Archie's Barbeque

Archie's catered for our outdoor laid back state park wedding. We had a smoker on site, a full smoked pig, smoked BBQ chicken, rolls, smoked macaroni and cheese, fresh salad, baked beans, and smoked cornbread (approx. $18/person). We provided Archies water melons the day before and they cut and served them with cornbread prior to dinner. Archies provided plates, napkins, and utensils (all heavy duty plastic ware), a banquet serving table, and tent. They were friendly, explaining the different parts of the meat for our guests. All left overs were nicely packaged and provided to us after the event (great for after party fare!). Archies was prompt in their responses to emails, willing to meet with us as needed, and reliable in their service. We would highly recommend if you are looking for GOOD wedding food (our guests went for seconds and thirds), a relaxed atmosphere, and reliable and friendly service!
