and honestly werenât sure if it would even work out. Luckily, our wedding was on a Sunday, and Arcadia happened to have availability (they were fully booked for Saturdays). Everything aligned, and from the very beginning, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Booking was straightforward, communication was smooth, and they offered installment payment plans with no interest, which helped us stay comfortable with our budget. That alone made a huge difference for us.
Fast forward to receiving our wedding films⊠we were absolutely blown away. I donât say that lightly. We laughed, we cried, and we watched everything with our family during the holidays, and everyone was completely glued to the screen. The long film isnât just a recap; itâs a real movie. It has a story, an emotional arc, and moments that made me stop and think, âI canât believe this is our wedding.â The pacing, the music, the way moments were captured,itâs beautiful and intentional and just perfect.
Looking back now, I genuinely canât believe we even debated videography. After having the wedding and seeing both our photos and our films, I can confidently say that video is the most powerful way to preserve your memories. n a limited number of weddings per day, so we were incredibly fortunate! We almost made the mistake of not hiring a videographer at allâand believe me, that wouldâve been a disaster. Our photography was handled by a different, well-known company that we had booked over a year in advance, right after securing our venue. But unfortunately, the photos turned out just okayânot what we expected, especially given the price and their reputation.
Thank goodness Arcadia was there. The films they delivered were beyond anything I could have dreamed of. We also added a vertical teaser to our package, and I received so much amazing feedback on it through social media. Honestly, even though our documentary and highlight films are beautiful masterpieces, the teaser is my favoriteâI watch it almost every day on Instagram, and every time, I fall in love with our wedding all over again. Liliya was our point-of-contact who was easy to talk to and made the whole videography planning process easy. I shared with her the venue and she gave me the videographer, Alexander's, past work. I was sold and moved forward with locking him in. And I am so glad we did! We just got our short and long videos back and they were edited to perfection. Liliya took her notes very seriously (based on our questionnaire) and aims to satisfy our expectations. Guess what? We did not cringe! We were so emotional watching our highlight and full wedding video, and truly Arcadia Pictures team did an excellent job. Wholeheartedly recommend Arcadia if you're on the fence about hiring a videography or overwhelmed with choosing one.

a Zoom call with her and my fiancé, and we immediately felt a connection. The entire process was smooth; we filled out a form regarding locations and times, our coordinator sent our timeline, and a few weeks before the wedding, we completed the pre-edit form. When we received the films, we were absolutely delighted with everything. There were minor adjustments we wanted to make, and Arcadia Pictures had no problem accommodating our requests multiple times, ensuring we got everything we desired. I'm incredibly grateful for how they treated all our requests as if we were family, and we absolutely adore them. It did take a full 8 weeks to receive the films, but we were aware of that and were thrilled with the results.

ey did an excellent job with it - they even brought the camera up to us at the end of the wedding so we could greet our guests and thank them for watching, which we so appreciated! The wedding video was also beautifully done - they included all the songs we asked for and edited the video so it really matched the feel of each song (they did this so well even though the songs were not in English, too!). Overall we are so impressed with Arcadia + are really happy with our wedding videos, and would recommend them to any couple getting married.

ning and decided to explore if a video would be an option. I researched countless videographers, reviewing their videos, and found Arcadia's editing style to be far superior. We reached out last minute and Arcadia was extremely responsive and able to work with us, even on our abbreviated timeline. Their dedication to capturing key moments during the wedding was phenomenal! My sister recalled the videographer was finally taking a moment to grab a water and we had stepped outside to capture some photos and he immediately saw us go outside and ran with his camera to capture the moment- above and beyond! Not only was their work ethic during the event impressive but we couldn't be happier with the final product. With my research, I found several other videographers editing styles to be incredibly cheesy with their transitions but Arcadia's final product is top tier! They work extremely hard and are worth every penny!
