I bought my dress from this shop! The owner, Genevieve, is wonderful and my appointment with her was a great experience. I saw online that her shop had appointments available within 2 hours so I called and was able to book an appointment right away. I really love that you get the whole shop to yourself when you book an appointment. I was particularly impressed when she held up a bridesmaid dress next to me while I had my dress on. It was such a good idea! It helped envision how my dress would look next to the bridesmaid dresses. I would highly recommend visiting this shop!

I found Arabella Bridal through social media posts prior to her official opening, and I reached out to see if any of their inventory would meet my fit and style requests. Genevieve replied promptly, warmly, and even shared some photos of gowns that I might be interested in. Additionally, she invited me to try on gowns in advance of her official opening. My mom and I had a wonderful time at Arabella Bridal, as Genevieve had many dresses to share with me, and she didn't pressure me to purchase anything that wasn't my style or didn't fit my vision. The environment of the shop was warm and peaceful, and the natural lighting and gentle piano music made me feel calm and beautiful as I tried on many gowns. Genevieve also went above and beyond to reach out to a manufacturer to inquire whether or not one of the discontinued dresses I was considering was still available in my size. Genevieve's passion for sustainability, vintage gowns, and appropriately unique accessories was evident in each conversation we had. I highly recommend Arabella Bridal!
