Arcadia Academy

We couldn’t be happier about our wedding at Arcadia Academy. We traveled quite a bit, and it was so convenient for our family to be able to stay at the same venue! It’s very close to natural beauty, we were able to go hiking on the morning of our wedding because there are so many beautiful spots right within a short driving distance. Our wedding dinner was so delicious, and Arcadia Academy was also able to provide some incredible appetizers AND late night food for all of our guests. The venue itself is amazing in its historic beauty. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as far as accommodations go. We felt like we had a back stage VIP pass to all of the grounds and we were able to customize every detail of our stay at Arcadia Academy. Out of all the chaos that can be a wedding weekend - we felt very taken care of at Arcadia Academy!

We had our wedding and reception at Arcadia Academy 4/13/2024. From the initial tour to the final check out, our experience was beyond perfect. At the first tour we were immediately impressed by the history and aesthetics of the venue. It’s a beautiful space. Working with Chrystal was fantastic. She and the entire Arcadia Academy team were so welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We really loved having on site options for our guests and family to stay. The Priest House and Laundry House provided the perfect places for us to stay and be with our guests and prepare for the wedding. We can’t imagine a more perfect place to have our wedding and are so pleased with the entire experience.

Our day was so beautiful because of this venue and its amazing staff! They go above and beyond your needs and it was just absolutely spectacular! I wanna have a second wedding just to have the experience all over again haha!!

I cannot tell people enough how wonderful this venue is! The venue itself is GORGEOUS! Its all antique brick, natural elements, and sunlight. We chose to get married on the front lawn between two giant spruce trees. It was beautiful! In addition to that, there is a B&B on site which provided enough rooms for all of our out of town guests to stay. The owner, Katherine, was there personally to welcome all of our guests during check in help them with what they might need. In addition, the also have a restaurant on site and offer catering services. We were able to choose a buffet option for our guests so that they could all meet and mingle. Our booking included a space for the rehearsal dinner for no extra cost. We chose the greenhouse, which super romantic, with lights hanging above us and antique bricks under us. Which brings us to the food. The FOOD. I am firm believer that people may not remember how you decorated your reception, but they will remember the food. And the food that they serve is definitely memorable. People were already going back for seconds of brisket at the rehearsal dinner and raving about the bread sticks (which really looked like small loaves of bread). For the reception meal everybody had positive things to say, but the focus was on the desert bar, all made by Katherine as well. In their bakery, they sell cinnamon rolls the size of a plate that are famous in the area. We chose to serve 1/4 sized cinnamon rolls (really regular sized cinnamon rolls) and variety of pies. You can tell Katherine's passion is baking, she was so excited about the pies and all of them were enjoyed! I feel like Katherine and her family became a part of our family throughout the entire weekend. You don't just get a venue when you choose Arcadia Academy, you get a family committed to making your big day everything you want it to be.
