Owned by a father and daughter duo, Richard and Abbie, Arcadian Estates provides an intimate atmosphere a few minutes away from downtown Cape Girardeau. The space includes a blank-canvas event space and a beautiful Airbnb with plenty of facilities. The team would be delighted to help you bring the space to life and create your dream wedding.
The home on the grounds can sleep up to eight people, making it perfect for the wedding party to stay in and relax after the celebration. Other amenities at the Arcadian Estates include a beautiful outdoor Summer pool, a large yard, a large velvety floral designed Bridal Suite with a private deck, multiple other decks, a pool table, and a mini putt-putt area. All of this makes for a perfect outdoor wedding experience. External vendors are welcome, and the team would be delighted to offer all-inclusive done-for-you packages for a stress-free engagement.

We choose this venue for our daughter’s first birthday party! We have been guest at various weddings and they are stunning. Her theme is Lennon in ONEderland so the back court yard was the perfect whimsical setting for the day. The interior beauty of the place was breathtaking as well! The owner is so communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I just toured the venue yesterday and I was completely lost for words. Beautiful is an understatement for sure. Abbie and Richard are the sweetest and super responsive. I am even more excited for our big day because of their help.

JUST Wow! Our wedding was in September at Arcadian Estates was an absolute dream come true! We took a leap and opted for the biggest package, and let me tell you, we were NOT disappointed.
From the moment we arrived the night before and stayed at the Airbnb, to lounging by the pool with my bridesmaids, everything was perfect. The floral pink and gold bridal suite with a private balcony was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos.
The wedding day itself was perfect. The venue provided plenty of space for all our guests. We didn't want a huge wedding and wanted more of an intimate and beautiful spot so we could visit with everyone and this was perfect! We also got the late-night food truck and it was a major was a hit! Everyone is still talking about it!
I can't thank Abbie enough for making our special day truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a venue that offers luxury, convenience, and unforgettable memories, this is your place!!!

Hosting my daughter's wedding at Arcadian Estates was an absolute dream come true! As the mother of the bride, I couldn't have asked for a better venue. Being able to bring in our own vendors was fantastic, and having a kitchen on-site made everything so convenient.
The winter wedding ambiance was beautiful with just the perfect amount of space and ample natural lighting streaming in, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The fact that the DJ could set up indoors was a huge plus, especially during the colder months.
What I appreciated most was that everything we needed was included. Having the house and bridal suite on the same property was so convenient and cheaper than renting a hotel for my daughter and her bridesmaids. The Arcadian Estates truly made our daughter's wedding day one to remember forever. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and providing us with such a wonderful experience!

Choosing the Arcadian Estates for our wedding was the best decision we made! The outside area and outdoor courtyard provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. We opted for the stress-free package where they handled all our vendors, and it was such a relief! All we had to do was show up with our final decoration touches, and everything else was taken care of. Our wedding was flawless, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
