue with other venues. Leading up to the big day, Laura was always helpful and responsive and our guests had such an amazing time — great farm-to-table food, dancing space, an epic sunset right outside the ballroom doors. We’re really looking forward to our one year anniversary dinner at the Library Bar too, another perk of having our wedding at Apple Hill :-)
