I want to express that hiring Arcadia Pictures was the best decision we made when it came to selecting vendors. Liliya was super responsive and easy to work with. We initially had a Zoom call with her and my fiancé, and we immediately felt a connection. The entire process was smooth; we filled out a form regarding locations and times, our coordinator sent our timeline, and a few weeks before the wedding, we completed the pre-edit form. When we received the films, we were absolutely delighted with everything. There were minor adjustments we wanted to make, and Arcadia Pictures had no problem accommodating our requests multiple times, ensuring we got everything we desired. I'm incredibly grateful for how they treated all our requests as if we were family, and we absolutely adore them. It did take a full 8 weeks to receive the films, but we were aware of that and were thrilled with the results.

Our wedding photography and videography experience with Leo and Alex exceeded all expectations. Leo's attention to detail captured every moment beautifully, while Alex's videography skills allowed him to capture most precious candid moments of that day. Despite the contract allowing only one round of revisions, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our changes, delivering perfect films. Their professionalism and dedication were outstanding, resulting in timeless memories we'll forever cherish. In the end, we have a documentary video and a highlight video we love from our wedding in September, 2023, but it did take a bit to get there. Liliya is extremely responsive and was one of our only vendors that actually reminded us when payment was due instead of the other way around. The contract states that at least 2 weeks before the event, the agency will email the client (us) outlining the details of the event. While we were contacted about the second payment and filling out the pre-edit video form, there was no confirmation of the day’s schedule. Only after we requested to meet with the actual videographer we were assigned, Alex, and went over the wedding schedule details with him, did Arcardia Pictures reach back out because what we had told him didn’t match their records… their “record” was based on our initial submission to book Arcadia Pictures months prior, a complete guess at the time. The scheduling was resolved but we had a moment where we thought the videographer might show up at the wrong time. 
Photography was our number one priority for the day, which we had booked through another vendor. We explained this to Alex as well as included this in our pre-edit form and he seemed to understand at the time. However, the day of the wedding, Alex ignored our wishes and put himself in front of our photographer and blocked their shot on multiple occasions. Our photographer was quite frustrated but we got through the wedding day. 
We were also assured that the pre-edit form had all the required information for Acadia Pictures to edit the videos to the best of our requests. We laid out the exact events we wanted covered in the documentary film. The first pass of the videos we received, we don’t believe anyone looked at the pre-edit form. However, after two more rounds of providing feedback, we were able to get a final product we loved. We would rate our videos a 5 but our experience a 3, hence the overall 4-star rating.

We hired Arcadia to livestream and film our wedding November 2023, and are so glad we did. The livestream was very important to us because we had family watching from India, and they did an excellent job with it - they even brought the camera up to us at the end of the wedding so we could greet our guests and thank them for watching, which we so appreciated! The wedding video was also beautifully done - they included all the songs we asked for and edited the video so it really matched the feel of each song (they did this so well even though the songs were not in English, too!). Overall we are so impressed with Arcadia + are really happy with our wedding videos, and would recommend them to any couple getting married.

We highly recommend Arcadia!!! We originally did not have budget for a videographer and about 3 weeks out from our wedding date, we had DIY'd enough and had unexpected budget remaining and decided to explore if a video would be an option. I researched countless videographers, reviewing their videos, and found Arcadia's editing style to be far superior. We reached out last minute and Arcadia was extremely responsive and able to work with us, even on our abbreviated timeline. Their dedication to capturing key moments during the wedding was phenomenal! My sister recalled the videographer was finally taking a moment to grab a water and we had stepped outside to capture some photos and he immediately saw us go outside and ran with his camera to capture the moment- above and beyond! Not only was their work ethic during the event impressive but we couldn't be happier with the final product. With my research, I found several other videographers editing styles to be incredibly cheesy with their transitions but Arcadia's final product is top tier! I was really struggling to find a videographer that I liked, I really wanted a very high quality film at a good price and Arcadia Pictures was just that! They did an AMAZING job at affordable price! They were so accommodating and so easy and stress free to work with. They captured everything I wanted and more. Alex and Liliya were so nice and friendly! Our videos turned out beautiful and the quality of the film is stunning and so clear! They did drone work for us and worked with us even in a tropical storm! I would highly recommend them, 10/10!

Working with Arcadia Pictures was a breeze from start to finish. Their packages were very reasonable as well. I am SO happy I decided to go with a videographer- my father ended up having a medical emergency the day befofre my wedding and could not attend so I'm so happy to have an entire video of the ceremony to get to show him! Our videographer Alex was excellent and helped direct us to get some beautiful shots. We just got our video and I was blown away- I think I cried watching the video more than I did at the wedding. We discovered Arcadia Pictures after extensive research. From the moment we connected with them, their professionalism was evident. Liliya was excellent at communication, incredibly detail-oriented, and quick to respond. However, all of this pales in comparison to their actual work. Photographer and videographer seamlessly blended in at the wedding, making us feel like they were friends, and the videos they produced were absolutely incredible! While we were expecting great work, they completely surpassed our expectations. We did have a few changes, but what sets them apart is that they not only made those changes, but somehow managed to enhance and improve the final result even further. We couldn't have asked for anyone better and couldn't be happier. A definite 5-star experience all the way!

Hiring a videographer was a last minute decision, but well worth it! Liiya was a pleasure to work with and was highly responsive to my questions. Alex captured our wedding day beautifully and created two videos that has given us and our families a lifetime of memories. Alex was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We used Arcadia for their videography services and were very happy with the result. We went with the big "Emerald" package (and the live stream add-on) because we wanted a full documentation of the day from start-to-finish. What we got was a video near an hour in length that chokes us up every time we watch it. We love the finished product. It shows all the most important parts of the day and really captures the vibe we were going for. They even included one shot so beautiful I would have sworn it came from a fairy tale. Arcadia worked with us in the leadup to the wedding to make sure the video included the music we wanted and was edited in the style we chose. They were extremely professional and responsive, even when we flip-flopped a couple of times on the extras we wanted to include. Overall we were very happy working with them!

Such a wonderful team, we booked both photographer and videographer with Arcadia Pictures. Alex our cameraman and Vic the photographer were super nice and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed in front of the cameras, we are very shy people, photos and videos turned out to be amazing, not staged, very lively and natural! The prices could be much higher for the product they produce!

Arcadia Pictures came through for me when I decided I wanted a wedding videographer only a few months before my wedding. This is one of the only videographers that I could find that provides a full video of the ceremony. This was very important for me since I had a catholic wedding and wanted the whole mass on video to watch back. I noticed most videographers charge the same prices but only give you a short clip from your wedding. From Arcadia Pictures, I received a 1 hour 30 minute long video that had tons of footage from my ceremony and reception, a shorter highlight video that was beautifully edited and all the raw footage! I am so glad I have so much video to look back and reminisce such an important and wonderful day in my life. The quality of the video was amazing and our videographer had so many great ideas which I was able to see come to life when I watched the videos. One recommendation I would have was that I wish that my videographer captured more clips of my guests at the ceremony. I felt there were too many clips that were just of the priest or the singers when the could have shown the guests faces during that part. That is the only thing I would change. Otherwise, my videographer Alex was great to work with and captured our story beautifully. Lastly, I was so happy to receive the videos so soon! I got them back in less than 2 weeks after the wedding. Highly recommend hiring Arcadia Pictures. They were very pleasant to work with and I feel that price was very reasonable for what they offer.

So, so happy we chose arcadia for our wedding videographer!! It was honestly perfect! You are able to choose the package that’s right for you at great prices. We were able to choose our own film style and our own music (lots of companies don’t do that!). We got all the raw shots as well within our package without having to pay extra (also something other companies don’t usually do). Our videographer, Roman, was very skilled and took the perfect shots during our wedding. We got the film and highlight just 3 weeks after our wedding! Such a fast turnaround! We are so happy with the outcome, if you are indecisive — choose arcadia!

They were absolutely wonderful! Everything I could have wanted and more! I can’t recommend them enough. Just trust me, Arcadia is the way to go if you want your day beautifully and accurately captured! If I had lost all my wedding pictures, just having this beautiful video would be enough. We are SO incredibly thankful we found this amazing business only a few months before our wedding in June. They were fairly and affordably priced, patient with my chaotic bride-brain, and delivered INCREDIBLE results. Serj, our videographer, worked wonderfully alongside our photographer who was contracted through a different vendor. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and captured our day exquisitely. Liliya (bless her!) was so patient and kind. From initial messages on The Knot to quickly responding to my frantic emails - she was just incredible. My husband was hesitant to get videography for our wedding, saying "it's not like you'll watch it all the time". He was wrong. We finished watching our video (twice in a row, sobbing) and looked at me and said "you were SO right". Not only was I right in getting our wedding on video, we are so incredibly thankful that we found and worked with Arcadia - they made the experience so magical. We received our video footage super quick (only 5 weeks after our wedding) and they were able to make several edits and have updated footage for our highlight within minutes of me asking for the changes. 5 stars is not enough. 100 stars is still not enough. If I want anything captured on video, ever, I am coming straight to Arcadia. THANK YOU!!!!!

We only hired for the videographer 9 days before our wedding and it was a last minute booking. But they were so responsive and accommodating to our needs and visions. We did not know which style of video we wanted so we asked so many questions, but they always responded very quickly. We are very happy with our videos and highly recommend this vendor!

We hired Arcadia Pictures for our wedding, we went with combined photography plus videography package, and weren't disappointed even though our expectations were high after looking at their website:) The equipment they use is high-end, and it's not just the equipment, it's the way they use it! Alex and James worked together really well, everyone could tell! We also liked their approach, we didn't feel like we were on a photoshoot, they were super efficient with time. I cannot recommend them enough.
