at suggestions, and was a calming presence on the day of our big day. All of the additional coordinators and Arbor Crest staff throughout the day of our wedding was fantastic to work with and made sure everything went smoothly.
They give you 5 preferred vendors for catering to choose from and we were thrilled with Beacon Hill Catering. They also work closely with Event Rents which made the rental process seemless. They provided the bulk of chairs and tables, while we rented the rest and the additional items.
They managed the bar and were friendly and our guests loved our wine and beer choices. It is a beautiful place and made it simply magical. We had our ceremony in the Enchanted Forest and reception in the large tent. My only slight negative is we could not begin our ceremony until 5 pm, and last song is at 10 pm. Just wished we could have had more time as we really had to fly through the night to be able to enjoy any time to dance and party! However we understand this is due to noise ordinances, but we do wish we could have started before 5 to help mitigate the time crunch. I will 100% be recommending Arbor Crest as a wedding venue for my friends and family from here on out.
