The day of he was at the hotel early and ready to go, he had gone out earlier in the morning to secure drone footage that looked absolutely phenomenal. Ben has a way of making you aware he is there but not at the same time. He never made us uncomfortable or feel like we were faking it for the camera. His clarity and communication kept the videography part of our planning stress-free, which was much appreciated. On the day of, there were several challenges that cropped up - there was a nasty storm that came through, the bridal party was delayed getting ready, leading up to the ceremony was quite a mess of confusion - but all through it Ben was adaptable, focused on achieving all the important shots and moments we wanted to have captured, and never complained or made things difficult. He's also very dynamic, which is fantastic for capturing genuine emotions and moments. Nothing felt staged. During the reception, he did a phenomenal job of making sure to move around and capture the moments we missed - candid, fun snippets of the people we cared most about. This was the main thing we wanted in a videographer and Ben definitely delivered. In short: Ben listened to what we wanted, clearly communicated how he was going to deliver it, and was adaptable and easy-going in the face of the inevitable challenges that pop up in an event as large as a wedding. We would definitely recommend him!

, he listened to every detail and question I had, and throughout the entire video creation process, he asked for our feedback (on music, overall highlight film, etc.), which I thought really stood out. Someone below me said he worked "seamlessly" with the other vendors on their wedding day, and that perfectly describes his work style. I was a little nervous to see how my photographer and videographer would work together/around each other on my wedding day, and I have to say, Ben was a total professional. He has a great energy about him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer.

I actually did not have a videographer at first for my wedding, then I heard that I would regret it if I did not, so I got APV at the last minute. It was the greatest decision. My husband and I watch our wedding video often and hold each other with happy tears rolling down our faces like it was the first time we watched it. Ben has a drone that he uses to do aerial views of your venue as well as microphones to make sure bows and speeches are heard loud and clear. During the wedding, he gave great guidance for the best shots without being intrusive. After the wedding (a few weeks later), Ben met us to do some voice-over recordings (my husband may or may not have forgotten some of his ceremony lines). At my request, without hesitation, he also added in two clips of scenes that didn't make the first cut and threw in a full cut of the ceremony. The end result was exactly what I wanted (he incorporated the voices and sounds of the day which a lot of videographers mask with music). Would 100% recommend Ben and APV Wedding Films!

As I searched through the many options in Atlanta, I felt overwhelmed and stressed-- I was honestly afraid I wouldn't find someone whose work I both loved and could afford. Ben was truly everything I could have asked for. From the first time we met him, he really just felt like one of our own friends and was great to have around on our wedding day. From a guest perspective, he was never intrusive as a videographer and many times we forgot he was even filming. Of course, that helped him to get some amazing, sweet moments on film that transformed into an incredible wedding film. We're in love with both our highlight reel and our fill-length film and could not recommend him any more-- he was so great to work with that our photographer now recommends Ben to her clients, too!
