Plus, they even were willing to create the most beautiful backdrop for the photo booth vendor we hired and a perfect floral Chuppah for us to get married under. We received countless compliments from guests about how gorgeous everything looked, and we and our families have all taken home flowers to admire as a reminder of our special day! Not only was the floral design exceptional, but the team was also a joy to work with. They were professional and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and set up arrangements for us. We felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. When we first met, we shared our color scheme and some photos for inspiration, and she took actual flowers from the shop to show us combinations of flower varieties, colors, and greenery. When we came back to view the centerpiece example, we were not disappointed! Special mention for the tall candlesticks that stay lit above the flowers for the duration of the event. Furthermore, Adrienne made an excellent recommendation that we repurpose our huge ceremony garland for our sweetheart table, which worked out impeccably. On our wedding day, flowers were delivered and set up on time and in excellent condition (fully bloomed, neat, photogenic). We were absolutely stunned by how impressive and beautiful everything was. Adrienne was so fun and professional that we returned to Arcadia for a gorgeous Mother's Day bouquet.

While our floral arrangements were beautiful, unfortunately, one major issue left us extremely disappointed and has tarnished our experience. We purchased a white runner through Arcadia to be rolled out as I walked down the aisle. The carpet was supposed to come with a string to unroll it smoothly, but instead there was none - and our groomsmen had to struggle, bending down and using their feet to push it into place. One groomsman even ripped his pants in the process, and guests had to reach into the aisle to adjust it, which was distracting. The worst part, however, was the condition of the carpet. It had been cut through with a box cutter during delivery by one of Arcadia’s employees, leaving visible slices through the first five layers. The slices continued to tear and by the end of the ceremony, the white runner looked like cheap, ripped toilet paper - right where we were standing for the majority of the ceremony. This was glaringly obvious in our photos and video, and the damaged runner also caused bridesmaids’ heels to get caught as they exited the church. It was deeply upsetting to have such an important detail of our day mishandled. We respectfully emailed Sam and the team after our wedding to address the issue because we were so upset, only to receive a rude and defensive response from someone else on the team. When we called to address the response, we were told Sam would follow up on our call—but it’s been two months, and we are still waiting. While we were refunded the cost of the runner ($75), we specifically shared that that wasn’t what we were looking for and that we just wanted acknowledgement that a mistake had been made and that the mistake had damaged our photos tremendously. We chose this company out of respect for their values, but the lack of accountability and professionalism in handling this matter has been disappointing. We went back and forth with whether or not we wanted to leave a poor review because that is not in our nature, but we gave the team a chance to handle it correctly and were not satisfied with the way we were treated after having been incredibly respectful and kind. And not to mention after having spent thousands of dollars with the brand. We are sharing our honest review to ensure future couples are aware of our experience. The whole process from consultation, to seeing a sample, to the execution on my wedding day was outstanding. Flowers can be so outrageously expensive for weddings, but I felt Arcadia had fair prices for gorgeous arrangements. They were so honest and reliable throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Arcadia!

The work of Sammy and his team is STUNNING. We had beautiful flower centerpieces with candles dangling from them and beautiful decorations for our welcome mirror, seating chart, and sweetheart table. Everything was gorgeous and perfect thanks to Sammy and his team! If you want a smooth process and flowers that will wow your guests, you have to use Arcadia Floral!!

Elena also came up with great ideas on how to repurpose our purchases throughout the night (i.e. move the arch from the ceremony pulpit to behind the sweetheart table during the reception). And the centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous. It made our reception truly a sight to see. Their arrangements lit up the room and made our perfect day that much more magical. We were worried we'd get a cookie cutter service since he is such a well known and popular vendor but we got personalized customer service from start to finish and every detail we asked for he hit on the head! at to work with. We were told we would finalize the exact details of the contract (table count, etc.) a few weeks before the wedding. When I did not hear from anyone to schedule a time a month out, I started calling and emailing them, but it was difficult to get ahold of them. Someone finally responded to my email that they would be calling me within 24 hours to finalize the details. When no one called, I called again a few days later and was told “she wasn’t supposed to respond to your email” which I found very unprofessional. Someone finally called four days before our wedding and when I told him our updated numbers, he said it was too late to change the quantities, as the flowers had already been ordered, which was frustrating as we were told this would have been finalized and I had been reaching out without response to clarify this. Nonetheless, we worked everything out and they were on time with all their deliveries and set up everything without issue. All the flowers (at the house, church, bouquets, cocktail hour, centerpieces, sweetheart table, etc.) looked amazing. We received so many compliments and were very happy with how beautiful everything came out.
