We had already had a friend do our engagement photos, so we didn't use April for any photography prior to the wedding, which made me a little hesitant about what to expect at the wedding. When we received our sneak peek wedding photos just 4 days after the wedding, I had no doubt we made the perfect choice in our photographer. April matched her photography style with our vintage themed wedding and the photos were absolutely stunning. She got amazing angles and shots where I didn't even realize she was there, so she didn't feel like paparazzi. She was incredibly professional leading up to the wedding, very responsive to inquiries and helped plan the formal shots and schedule prior to the big day. She also provides a CD with print rights to our photographs, which is an amazing value. I would, without a doubt, recommend April O'Hare to anyone looking for an amazing, artistic wedding photographer with a knack for finding those perfect shots.

ot only that, April is great to work with. She's the perfect balance between asserting herself and letting you choose. April is also great at interacting with people and standing on the sides while capturing great memories. In summary, she's great and you will not regret hiring her!

We knew we didn't want an engagement session and may or may not want to buy and album, so April put together a custom package just for us - giving us multiple options that fit our budget. She kept in touch throughout the planning process and made sure we got exactly what we wanted - she even changed around her own travel plans to accommodate a wedding date change (thank you April!!!). The day of the wedding she arrived when she said she was going to, was professional, but super easy to work with. She knows what to photograph without having to be told - and the way she puts the picture together is gorgeous. She is fully prepared to deal with all sorts of lighting situations (we had both extreme sunlight and extremely dark rooms to deal with). She captured the typical photos from the day as well as those random moments that we would have otherwise missed or forgotten. After reviewing the sneak peak online, all of my coworkers (some who are obsessed with photography and talk about the size of their lenses) could not stop raving about how great the photos turned out. I would highly recommend April and whenever my husband and I decide to start a family you can guarantee I'll be calling her for maternity and family photos!
