The AraLimo staff team and Gilbert made my daughter's wedding special with their beautiful vehicles and great service. Kudos to the AraLimo company!

The car they sent me was about to fully break down, we had to lower the windows because the smell of the burnt engine was asphyxiating. On top of that, they say they include a bottle of sparkling wine but they do not so don’t fall for that. The car was so bad, the driver called his team and said he didn’t know if he’d make it back. He had to turn off the AC and in Miami, when it’s hot most times and you have a big wedding dress, being in a car with AC is horrible. The entire ride we were nervous we would not make it to our venue and we’d have to walk or get in an uber. I reached out to them but obviously, they won’t do anything because I’ve already paid them. Beware, it might be best to choose a different car or the white trolley.

We are out of state and I booked Aralimo after reading reviews on The Knot. They were so nice, professional, on perfect time and great to work with! We booked the white Rolls Royce and it was beautiful. Nothing negative to say, we would highly recommend them!! Thank you Aralimo for your part in making the send off for the newlyweds great!

When we decided to get married in Miami Beach, we knew we needed to rent a vintage car, and Aralimo was the perfect choice. Aralimo has an extensive car collection, but we ultimately decided of the beautiful white Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, which to our surprise, had air conditioning! Aralimo also arranged round trip transportation in a 40-person luxury bus between The National Hotel and St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Our driver was extremely kind and helpful as I entered and exited the car in my large dress. I would highly recommend Aralimo for your transportation needs.

ARA limo has the biggest classiest fleet of cars to choose from. Our driver showed up on time dressed professional and was very polite. Doing business with them was very easy. We were able to go to their property on more than one occasion to look over all of their beautiful cars to pick the perfect one for our day. Don’t go anywhere else these people have the best.

Gilbert was amazing from the moment we reached out. The staff at Ara Limo were professional, timely, and so kind on our wedding; they truly helped make transportation on our wedding day a breeze and their vintage Bentley was stunning during our first look and send off. Highly recommend!

AraLimo is the first and only company I considered for our wedding day transportation needs. Gilbert and Aracely are so easy and kind to work with, Gilbert is hands down the sweetest guy ever and helped my mom and I with our dresses and my ridiculously long veil when getting in and out of the car, etc. He was always on time (early, actually!) and very professional. Thank you for making our day so special!!

Ara Limo was amazing! We hired them for our transportation for the end of our wedding reception and they were such an asset to celebrate the end of our night. The driver was so friendly and accommodating. He helped us with all our bags and made sure we were comfortable. The champagne toast was amazing as well!

Poor customer service

I contacted AraLimo after they were recommended by our wedding venue. They were very communicative and allowed us to go see the options in person since we were not sure what we wanted. The process of booking was smooth and they were very nice. They confirmed all details the week of the wedding, arrived early the day of the wedding, the driver was amazing, and did not have any issues with us running somewhat late. Definitely recommend.

We hired Aralimo for our wedding on 3.11.22 and we absolutely loved them! We had 1 limo for the bridal party and a rolls royce for my father and I. Let me tell you, their service is top notch! The vehicles were in pristine condition and handled with a lot of care. I felt like a QUEEN in the rolls royce. Gilbert was an absolute professional! He stayed until after the ceremony and gave us a bottle of champagne for our first toast as husband and wife. 10000% recommend their service!

Aralimo was an absolute pleasure to work with and you can even see the cars and limos for yourself before booking. Our Black Rolls Royce was stunning and our bridal party loved their party bus!

I do not recommend using this service for any reason. The manager of this company is an unscrupulous, rude and screaming person. She threatened us with suspending the transfer service to the church of the bride's wedding party 1 hr before the wedding (not contracted by us), so we had to pay the service of 2 limousines sent to my house, without having a previous agreement or signed contract. We had already contracted and paid for a more convenient service for our needs that day. We had to pay this additional service against our will, so that the bridal party could arrive on time to the church. This manager took advantage of this situation to her advantage. I would not wish this unpleasantness on anyone.

I am so glad we used AraLimo for some of our wedding transportation needs. Me (the bride) and my dad were driven to the ceremony in a beautiful Jaguar antique, restored from the 60's. It was such a fun and cool ride - I only wish that there was more distance between the location of our hotel and the ceremony site! Our driver was helpful, friendly, and professional. We also used AraLimo to accommodate the transportation needs of my grandparents and elderly guests. They got them both to the ceremony and to their homes in comfort and on time.

We used Aralimo as our wedding transportation for our wedding on Sat, Nov 13, 2021. We rented both an antique Phantom and a Mercedes Sprinter Van. They were easy and straight forward to deal with. Prices were competitive and I had everything paid and arranged well before the wedding date. One of the sons and co-owners was the chauffeur for the Phantom and he was passionate about these cars and was a pleasure to talk to.

I hired AraLimo for my wedding in October 2021 to provide transport to the wedding venue and back to our hotel. I opted for just a SUV to take us to the wedding and the driver, Tony, was great! He was funny, professional, & very personable (very helpful for wedding day jitters). Tony even dropped us off closer to the venue, so guests wouldn't see me. After the wedding, we had the 1965 Lincoln Convertible take us back to the Biltmore. Funny enough, our driver was also named Tony & he was incredible kind & sweet to my husband & I. Since we were so close to the venue, he even took us for a more scenic route & it was one of the best parts of the evening - it was the first quiet moment my husband & I had. I loved working with AraLimo - they were professional, well priced, & easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Our prior transportation vendor was unable to take the groom and I due to car trouble, and referred us to Aralimo. The car was beautiful! And they proved a champagne toast too! It was gorgeous, highly recommend.

We rented a vintage RR for my transport (there with dad, back with hubby). Our driver was so incredibly adorable and fun. We had a champagne toast waiting for us after the ceremony which made for some of my favorite pictures of the day. The communication was awesome and the day went off without a hitch.

Aralimo was the perfect match for what we needed, all of our transportation worries were put at ease with them. They were on time, they were flexible and they were worth the price we paid. By far the best pricing against the 15 other limo companies we priced out. We highly recommend using them, the limo was beautiful on the inside and the driver was amazing - he was professional and very helpful with our bags and stuff. Would highly highly recommend.

My wife and got married on 2/1/2020 and rented a limo to take us to our ceremony/ reception site. The company itself was great. Very organized and prompt in responding to emails. They provided us with a 10 passenger MKT limo which was beautiful and very clean. Our driver was great! He called us the day of to confirm all details and let us know when he would be arriving. He even helped us in and out of the car with an umbrella when it was drizzling. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

We rented the 16 passenger limo for the day. We split the times for a total of six hours. The company was extremely responsive from the beginning. I had to change the pickup locations and the duration for the event and each time i was met with kindness. I printed out the scheduled pickups and handed them to the driver. The Limo driver picked everyone up promptly each time and was extremely courtesy. The limo was clean and well maintained. Ara limo exceeded my expectations.

We used AraLimo for all the transport for my cousins wedding and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The cars were all immaculate and the service provided was above all expectations! We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone that asks!

I have to say I am very happy with Aralimo. They treated us absolutely amazing from the start. They have a beautiful array of cars to choose from. We had a Rolls Royce Phantom as our car. Unfortunately the day of the wedding the AC had broken down in the car. Thankfully, not only did they give me another Rolls Royce with a functioning AC but they also brought the Phantom along so we could take pictures with it. We also had a complimentary champagne bottle! It turned out so perfect I actually cried. Also, our driver was amazing! He was so kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Whenever we need to rent any kind of car or limo we will choose Aralimo again and again. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.

DO NOT HIRE!! I would not recommend hiring Aralimo. During our wedding we had a very bad experience with them. They caused our guests to be over 45 minutes late and us to have to move the entire wedding up by 1 hour. This meant that we lost an hour of our wedding and had to pay additional money to other vendors as the wedding ran late. Out of a team of outstanding professionals, Aralimo was the only problem. We had two pickups scheduled at two separate places with this company and the company had the information for a long time. Two days prior to the wedding, they asked for two guests to serve as contacts at each of the locations to, and this is important, to *make sure no one was left behind at the location*. We did so. After having all the info on where and when they were supposed to pick up, again, for at least a month, on the day of they decided to ask the guest at the first pickup point if they should go to the second pickup. You heard right. The company we hired and getting paid to do its job asked the guest what they should do and erroneously, completely unprofessionally listened to the guest INSTEAD OF STICKING BY THE PLAN IN PLACE FOR OVER A MONTH, OR TALKING TO ME, OR TALKING TO THE PLANNER. The guest, who did not know the right information because, spoiler alert, he was A GUEST whose only role as per AraLimo was to make sure no one was left behind at that location, told them the wrong info. And Aralimo went ahead and did what the guest told them. Incomprehensively. We got lucky because we had planned a long wedding. But I can't imagine if I had gotten married at a venue with a more limited time. I would have lost so much of this very special day. On top of that, when we asked for a refund on the time lost they bullied us and threatened to sue us and only backed down after some serious negotiation. I would not be surprised if they even responded to this message aggressively and in a nasty manner. But you should know to hire them at your own risk.

Aralimo was so professional! They really did everything they promised. They were on time, Phantom , Sprinters & limit for bridal party were spotless. It was a please working with them and would highly recommend them. Wedding date : 1/5/19

Couldn’t have asked for better service! Drivers were there to pick us up early and even assisted us in placing car seats in limo for the bridal party! My driver was so sweet and really made me feel comfortable regardless of all the nerves one feels on this special day. Thank you so much for being part of such an important day of our lives!

AraLimo offers a beautiful range of vehicles. We chose a Rolls Royce Phantom in white, which was absolutely stunning and a Mercedes Sprinter bus to transport the wedding party. Dealing with them was straight forward and easy. Prices were great and our drivers on the day were sweet and very thoughtful. I highly recommend AraLimo.

I absolutely loved the getaway car we chose for our wedding day- the Lincoln Continental! It made for some amazing wedding photos and all out guests loved the touch! Aracely made the process so easy-- from picking what car to choose, making payments and the professionalism of their drivers. Our car was at our venue on time, the driver was very friendly, and we absolutely enjoyed our drive to our hotel. I would highly recommend the Lincoln Continental as an option for you!

This transportation service exceeded my expectations!!! We only needed for one way transportation from hotel to venue and they worked so well with my wedding planner and I. Always communicating with me in regards to payment and timeline. After the ceremony Gilbert my driver for the antique car, really went above and beyond for my husband and I to get our champagne toast AMAZING pictures that honestly were the BEST! Everyone who took the large 16passager Mercedes bus/sprinter van told me it was very comfortable and lots of sitting space. Honestly I wish I could say more!!! Such an amazing family business and definitely recommend. Thank you for everything !!!!!!

Excellent service! The cars are beautiful and the drivers are professional and patient. We ran into an issue at our church because the priest was more than an hour late, which not only delayed the ceremony but also the reception. The drivers were patient and waited for us. They helped turn around what started as a stressful and frustrating experience because of the church, and I am thankful for that.

We used an antique Rolls Royce (bride) and a limo (bridesmaids) for our wedding. We are so happy to have chosen AraLimo for this day! They were punctual, professional, kind, and patient with us as our huge bridal party came out and took pictures before leaving the getting ready hotel and after arriving at the venue. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We used them for our wedding and could not be more impressed with their service and professionalism. We rented 2 limos. Starting from the reservation they were pleasant and knowledgeable with what we wanted and needed. Also prices are awesome!!! They followed up a week before the wedding to re-confirm all of the arrangements. The vehicles showed up early, were clean and prepped. All the drivers were courteous and helpful, which made the day so much better and easier for everyone involved. I would use them again!!

Great service! the driver was so nice at all times, helped with my dress while getting on and off the car. He was on time to both pick up location and getting me right on time to the church. On the drive him and my dad kept talking about classic cars. overall great experience.

Ara Limo made SURE to get us from Point A to Point B looking flawless! We were sure we had found the company that was going to provide us transportation for the day of our wedding from the second we met them! Everyone at Ara Limo was ready to help! They showed us the ins and outs of all the cars and sprinters they had, and while doing so they treated us like family. At the last minute, our hotel stay completely changed. The hotel was further away than we expected, and more difficult to get to with an older vehicle. Let’s just say, they did not let that get in the way. They made sure to find a vehicle that could bring me straight to my White Rolls Royce Phantom! I pulled up to the church looking like a beautiful bride with my father, and left the church with my handsome husband. We looked incredible driving down the street due to a company that treasures their clients! We will forever recommend you all!

We booked a classic Bentley for our November wedding, and Ara did not disappoint. The car was beautiful, very well maintained, and the exceptional driver Tony made the experience complete. Prompt, attentive, courteous and friendly, Tony expertly handled the pick up from hotel to church, and back to hotel for the reception. He even assisted our photographer with staging for photos. All in all it was an outstanding experience, and we highly recommend booking with Ara.

Easy to work with throughout the planning process. Even if something is not available, they will try their best to make it work. The day of the wedding everything went so smooth. They are so professional..I needed limos for different parties of people, for me (bride + groom), bridal party, etc. Basically there was a lot of potential for mix ups but because AraLimo associates communicated effectively, and stayed on top of it, everything was perfect. Reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone.

AraLimo took care of us on our special day. They provided us with a beautiful Lincoln Continental Convertible, limos for the bridal party and the Sprinter Vans for our out of town guest. Prior to the wedding they communicated with us to ensure all remained as originally planned and walked us through what to expect the day of. On the day of the event their drivers arrived impeccably dressed and on time or early. The drivers were extremely courteous to us and our guest. AraLimo's personalized customer service is unrivaled and I can't imagine using anyone other than AraLimo for our limousine service needs in the future.
