What more good things can I say about Aquarius Boat Rental except that they are so exceptional! I booked them for the first time for my best friend's bachelorette party that I was planning. I stumbled upon them after looking for boat rentals in Miami and I am so glad their business came up. From the moment I reserved to the moment we got off the boat, everything was seamless. They were very responsive, detailed, and ensured all parts of the reservation were complete. They were on time, easy to find, and kept the process to get on the boat, really smooth. The great communication was very much appreciated, especially for "first-timers".
The actual boat tour was even better. We all had such a great time! Our captain, Jason, was knowledgeable, and friendly, and ensured we were all safe during our 3-hour rental. It was such a great experience. We got to view an amazing tour and even had time to dock and go swimming. Captain Jason was so nice. To top it off, one of the girls in our party left her hat on the boat and they went above and beyond to get it returned to us. How sweet was that! I would definitely recommend them and can't wait to book again for my own bachelorette party. You will not be disappointed!
This was our first time booking with Aquarius and it was an incredible time! We booked a 9 people bachelorette party. Everything from booking to communication was very seamless. They were on time and located exactly where they said they would be. John was our captain and he was so much fun! He took us through a fun route and was super accommodating with taking our pictures, thank you! Highly recommend Aquarius Boat Rental and Tours for an amazing boat experience!
