I just rented from Ara's for a bridal shower I was throwing. I originally ordered tables and chairs for an outside event. Mother Nature had a change of plans and rain was in the fo...
recast. A day before my event I contacted Ara's to see if I could switch items around since I wasn't going to need that many tables anymore since we had to move everything inside. One of their reps went out of their way to search the warehouse for a backdrop for me and easily made the changes. I would definitely use them again for future events.
I cannot compliment Ara and his staff, enough. They are extremely professional and kind. In addition, they're so patient and treat you like a person rather than a number. Rarely do...
you find this kind of service with large event rental companies.
Moreover, not only is their service top notched, but their warehouses have huge selections of party furnishings. They have everything for everyone. If they don't have it, most likely they'll get it.
You cannot go wrong with them. I am so glad we discovered them. They will forever be our go-to place for any and all future events we have. Thank you all at Ara for making our special day come together. We seriously love you guys.
This is the best party rental company I've ever worked with. The owners are extremely friendly and cooperative. And they offer great deals. Their tables and chairs that we rented f...
or our Moms and Dads of 2017 Meetup event were clean, polished and perfect for our needs. We'll definitely be back to check out their array of party services in the future. Thank you!
I have nothing but beautiful things to say about this company! They ROCK!! Our event was on Saturday and we had a lot to do to get it all together. Ara's Party Rental didn't hes...
itate to come on Thursday and get the tent set up so that we had all of the time in the world to get it set up perfectly! They communicate well, everyone is super professional, and just overly welcoming to ensure that our party was perfect! Lucas ensured that the team was there on time, he came by the day of the event to ensure all was well, and followed up after the fact as well. I will use Ara's again and again and again!
I don’t even know where to start with HORRIBE this company has been. Everything seemed great during booking and scheduling then the actual event came. They were supposed to deliver...
and set up between 12-1pm by 3pm with no contact I began calling all the numbers I had and they assured they would be arriving shortly. They finally arrived over 4 hours late (causing me to miss me wedding rehearsal and do a mock one at 11pm that evening) and then didn’t even set anything up and were gone before I could even go through a checklist to ensure everything was there. Fast forward to pick up which was supposed to be between 8-9am they are again no where to be seen. Multiple calls, which were not answered or replied to via text insisted they talk to the property Owner instead of me, the renter. Eventually they stopped responding and my checkout time For the venue came and went causing me to incure a $500 late check out fee. Finally after speaking to ara himself, they showed up at 6:30pm over 10 hours late and walked the entire property and said three chairs were missing but the owner was certain they just were not delivered and because they were not on property and said we were good to go. Fast forward yet again and they are trying to charge us over $600 for missing rentals which is complete BS!! They have done nothing to right all the issues they caused and I hope no one else goes through this!! STAY AWAY!
