Paula and her team were so easy and helpful to work with. They helped with chair and linen rentals for my wedding and I loved how it all turned out. It was fun going into their sho...
wroom and seeing all the design options. Paula was helpful in making adjustments to my rentals throughout the process. Thank you!
We use APR event rentals for our wedding at a Alila Marea Encinitas. Mina was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Alila Marea is a linen-less venue. They will only prov...
ide grey linen napkins. So I had to rent all my linen and chairs from APR rentals. We rented the crossback drifting antique chairs, Louis XIV Oakwood fabric chairs and ivory linens. APR even helped me tie my napkins in a knot and delivered and picked up everything on time. Their prices for the chairs are very reasonable and cheaper than some of the SD rental companies. I'm glad I was able to rent everything from APR.
FIND OTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS. THEY DESTROYED MY WEDDING DAY. Very irresponsible company. I went there with my fiancé and we picked our linens, we also paid extra for a table t...
hat was never delivered at our wedding day. The employee Mirna, changed our linens and sent to our wedding reception a linen that she never showed us when we visit their office. The company does not have any respect for its customers. I they refused to answer my emails. They just ignored us and never offered any resolution. Look for a different company because this one will destroy your wedding. These people made me cry on my wedding day, there is no way to reach them on the weekends, which I honestly do not understand if they mainly do business on the weekends. I was crying calling their office on my wedding day but their office was closed and they had no one to answer customers in a Saturday. Their lack of customer service is insane, they never called me back, I called the office several times and once they see that the are number is from NJ they hang off the phone. They just do not answer. This is unacceptable and I am looking to take legal actions against them. AVOID THIS COMPANY. This photo shows the email we sent to them almost a month ago and they just ignored us. They also refuse our calls. Worse company ever.
Super helpful staff that assisted us in getting the chairs we wanted since our venue had old, ugly chairs - not only that but when we received our final invoice they LOWERED the pr...
ice and we saved over $150! So awesome!
Our linens were exactly what we wanted! We also had chair covers and sashes and the combination made the event truly "ours". Special thanks to Maria for her hard work!
