on't have a lot of "rules" like other wedding venues. You can bring in your own catering, you can create your own bar menu, and you can bring in whatever rentals you would like. You cannot beat the price! As of my wedding (July 2022) we paid $800 for the room rental which included tables, chairs, outdoor seating, 2 bartenders, and additional staff on site. Since it was so inexpensive we also rented the space for Friday ($300) so we could set up and have a rehearsal there. The current photos on The Knot are not up to date. When I get wedding photos back I will be sure to post. 10/10!!

lmost entirely windows. This was great because we originally wanted an outdoor reception, but were worried about the weather. With all the windows, we felt like we still had that outdoor element with the comfort of not getting potentially rained on. The staff was very accommodating and flexible. We were repeatedly told "whatever you want, we'll do our best to make it happen" and they lived up to it!
The venue itself is an incredible value! The alcohol was pretty expensive (pretty high mark up on the kegs & wine we ordered), but they were able to get the beer and wine we like (and we might be a little picky in those areas!).

n? I paid $1,000 for the room, tables (mind you-5 different sizes which made buying linens tough) & chairs & an additional $150 for linens & napkins which overall was a good deal. The manager however, John was quite rigid in his rules for the golf course & I was told that there could be a golf outing the day of the wedding & then I could not get in and decorate until 2 hours before the reception. Umm...not possible as a bride. My venders could also only get in 2 hours before. Not sure that the place was worth $1000 for the room when it caused all this stress leading up to it. After praying to the golf gods for 6 months-luckily no one wanted to have a golf outing at the golf course the day of my wedding so the week of the wedding I was told I could come in a decorate on Friday-tough to wait until here to know, especially with out of town & country guests were coming in that Thursday & Friday. We also lost some of the keg and was not told about it. Luckily, my caterers overheard a conversation between a bartender & the manager & after I confronted him he provided us with 2 free rounds of golf. But still...kinda shady. The bartenders the day of were great & even the manager came around that Friday-but overall-a bit stressful of a process. I think with weddings, you HAVE to be flexible and this place unfortunately was not.
