Arch Events was started by two wildly extroverted, fun-loving gals who found ourselves working in the events industry through unconventional, inadvertent routes. Once we had a taste, we were hooked on the beauty, passion, excitement & grit that makes up every moment of the planning process.
At Arch Events, we aim to turn the rigid, often stressful process into a playful, creative & collaborative endeavor. We know that each client is unique, and therefore, each planning process should be too! Our goal is to keep it real with you, share a few laughs and a few drinks while creating an unforgettable experience from the moment your initial consultation starts until the DJ announces the final dance.

Working with Allyson and Arch Events was nothing short of amazing. Allyson was a dream wedding planner who tackled everything with such ease and precision. She is a wedding wizard and made sure everything went off without a single hitch. Nicest and most genuinely caring person. Made our most special day and weekend the best of our lives thus far!!! These girls are pure magic! I cannot express enough in a small review how grateful we are to Allyson for pulling off a wedding in THREE MONTHS in Texas while based in NYC.
We came in thinking it was going to be – not only difficult, but stressful... Allyson made our journey a delight. She went above and beyond our expectations, even though we were working on a tight budget. Her way of understanding the client is thoughtful and direct. We looked forward to our weekly meetings with her.
Monica helped along the way and on the day of the event. All of our guests were IMPRESSED of their professionalism and graceful approach into the production of the event.

Allyson was absolutely fantastic to work with. In particular in the 6 weeks before the wedding, I simply didn't have to think about any aspect of the wedding and everything went extremely smoothly the day of! She and Monica were truly fantastic and so fun. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Arch Events were recommended to us by our caterers Dish and we are so glad we had them as our wedding coordinators. From our first call we just knew Allyson was the person we would want around on our wedding day. She is warm, friendly, supportive and incredibly professional and responsive. Allyson checked in with us regularly and kept us on top of our to do list. When you are planning a wedding it’s such a nice feeling to work with people who feel like they are already your friends, that you can trust with amazing knowledge of the wedding industry and that sums up Allyson. On the day of the wedding Allyson and her team worked nothing short of miracle, finishing up final tasks and making the whole process look effortless. The venue looked exactly how I had imagined. Thanks to Allyson we were able to enjoy our wedding day and had the best day of our lives!! We cannot be more grateful for Allyson and her incredible team. We cannot recommend enough!
Words cannot express how wonderful it was to work with Arch Events. Allyson and Monica are a dream team! We worked with Allyson; who is a complete professional in every way. She is incredibly responsive, a clear and honest communicator, deeply respected our budget, and was the best sounding board. She was able to balance being 100% supportive while also offering alternative ideas and solutions when we ran into road blocks. After interviewing several planners, I picked her based on her shining personality that came through on the phone, and knew this was the person I could trust to help execute our vision.
I told Allyson on that first call that on my wedding day I wanted "no thoughts, just vibes" and she completely delivered on that. I was so at peace and calm on the morning of my wedding knowing Allyson and her team had everything under control (our timeline was executed EXACTLY as the run of show plan, which was really comforting!) .
After our wedding, I had so many friends and family compliment us on our gorgeous event, and specifically called out how lovely Allyson is. Could not recommend Arch events enough. Planning and pulling off a wedding is a daunting task, especially when you are the groom of a bride who shares your lack of vision or clear conviction for what this day should look like and what goes into making it work; Enter, Arch Events. From our first call it was clear that Allyson earnestly wants to make a connection and understand what her clients want for that dream day, and that commitment to truly getting to know us and what was important to us was made evident time and time again as we worked together up to and on the big day. As a groom, I think the stereotype is that you aren’t consulted or that you are juust along for the ride, but Allyson and Monica made me feel like I was almost as important and included in the big day as the bride, as it should be :) From corralling a talkative group through photos and rehearsal, to coordinating vendors flawlessly, providing invaluable guidance every step of the way, to anticipating every need we could possibly have on our wedding day, Arch Events delivered beyond my wildest expectations. It’s hard to put into words how incredible Arch Events, and the dynamic duo of Allyson and Monica were in helping my husband and I have the perfect wedding day. From the moment I met Allyson, she was warm, funny, and type A just like me in the absolute best way possible. She took the time to get to know my husband and I in and out—so that she could make decisions for us that she knew would make us happy and not have to worry about ourselves.
She did everything with care, was extremely organized, but perhaps most importantly, was a voice of reason and comfort when I felt stressed, anxious, or unsure of something.
On the day of, Allyson and Monica were the most dynamic duo—taking care of everything under the sun for us and ensuring the day went smoothly. If there were any hiccups, they handled them for us. And because they got to know us so well, they knew exactly what we would like and how to make us feel so loved and special.
Our day could NOT have run smoothly or been what it was without their help. To date, I tell everyone they are the best investment we made in our wedding.

Monica and the Arch Events team were instrumental throughout our wedding planning process. Monica leveraged her expertise to keep us organized, make valuable vendor introductions, and share helpful insights and recommendations. Monica ensured our wedding ran seamlessly and brought our dreams to life. No stone was unturned and no idea was too crazy. Monica is skilled in communicating with others, and gives each person she works with the space to voice their needs, concerns, and ideas. Most importantly, Monica adds calm and humor throughout a stressful time, and we are so grateful for her and her team!
How do you properly rank someone who became your wedding hero. Monica and her staff were a delight to work with from the beginning. She connected us with all our vendors, people I would never have found. Her sense of humor put us at ease throughout the process. But her real super human gifts came into view when it became clear that a tropical storm would be the unwanted guest at our outdoor wedding. A decision was made to move our outdoor wedding forward by 24 hours to avoid the storm with just 2 days notice. Monica launched into hero mode contacting and consoling every single one of our vendors to move to the new earlier day. She was calm, cool and collected throughout and kept us calm saying often "we've got this". And most importantly, she was effective. She understood our vision and pulled it off... a day early! We cannot emphasize enough how much of a part Allyson & Arch Events played in making our dream Hamptons wedding a reality! When we set out to plan a wedding of almost 300 people, we were in over our heads. Allyson made every step of the way so easy, manageable, and FUN - not only bringing our vision to life, but coming to the table with her own ideas to make it even better. If you're thinking about hiring Arch Events, DO IT. Both myself and my (now) husband are both very organized people but we needed someone with expertise to guide us for the wedding. We hired Arch Events because we wanted someone to execute our wedding, rather than just planning since we had most of the planning done. Arch Events is worth the money - we hired them for the month of coordination, and instead of 4 weeks, we got 6 weeks with Monica. We absolutely LOVED working with Monica as our wedding coordinator AND we were SUPER lucky that we had Allyson working our wedding too. Monica was instrumental in making sure our wedding was seamless, and it wasn't easy as we were combining multiple cultures (American, Asian and Bengali) in our wedding. Monica is so organized, on top of everything and advocated for us with every vendor. She also gave us sanity and a peace of mind during the wedding planning process leading up to the wedding and the day of our wedding. Monica nailed down the timeline and thought of everything and made sure all our of vendors were aligned on the timeline. They are also a vibe and we meshed really well with Monica. Monica was also available whenever we needed her, whether it be via email, phone call, text, video meeting or in-person meeting. We appreciated Monica in making sure that we were fed throughout the day and attending to our needs. Also, they were amazing to be around before & during the wedding. Overall, we absolutely loved working with them and would highly recommend both Monica & Allyson for anyone looking for help in their wedding.
Allyson and her team made my wedding day seamless and perfect! They are the best team, organized, and hands-on to ensure a seamless day. They allowed me to release control on the wedding day and fully enjoy as I knew they were on top of every little detail. During the wedding, Allyson would come over to ask how things were going, and we could only answer "perfect!" in absolute awe of what she managed to pull off.

We used Arch Events for the month of coordination for our wedding. Allyson was fantastic! She took care of our vendor timeline and our “run of show” and was receptive to any changes/requests we had, while still providing thoughtful advice from her immense experience. She made our entire wedding run seamlessly from start to finish, which allowed the two of us to simply enjoy our most special day. Allyson and Monica are building something great in Arch and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
Towards the end of last winter, Lauren and I were trying to pull together a nice, but quick and easy to pull-off wedding, for about 100 or so of our family and close friends, in either Manhattan or Brooklyn, with day and date limitations, and where we also had some Kosher considerations in the mix. Easier said than done, apparently... we kept hitting dead ends in lining up vendors and dates, and some (planners, even) laughed us off entirely, not wanting to deal with a short 2 or 3-month runway. While trying our last ditch attempt before going the route of a small family-only affair, we coincidentally met Allyson and Arch Events, and that's when everything changed. We set out a 6-week target and with Allyson as our month-of-coordinator++++++, she went threw her contacts and helped us identify and line up some options for venues and vendors. In the end, we pulled together a fantastically memorable and perfect June wedding for us and all our guests. We know full well that without Allyson, our celebration would have been different from what we were hoping and thanks to her help, successfully pulled off.

Monica was so helpful well before she was contracted to start, helping put our vision together. We had non-traditional furniture for the ceremony, and Monica helped us figure out how to make the layout effective. Then when it came time to organize our vendors, Monica put together the timeline and stepped in seamlessly to get everyone on the same page.
On the day of, Monica handled everything. She was awesome behind the scenes, making sure everything went along as planned. We were only asked one question the whole time, allowing us and our families to fully enjoy the day. When we came back to our apartment after the afterparty, all our items had been safely delivered.
There were a few minor hiccups along the way and the day of, but overall, Monica was a pleasure to work with, often going above and beyond to make your wedding day as easy as possible.
As a “I need to do everything myself” type of person, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I opened up and trusted Arch for our wedding. They listen- really listen, are creative, extremely detail oriented, driven, organized and two of the loveliest human beings we had the pleasure to celebrate our wedding day with.
We worked with Allyson for all of our planning but met Monica at our rehearsal and reception (we wish we spent more time with her as she was the loveliest! She literally whipped out some of her own makeup to help me touch up!) We immediately hit it off with Allyson and thoroughly enjoyed every meeting and call. She listened to all of our random ideas and all of our different vibes and brought back a deck that merged them all together without being a hodgepodge or too over the top. She truly brought our vision to life while recommending all the right vendors and was with us through every vendor meeting.
Throughout the wedding day, we watched her keep an eye on us and made sure we were happy, eating, spending time together. She even walked us through all of the design elements (so important for my personality!) After the wedding was over, they worked into the night clearing the venue and even made time to drive to our hotel room to drop off some left over wedding cake- extremely thoughtful.
I worry and overthink everything, but at some point Allyson took the wheel and I am so grateful she did. We have made friends for life, but are also really excited to work with Arch on our next event.
Allyson from Arch events is AMAZING!! We are so grateful we were put in contact with her to help with our wedding. From inception she was so detailed and listened to us in order to help with our vision. Allyson was always one step ahead and always found a way to do whatever needed to get done. On wedding day, she exceeded our expectations and was with us every step of the way. I don't know what I would've done without her. The ladies from Arch are quite the dynamic duo! We worked with Monica as our lead month-of-coordinator but spent time with Allyson day of. Whichever leading lady you chose you will be in good hands. Here's the thing about wedding planners - you want someone who can both support you in your vision, but also bring you back down to earth and tell you when you are going overboard. I had a VERY specific vision, and I was VERY involved in planning everything along with my now husband. Monica never made me feel bad about being overly specific with her and our vendors - she encouraged it. When I received some custom items for my wedding I questioned if they could "be better." She brought me right back down to earth with a resounding "are you kidding me - they're gorgeous." Monica worked tirelessly coordinating and staying on top of every vendor - even suggesting two which we ended up booking - and who ended up being incredible! Our band and celebrant. In the moments I was very indecisive, Monica was decisive - and I appreciated that. I wanted her opinion always - and she gave it. There were a lot of moving pieces during our wedding - and it was a big outdoor venue. Monica must have run a marathon the day-of. But she was always calm when we talked throughout the wedding day and night and always had a smile on her face. Allyson must have run back and forth to our hotel three times for items we forgot - even driving our dog back after our cocktail hour! The night didn't end up for them when we left our venue - they packed all our items up from the wedding and dropped them off at 1am at our hotel. What I love about Monica is yes, she is great at her job, but she is equally a wonderful person. She is the kind of girlfriend you want in your corner through anything. They are both young, ambitious, hard-working women. The kind you want to support - and hire! We are still on Cloud 9 from our wedding day - and I am so happy Monica was with us throughout the entire process to lift us up, 'make it nice,' just celebrate us. I am already dreaming up what other events we can work on together.

Where do I even start? Hiring Allyson (and Arch Events) was the best thing we did for our wedding. She was not only an incredible planner, but also acted my friend and therapist throughout the process. Allyson had the best advice about vendors, colors, rentals, and every other detail that we needed to decide for our wedding.

It's hard to put into words how special Allyson and Monica are. Hiring Arch Events was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. They came highly recommended from a mutual friend and from my first call with Allyson, I knew that her energy was exactly what I needed for our wedding day. In the final weeks leading up to our wedding, I spoke to Allyson more than anyone else - she became not only our wedding planner but a therapist, a friend, and more. She answered every phone call, every question no matter how big or small. I felt so supported the whole time and I knew as long as Allyson was in my corner, the day was going to be great. The day of the wedding Allyson and Monica kept us on time, organized and were our personal hype women - making us feel happy and excited and not letting us worry about anything outside of celebrating our love. If anything was going on behind the scenes, they swiftly took care of it so we could have the best night ever. Allyson and Monica ended the night by hand delivering 20 pizzas to our after party after the pizza place cancelled on us....that is how amazing they are. To sum it all up - even my very chill dad the next morning said "what would we have done without them?!" They are simply the best - look no further, your research is done! Hire them today! From our initial consultation, Monica’s positive attitude was genuine and very welcomed as we began this overwhelming endeavor. She immediately was on board and excited to help execute our semi non-traditional vision.
Communication was always very easy and we never felt like Monica was not available when needed.
Monica helped keep us organized with timelines, spreadsheets, guest lists, photo shot list, and a day of item list.
Any wedding related decision made was met with support and enthusiasm. I was more excited to talk to Monica about things than any one else. She was like my own personal hype-woman.
The days leading up to the wedding were surprisingly easy because Monica had everything under control. Any concern that came up was met with assurance that we were all good.
On the wedding day, Monica and her assistant, Michael, were there to keep us organized and on time. They came prepared with any emergency item needed. We didn’t have to think about a thing. This allowed us to be fully present with our family and friends, and with each other.
Writing this review is bittersweet because it means our working relationship with Monica has ended.
We will never stop recommending Arch Events to anyone planning a wedding or other special event.
We could not express more gratitude for the dedication and hard work that Monica and Allyson from Arch Events (aka our fairy godmothers) put into our wedding. Arch is an INCREDIBLE tag team - one of the two women "take the lead" each event they plan - we had Monica as our lead. From the very beginning with her introductory phone call and meeting us IN PERSON at a location of OUR CHOICE, she was 110% dedicated to helping make our day perfect. Monica was responsive, caring, kind, optimistic, and organized to the max. She helped us with the big things, the little things, and everything in between, and even brought some of her own things to our reception to make it even better - she also surprised us with a couple of awesome things like bar signs and other knick knacks. From the beginning, we knew that we would create a long lasting relationship with them. Monica listened to our every desire, question, and idea and helped guide us to ultimately having no regrets from our big day. She was no knowledgable on everything that we just could not have known if by ourselves. Looking back on it, especially in a niche venue like Greenpoint Loft where you need to bring everything in yourself, there is NO way we could have executed the wedding like we did without choosing Arch to help us with their wedding coordination package (6 weeks). At this point, we are just hoping to have many more reasons to celebrate and host parties so that we can hang out with Monica and Allyson from Arch again! Could not recommend this company any more. If it's possible to run out of room on reviews, we just may.

We used Arch for our Sept 21' wedding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From vendor coordination to timeline creation and everything in between Allyson at Arch Events kept us sane and organized throughout! I've had countless guests comment on how helpful Allyson was day of as well - our wedding simply wouldn't have been the same without Arch!
Monica and Allyson of Arch Events are beyond experts in the field. They come with an organized plan, templates and thoughtful questions that calmed nerves from the start. They carried the mental load of planning a wedding and did so with warmth and genuine care. Arch Events seamlessly executed our planning process and absolutely crushed it on day-of coordination. On a personal level, you spend a lot of time with your planners and vendors. Monica and Allyson felt like family. From our grandmothers to our young guests, everyone adored being around them. On our big day, Monica, Allyson and Cassidy made sure the set went smoothly, all the vendors arrived and that we were in the right places at the right time. The three of them went above and beyond to take care of us and our families. Throughout the event they took fabulous photos and videos to ensure we had amazing content to look back on and remember the day. The content was perfect for sharing the moments on social media.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Monica and Allyson for our wedding! We had one of those covid weddings that turned completely DIY and arch events swooped in and gave us an actual dream wedding. These ladies are so easy to work with and take all of your stress away because they know exactly what they’re doing. You give them an idea they have 5 ways to make it happen especially if you’re like me and know nothing about planning an event such as a wedding. Book them now!
Monica and Allyson are fantastic! I would highly recommend them to everyone. They took the vision I had for my wedding in NYC and totally made it a reality. They help reduce the stress of planning such a big event, provided excellent vendor options, and having Monica and her team there running the show on the big day allowed me to enjoy the day rather than worry about all of the details. All of my guests had a fantastic time and could not stop raving about how great the wedding was, and a lot of that was thanks to the work that Monica and Allyson put into the event. The only thing I would've changed would be hiring them sooner than I did!
Monica was the Day of Coordinator at my wedding and did an amazing job! We had a several of vendors that we brought in to set-up and I didn't have to worry about coordinating and giving them directions on where everything went. On top of that my husband and I had a couple of boxes of DIY items. We handed her the boxes with post its and she managed to figure out where to put everything. With Monica running the event I was able to just sit back and enjoy the day!
