On the day of my wedding she made everyone in my wedding party feel beautiful and comfortable. I found while searching that a lot of makeup artists do just one "look" but that is not April - she gives the client what they want and what looks best on them!! She also had to bring a second makeup artist with her for come of my girls and her selection was perfect because she was excellent as well! Her professionalism was also unbeatable! Always responsive and engaged and did a great job timing out the makeup to make sure everyone was ready day of with no time crunch and that I was stress free but also not ready too early. Clearly I can't say enough about April's excellence, you should absolutely book her for your big day!!! I also used (and will continue to use) April as my esthetician leading up to the big day, booking multiple facials with her in the months leading up to my wedding, and she had my skin radiant and glowing and ready for the big day! Oh! And I also used her for my spray tan which was also perfect! (Important to note she did NOT push any of those services on me, I just happened to become obsessed with her)

ike myself. After I checked out April's website and talked to her for the first time on the phone I knew she was the one!! Even when I went in for my wedding consultation, I was 45 minutes late to an hour appointment (I didn't factor in the traffic and it took me 3 hours to get there!) she sat me down and got to it all while still chatting and making me feel so comfortable. What she was able to do in such a short amount of time was nothing short of spectacular and it was even better on the day of. April was so fun and flexible and we loved just hanging out with her on the big day while getting ready!! She even helped my mom with some fake lashes on the day of to make sure she felt just as beautiful as we did :) All of my bridesmaids were in love with their makeup and we all felt so gorgeous without feeling like we had a ton of makeup caked on to our faces. I truly have never felt so beautiful!! Besides being incredible talented April is just an absolutely joy to work with! Lock her down for your wedding you will not regret it!!!

e starting, she asked about my likes/dislikes and what look I was going for. She nailed it! On my wedding day she not only did my make up but my mother, mother in law, and 4 bridesmaids. She made us all feel very comfortable and everyone looked so beautiful. Our make up lasted the entire evening, even after dancing for hours. She remembers (and kept notes!) on my likes and dislikes for makeup styles, which was GREAT since I typically only know how to operate a mascara wand ;) On your wedding day, you want to minimize your stress and worries as much as possible. With April, I knew I was in good hands, and getting my makeup done felt like a relaxing treat, instead of part of the to-do list. She listened to what I wanted, was willing to tweak things here and there as we went along, and made me feel 100% comfortable. Her sense of humor fit right in with my wedding party, and she kept us laughing all afternoon. I would recommend April 100 times over (and think that I already have, since all of my friends have used her for their weddings!) You can't beat a makeup artist with incredible talent AND a wonderful heart.
