I cannot say enough good things about Wendy and her work! She was a true lifesaver for us. Like many other couples getting married in 2020- we were rushing to get a plan B wedding in place. Wendy was able to squeeze our morning elopement in before doing portraits in the afternoon. She is extremely personable and talented. We got so many compliments about our photographer and the amazing job she did. We will definitely do all of our future photoshoots with Wendy (even if it is a 4 hour drive from home)! Also, I just want to say we were already working with a talented photographer in NC (where we live) who is doing our large wedding and did our engagement photos. Although our previous photographer is super talented - we were more impressed by Wendy (not that it's a competition). I just couldn't help to compare the sessions and the photos side by side since they were done less than a year apart.

To say we enjoyed working with Wendy, would be a huge understatement. She was such a pleasure and so much fun to work with! We eloped in August and she was extremely helpful with ironing out timing, locations to capture the "Savannah" feel and vendor recommendations when I had trouble tracking a few down. I cannot thank Wendy enough for her willingness to brutally honest with me when I asked about her photography style; she was willing to walk away from the business if we weren't the right fit and she even suggested other photographers that may fit my "vision" better. Y'all this is huge - working with vendors that are ethical, hold customer service in a high regard and don't compromise on their quality of product is super hard to come by AND gauging this via email/ phone can be super tough. I loved working with Wendy and her photos are simply amazing; there are too many favorites to count! She captured "us" on a very special day and for that, I will forever be grateful!

Wendy is an absolute dream to work with. I’ve had headshots done with her and shot a calligraphy workshop I hosted so I knew when it came to my wedding, she was my number one pick for a photographer. Not only did Wendy shoot our wedding, but also our proposal and engagement photos. She is so easy to work with and is a true friend through the entire planning process. She is there with an answer or suggestion to any question whether it’s about photography or now. She’s a wedding expert! I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a lovely, easygoing photographer for any occasion. The results are light filled, natural, and fun. We’ll treasure them all for the rest of our lives.

Such fantastic photos and so much fun to work with! We found Wendy on IG and after talking to her for a few minutes on the phone we knew we had to hire her and Apt. B Photography for our November wedding in Savannah, Georgia. Wendy made us feel at ease and relaxed immediately. We aren’t the sort of people that love being in front of a camera (or the center of attention) and she made us comfortable and natural. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the planning part so much fun! We would recommend her a hundred times over!

Wendy is a GEM! Wendy took our engagement/family photos back in May 2019 and then was our photographer for our wedding in October 2019. I first followed Wendy on Instagram when I was searching for wedding vendors and was always mesmerized by her photographs! (Look her up, seriously. ) When I reached out to Wendy she was eager to set up a phone call and when we spoke she eased my stress a ton with her knowledge and assurance of everything! As time went on she was equally as responsive when I had questions. I planned our wedding in Savannah from NYC and Wendy was so helpful with vendor recommendations and sorting out the day of timeline (huge!) When we visited Savannah in May to do some wedding planning, we squeezed in our engagement session and oh my goodness! Not only is she easy to work with but she works magic behind the camera. Her work is phenomenal! It’s taken me so long to write this review because it’s so difficult to put into words how amazing she is and how beautiful our photos turned out both for our engagement and for our wedding. Also need to note how Wendy takes the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. She is truly one of a kind. I chose her first because of her ability to capture purely candid, honest moments and her ability to capture the beauty of Savannah. Her personality is a huge plus! Our wedding day was SEAMLESS because of her dedication to making sure the timeline would work (even though we were faced with a tropical storm that weekend! ) and that I would get all of the photos I dreamed of. Basically, Wendy’s talent was worth every penny and we will cherish our wedding photos forever! The pictures speak for themselves - absolutely stunning! Thank you Wendy! ❤️❤️

We cannot say enough good things about Wendy. Every interaction we had with her from our first phone call, to coffee in Savannah , to the day of- she was professional but so authentic and relatable. We felt so confident that she was going to be able to capture what we wanted on our wedding day. With so many photographers to pick from, it was initially a tough decision for us, but it was Wendy's personality, enthusiasm, and authenticity that swayed us to choose her and it was the best decision. Day of, Wendy's confidence and experience made the day go smoothly (despite time issues and crazy weather) and the photos are spectacular. Fantastic! Wendy was very easy to work with and we enjoyed getting to know her (and her cute pug) throughout the process. We did our engagement photos and wedding photos with her and were very pleased! Looking back, we would have asked to take pictures by the other photo opps, but we were so wrapped up in the whole day that we didn't even think of it until after the wedding. There are no words that can adequately describe Wendy of Apt B Photography. Her talent is unmatched but most importantly she is an amazing person which is what you want out of a photographer! We instantly connected and she makes your experience fun and SO comfortable, you’ll feel like you’re having your best friend taking your pictures for sure!! Words cannot begin to describe how blessed I feel to have Wendy as our wedding photographer. Wendy went above and beyond for my fiancé and I in so many ways- starting with our engagement session. Long story short, our evening flight from Los Angeles was delayed by almost 12+ hours and we had scheduled our session for the following morning. Needless to say, we were running extremely behind but Wendy was so flexible and understanding and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an easy one! We had our shoot and even though we were awake for 24 hours beforehand, Wendy worked her magic and made us look AMAZING! Truly amazing. Leading up to the wedding, Wendy would check in with us- spoiling us with cards and little gifts and reminded us to enjoy the wedding planning process instead of getting caught up in the stress! I was taken aback by how thoughtful these gifts were, and I think this level of care separates her from other wedding photographers. For our wedding, Wendy led the day-setting up beautiful shots and not missing a moment. There were several moments throughout the day where Wendy calmed me down and made me stay present and enjoy the moment. She even helped when one of my straps broke on my dress! It should be noted too, for those camera-shy folks, she gives amazing direction and will literally make anyone look natural behind her camera. Both the wedding and engagement shoots felt like we were hanging out with a friend rather than a stiff photoshoot where you're not sure what to do. Wendy is extremely talented and captures the beauty of Savannah and Georgia in a way I've never seen. She is kind, creative, patient, funny and an all-around pleasure to be around. I am so grateful we were able to share this experience together and even more happy to call her a friend!!

I was originally looking for a wedding photographer in St. Augustine, FL. Therefore, I looked at wedding photos on Pinterest of the area. I found some photos I absolutely loved and figured out Apt. B Photography was the photographer. However, little did I know they are stationed in Savannah. I called and hit it off with Wendy and her cheerful personality right away. She was willing to travel. However, we ended up having the wedding in Southeast, GA. I was a looking for a romantic photographer that is great at taking candid shots. Wendy and her assistant Kristin gave us that and soooo much more!! Wendy's attention to details from a thoughtful gift after booking her, a surprise wedding gift with a hand written note, to the pictures that we will cherish the rest of lives, make her one of a kind!!! Thank you for creating pieces of art that will bring our wedding back to life for years to come!!!

Hi to whoever is reading this, yes YOU! You’re currently debating on if you should book AptB for your... wedding, couples shoot, head shots or WHATEVER you need. I’m telling you right now... stop.. what ever your doing and BOOK IT. This is your sign that she is the person for you! My husband and I live in Oregon and we got married in Savannah GA. Planning a wedding so physically far away was stressful to say the least. Then I found Wendy @AptBphoto on Instagram and lived happily ever after. I was immediately obsessed not only because she also has a Pug Dog like my husband and I! But because her photos were something like I’d never seen before. They captured feelings in them, like a little time capsule of love and happiness. I can’t say enough kind things about Wendy and her amazing crew that was with her that day. When I was looking for a wedding photographer, I didn’t want someone to just capture the moment. I wanted someone to capture the joy between my husband and I, the excitement of our family and friends, and love we all share for one another. Wendy did just that. Not only did she focus on the clothes, the rings, the flowers, and the other little details that make your wedding day your own, but she captured our pure happiness. Worth every penny! Wendy really is the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and has such a calming effect on the day. I never had to worry about the pictures, whether they looked good or whether she was getting the right shots. I just could relax, enjoy the day and trust her. Our photos turned out so great, I couldn't be happier! She takes great candids which was very important to me, but she's also takes those classic shots you want as well. She also captures that light, bright and airy feel in each shot and really captures the beauty of Savannah. You won't regret booking her as your wedding photographer!

I could not have been any happier with our choice of Wendy from Apt. B Photography as our photographer for our wedding day! I budgeted for the wedding photographer to be my biggest expense because I wanted awesome photos, they are what lasts a lifetime after all. Wendy delivered exactly what she promised and so much more! Wendy is so skilled at making the whole photo process feel extremely natural and the photos reflect that. She had my husband and I laughing the entire time. We received a large mix of natural looking poses and candid shots. Wendy and her assistant Esther were very laid back and so personable. They made the whole getting ready process very stress free and they were chatting with me and my family and friends the entire time. It honestly felt more like I had wonderful friends there that were awesome photographers than a vendor that I hired. I would travel down to Savannah any time to have Wendy do photos for us in the future and my husband and I live in Pennsylvania. I’m not sure that I will ever want to use anyone else in the future except her. She is that good at what she does!

WENDY IS THE BEST!! We hired Wendy based on a recommendation from our day of coordinator. At the time Wendy had just quit her full-time corporate job to be a wedding photographer full-time. The first moment I looked at her website I thought her pictures were some of the best I had seen and knew we needed to jump on hiring her. I'm SO happy we did. We started by doing engagement photos with her. These have been described by friends and family as some of the best, most genuine engagement pictures they have ever seen. Now I'm not saying that was my husband and I, that was all because of Wendy. She has a way of making you feel so comfortable that all you can do is be yourself and really showcase your relationship - which is so special because we know have photographs that capture that. She also has a real talent for photography. Her sense of spacing, lightening, and editing make for gorgeous photos. On the day of our wedding I was so excited to be able to spend the day with someone so genuine and lovely, after all you end up spending a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day! She didn't disappoint and by the end of the night I felt like she was part of our "tribe" of people celebrating the most important day of our lives. All of this being said, she has continued to surprise us. She posted sneak peek shots of our day on social media, took fun Polaroid shots during the day that we were able to receive on the wedding night, AND provided us with a "highlights" folder of already edited photographs only a couple days after our wedding. Photographs are all you have at the end of your wedding and I'm so honored that Wendy agreed to be the one to take ours.

Wendy was so nice and helpful. We live out of town so she helped us find vendors and gave us great tips. Pictures are beautiful, we got the first look only hours after the ceremony. Pricing was very reasonable. We can't wait to see all of them and recommend Wendy without a doubt. We will be using her for pictures in the future.

I absolutely adore Wendy and her work. I was so stressed out with trying to find the perfect wedding photographer. From the initial consultation with Wendy, I knew she was the one. She listened, worked with our personalities, and allowed us to bring in our own personal touches to the photos. We shot our engagement photos with her at Wormsloe, and the second half on Jones Street. They turned out beautiful! I can't wait to get our wedding album back!!! I know they will be exquisite.

This company is the best. I interviewed about three different photographers before going with this company. I used them for my engagement and wedding photos. The photographer was so good that my pictures were featured in a magazine. The company is a must select. She was always on time and encouraging with every click. My husband and I knew that finding the perfect photographer was one of the most important wedding tasks on our destination wedding to-do list. When we saw Apt. B’s profile on Wedding Wire and her blog that read “whimsical + romantic wedding photographer” we immediately reached out to her. After facetiming with her (& Leo!)-we knew, without hesitation, that we wanted her as our photographer to capture our special day! Throughout the planning process, I went to Wendy with questions, for recommendations, and so much more! She was a huge help! Working with Wendy was like working with a friend that I have known for years. She was so positive, delightful, easy to talk to, and made prancing around a square in the rain feel so natural!! Wendy from Apt. B is the most amazing photographer ever, her style is very romantic and dreamy and we absolutely loved that she took the time to get to know us and what our vision was beforehand.
