Located across from Rainbow Falls in Hilo, HI, The Arc of Hilo's Event Center is a scenic destination wedding venue that welcomes couples and their loved ones to the lush rainforest side of the Big Island with aloha! The Arc of Hilo's Event Center offers all-inclusive, affordable packages for your ceremony and reception, with a capacity of up to 225 guests. You can tie the knot in an open-air ceremony, surrounded by our lush landscape and botanical gardens, with a gazebo, water feature, and white garden chairs. You can choose to remain in the garden for an outdoor reception under the protection of a marquee tent or retreat indoors to our air-conditioned ballroom that can be adapted to your personal style, with live music and dancing. Our air-conditioned reception venue incorporates a variety of floor plans and table layouts for flexibility and versatility. All our packages include complimentary white linens, full set up, clean-up, all-day access until 10pm, and complimentary ice. Although we don't provide in-house catering services, our team will provide you with a list of our recommended vendors, and both you and your selected caterer will have complimentary access to our onsite commercial kitchen. Our Events Director will guide you and your partner through the exciting yet stressful task of planning your big day. Our packages are based on your guest count. With our Bronze package for up to 125 guests, our all-inclusive rate includes our outdoor ceremony venue with white garden chairs, sound system, gazebo, and water feature, followed by a beautiful reception in our air-conditioned venue with white linens, colorful lighting to match your theme, A/V, sound tech, all-day access, and free ice! If you choose our 2-day Platinum package, we include back-to-back Friday-Saturday booking for your rehearsal and wedding day, with seating for up to 225 guests; outdoor ceremony with white garden chairs, premium sound and onsite tech support, A/V, custom lighting, and we include china dinnerware including silverware and linen napkins.
